No one has high expectations with McDonald's, Im surprised people still buy your food, but this is pretty bad, even for your restaurant. Almost every time I come here they mess up my order or I get no straws or utensils with my food, I do not recommend this McDonald's.

Very bad service, my simple order of 2 sausage Mcmuffins is write only 85% of the time at best!. Today I got fries and egg and bacon mcmuffin! This store is stealing from people in the drive through line. They have realized that if they get an order wrong in the drive through that a small portion will complain or come back. This mistake has always been in their favor..never mine! They have a great side business here, get half your order and they keep your money! But.....if you do complain they will say "come back and we will make it right for you" or they will offer to send you some vouchers from their Stitsville office. Bottom line, they nevr loose making their mistake, only the customer. I asked them why I can go across the street and order coffees with different sugar and cream mixes, and I have never had a problem other than the minimal complaint of not stirred enough. These guys should be charges for fraud! read more

What's happened to McDonalds? Why, with most orders, do you need to pull over to a spot to wait? Why is this a thing now???? They hand you half your food and then you sit and wait for the other while, the first half gets cold. It's completely ridiculous. Why can't people just wait in the drive thru for their total meal. Today, when I visited, I ordered a big Mac, fries, a coke and a regular smartie McFlurry, so they hand me all my food and then tell me to go park in a spot and wait for my McFlurry. I say, but won't my food get cold while I wait and the person at the window said oh no, your mcflurry will be there in like, just two minutes. So I sat there for over 10 minutes and then finally went into the restaurant and demanded new food, hot food and my mcflurry, which was just sitting on a table. So by the time I got my food, my mcflurry was now melting. It's just completely ridiculous. They need to seriously get their s*** together. I don't understand what's happening!! I complained to head office about a previous visit and I got 0 reply from them, so it's quite evident that McDonald's does not care about customer service or the quality of their food. Ratchet experience. A long line inside so I went to a kiosk. Ordered a McChicken, medium fries and medium strawberry banana smoothie. I get the food, and the fries were the only things made correctly. The McChicken didn't have lettuce or mayonnaise. The strawberry banana smoothie was actually a strawberry milkshake. Went there on a Sunday morning and the place looked extremely messy. It was kind of crowded in there but the line up was not that bad. The drinks and condiments section was messy and there were no napkins in there. The unoccupied tables were not being cleaned. The floors were also neglected. I placed my order pretty quickly but then waited for 40 minutes and still didn't receive anything. I inquired about my order twice over the 40 minutes because it had disappeared from the "now serving" section on their screen even though I had not received my order. At the 40 minute mark the employee was still unable to tell me what was going on with my order so I just asked for a refund and then had to wait for another 8-9 minutes to finish processing my refund. The employees were aimlessly moving around and looking confused. The manager was walking around with a clipboard doing something but was totally oblivious to the fact that the restaurant was in chaos. Many other people were also standing around waiting for their orders. I am not sure how long they were willing to wait but I feel that 40 minutes is way too long to wait for "fast" food. I have had a similar experience at this location before as well where I actually stayed and waited for just a breakfast sandwich combo for about half an hour so I would try going to a different location if you don't want to waste 30-40 minutes of your day waiting for this "fast" food. read more

This location gives the McDonalds chain a bad name. It's about the breakfast again. This morning I went through the drive through again. I ordered 2 Egg Mcmuffins with hashbrowns and coffee. Once again the muffins were dry, burnt and hard as a rock. I think they save these for the drive through, because if they served these inside they would be brought right back. I actually like McDonald's breakfast items, except at this location. I called to complain and was offered free breakfast, but the manager hung up without asking my name. read more

This is an exceptionally terrible location. 90% of the time our orders are wrong: missing egg on an egg McMuffin, coffee half full, entire items missing and when they do give you everything you ordered, it's slapped together like the attached picture. Service is unbearably slow if the location is even remotely busy. Yesterday, people were driving away without their drive-thru orders, after already paying, because everything was taking so long. They do make the best specialty coffees though but sometimes it's just not worth it. It's really unfortunate because of its proximity to everything, it's a prime location for the area, but it's not staffed to properly serve the quantity of customers they receive. read more

I wish I saw these reviews before I made the order...Please DO CHECK WHATS IN YOUR BAG WHEN YOU GET YOUR ORDER! I ordered four items online and picked up on the parking lot for online orders. When I got home and opened my bag, I realized they forgot two of my four items!!! The upper management of McDonald's should read the reviews here and do something about it! Never again! read more

This particular location of McDonald's is quite messy most of the time and the drinks and condiments section is not always stocked properly. The service at the counter however is quick and courteous. If possible try to go to one that is less busy perhaps. read more

Just spent almost 30 minutes in line in their DT. After 30 minutes of waiting, manager comes up and places trashcans in DT lane in front of car to block all cars from mine on from being able to continue and order. No acknowledgement to me, or the 3 other vehicles that have been waiting behind me. Just walked out, blocked lane and walked back in without saying a word. Absolutely ridiculous. If there was a valid reason for closing the DT, FINE, I would be happy to go in and place my order, but to just block it off without saying a word to customers who have been waiting for up to 30 minutes in a 'fast' food 'restaurant' is completely unacceptable from customer satisfaction perspective. Stopped by this morning on the way to work. Ordered two of the sausage breakfast sandwiches, I should have specified with egg. Yup bun, sausage and cheese. I don't know how long these had been sitting, I don't think I really want to know. I didn't eat them, the cheese hanging out of the dried up bun was rock hard. The manager of this restaurant should be more involved. I assume you want to serve good food, make sure your staff realizes the difference. read more

I decided to treat myself to a "CBO" (Chicken Bacon Onion.) I added lettuce to mine, so I suppose you could call it an "LCBO". The chicken was hot and fresh, and the service was good. The employee who served me was much friendlier than some of the ones at the Kanata Centrum Harvey's, who often seem like they want to punch me in the face,[even though I am quite average-looking]. The price of the CBO here was a bit higher than I would have guessed, but not too bad. The property was clean, and I enjoyed my visit. read more
