Great new management! New owner is Carlisle corporation. New Frosty Flavor mixes. Food made when ordered. Take care of one customer at a time so orders don't get mixed up. They try very hard to keep it clean. It would be better if the had an entrance towards the highway for easy access. read more

Pretty standard Wendy's. Handy for our road trip. Sweetie got a 4 for 4, and didn't end up eating all of it. I got 10 nuggets and fries, you know, for my diet. Hey, it was handy to eat while driving. The nuggets were barely better than McDonald's. I had hoped for more. The fries were limp. All in all, it got me over till we had a chance for real food. read more

I can see why this location has such bad reviews. Very unprofessional atmosphere and unkempt appearance. Manager in the view of the customers complaining he has a culinary degree but has no idea why he's working at Wendy's. Not sure who exactly was supposed to be running the front counter, but the girl taking orders was filling them as well. This slowed everything down so much I waited 10 minutes in the line to order. The regional manager of this location should know the team seems to have good spirit, but has no idea how do direction themselves for proper service. I love that they all seemed to be having a good time while at work, but they need to learn a bit professionalism as well. read more

Today I pulled up to the drive thru and was told they had no regular drinks, Cola etc. Then told I had to pay with credit card or exact change only also told they didn't have all the menus items either. Finally managed to put a meal together with what they did have Paid for it in exact change. Pulled up to the window and the order was ready almost straight away. As there isn't anywhere to park after pocking up the order I went over to an adjacent parking lot. Then I found out why my food was ready so fast. It must have been set out for ages. Fries, chicken nuggets were COLD. Tried the sandwich and it wasn't any better.it was cold too. I took the entire bag and threw it in a trash container! It should never have been served. Along with all the menu items missing and payment problems they SHOULD NEVER HACE BEEN OPEN this is my regular Wendy's. Or should I say Was! I should have taken the order back but iveas took darn mad to do that. There would have been words Got home and called friends that also use this location without exception they all said its got so bad they have quit going there! Night shift is piss poor, very slow even when not busy. This was experienced several times over many months, when mentioned to the manager that was working that night I recieved a cynical and rude "Have a good night" I also noticed how unkempt the manager was, she did not look like someone I would want to get food from. Wendy's is usually on top of the list of fast food for me, but this location is pretty pathetic at least at night. I can't understand why the owner or regional manager let's this go, they could be losing money because of this. read more

NEVER give you the sauce you ask for and tonight we waited in line just to be told "we can't take orders, we're having trouble with our system". Is it just me or every time I go to Wendy's they are slow and i find it a little ridiculous how your only aloud to use only ONE coupon per order but then ask if I can have two different orders with a different coupon they tell me yes but then I get to the window and they say "oh nope we're not aloud to do that" THEN WHY DID YOU JUST TELL ME I COULD!!!!! read more

This is the worst Wendy's in the United States. I literally created a yelp account because of this Wendy's. People need to know! We come here for convenience but rarely due to reputation. Food will be cold 100% of the time. I've had drinks come out with no ice. No lids once. Staff cusses and saw 2 making out more than once. You can't order anything and get it perfect. METH-HEADS. Ordered 6 drinks, 4 four for 4's, a number 1 and number 5. No ice in any drinks so they gave us 6 cups of ice for us to fill our own cups. Forgot all 4 fries. Forgot the burger on the number 1. Then when they were called out they got crappy and threatened to call the cops. One of the workers had a camo hat on, swearing up and down. Another worker was inappropriately touching another worker in the back. Worst restaurant in Columbia City. Please stay away. If you like to lose 45 minutes of your life go through the drive-up. The staff is very nice. However I felt their speed is very slow. They have many staffs working in the back. And not many customers (two in front of me). Took about 10 min to take my order. Hope they can improve their service. read more
