The fries weren't cooked long enough, the grease wasn't hot enough, or I got a scoop of fries that laid around the edges of the fry bin and were just enough to fill my order. No excuse for not getting fresh fries or cooked fries for the amount of time I waited. I support paying higher wages for service workers, but it is hard to support increasing someone's wages when they do a poor job, don't have consistent standards, or just don't care. McDonalds is good enough some times when you get fresh food, speediness, and good service and it is a disappointment when you don't get any of the three.
