This is a really nice restaurant, it's spacious and clean--one of the best McDonald's I've been to. However, their drive through is super busy and if you go inside, you will wait for a least 20 minutes. The manager let the customers know that they were short staffed; however, they should try to make an effort to acknowledge the guests at the front staff. The staff was very concentrated on the drive through. I would have to say my food was hot and I appreciated that. This was a quick stop as I was traveling to PA. This is what happens when you order LARGE fries (6/2/25, 12:30pm) but don't look in the bag until after you've driven away..... container barely HALF full. And no, the rest of the fries weren't in the bottom of the bag either. This location is consistently about 50% on getting simple one or two item orders correct (or filled). my friend and i pulled up and both managers were standing outside, we proceeded to order at the drive thru, when met with an incoherent employee. we very clearly stated our order like 3 times and for some reason he kept adding extra stuff to the order. eventually the managers came back in and took our order, and explained that it was the employees second day. so that explains why he had a hard time, but even then you shouldn't put a brand new employee on the headset and leave them unattended. but once we pulled thru they gave us our drinks 3/4 of the way full and forgot all our sauces. i don't recommend this location. read more

Stopped there to try the chicken Big Mac and just from the first bite it was so good , the chicken was crispy like a big chicken nugget. They used the same sauce that is use with the hamburger version of the Big Mac it really complimented the sandwich well. The chicken patties were a little thicker than the beef patty version but it wasn't too thick , I'd say it was just the right thickness. This is by far the best McDonalds i have ever been to. Their food is always hot and assembled nicely, unlike others that throw the meat on randomly, staggered or half off of the sandwich. I live 25 miles away in Huntington, IN. I drive to this McDonalds when we want a big mac. The service is always great. Very pleasant experience. I love the fact that they are open 24 hrs. we were on our way back to indiana from dayton, oh. we stopped here for a bathroom break and some quick lunch. we ordered on the kiosk and did note that the dining room was buzzing quite a bit. we sat for a while, and once it hit 20 minutes of waiting we went to the counter. we had to stand there for a while (beside some other people who were also waiting for over 20 minutes) before somebody even noticed us. finally some girl came over and was quite condescending about them "being understaffed" when we counted over 10 employees. not to mention, the drive thru was moving consistently, and a bunch of people who came in after us had got their food before us. we told her we had been waiting 30+ minutes, to which she responded again in a very rude attitude that they were understaffed. being understaffed is no excuse to have families waiting 40 minutes for food. we got a refund for our food and the girl who helped with that was quiet but seemed to feel sorry. we see now why this place has a 2.2 star on google. do NOT go here. the manager was in the back helping with the drive thru and did not once come to the front counter to apologize to the multiple families who had been waiting 30+ minutes with over 5 kids each. read more

I had a very high hopes for a newly rebuilt McDonald's. I walked in at 5:03 and ordered my two large Diet Coke's. At 5:32 I finally walked out with my two large Diet Coke's. I was aggressively accused of stealing food from this place by a really passive aggressive lady on third shift who I feel like was trying to gaslight me into starting a fight with her. I haven't been back since because of how uncomfortable that interaction was for my fiancé and I. 3 stars for the food always been pretty good, and everyone else there being really helpful. EVERYTIME i go through the drive thru i order a sweet tea and they manage to give me an unsweet tea. It's frustrating bc sometimes I'm in a hurry to get to work n i don't have time to go back through or inside to switch it out. Other than that, I'm a regular that comes all the time, two ladies that always work remember who i am, one we have small talk while I'm paying, and down at the other window, the one lady always knows i want ketchup for my hash brown i don't even need to ask anymore! It just got updated (more of a downgrade). There is no menu above the main counter. The kiosks are not easy to use. Not all of the menu items show up. The design is not good. If someone of older age wanted to order at the counter, they would have to walk in the door and then walk past all of the seats to get to the counter. This is because one of the doors is exit only. I believe that there are several improvements that could be made; the old version was much, much better. read more

Food is usually great, however the other day in drive thru I wanted to get large waters with our 2 value meals and I told them I'd pay for them, and the lady was extremely rude and wouldn't let me pay for water. This is the nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. There were flies everywhere!!! The trash cans were over flowing in the dining area, tables had not been cleaned. We went to the restrooms and there was trash all over the floor, the trash cans were over flowing and had dirty diapers laying on top of the trash cans because there was no place else to put them. Flies were crawling all over the toilet seats and floors. My children asked to leave before they even finished their food because of the flies and have said they never want to eat there again. I was patiently waiting to order when a employee stared at me and continued to do whatever they were doing, my friend and I were waiting for honestly 10 minutes at the register, when finally we have been helped, then waiting on our food for another 10 minutes (they were completely dead because it was 11:30 ish pm) and instead of getting our food they were all huddled around looking at someone's phone and having a good old time instead of helping people, I am patient but not if you are going to acknowledge me then turn around and not help, HORRIBLE customer service, hire better employees instead of hiring anyone oh and they also cussed extremely loud a lot as well. read more
