Some guy who works there literally sat on my quarter pounder. I was devastated. I demand a refund for my two quarter pounders, 6 chicken nuggets, two large fries, and my dr Pepper low ice, and a mcflurry. I'll never go there again if it means someone is going to sit on MY food. Incompetence doesn't BEGIN to describe my experience I had at this McDonald's today. I ordered food on the app around 8:30 am and arrived about 10 min later. In the drive thru they said their wi fi wasn't working and they couldn't pull up my order. They said I could order and pay again and the app would refund me. I said I didn't want to do that because I used rewards to get a free hash brown. I then asked if I should come back when their wi fi is working, they said yes. I tried canceling it but the app said it was too late. So I wait in the parking lot and see a woman walking out with some kind of mobile order (possibly for Door Dash) and I thought "hmm, wouldn't their wi fi work for that?" So I waited a little longer, walked in and tried to pick up my order. First they handed me the wrong over, then I had to show the app with my order code, which they then made. An older female worker in a yellow hat handed the order over and then asked if I'd gotten my cup for my drink. I said "no, not yet." She then walked away and continued working. Another younger female started taking counter orders and after she finished 3 customers I then had to stop her, show her my receipt, and ask for a medium cup. She grabbed it and handed it to me without saying a word. No sorry, not even a "hear ya go." So I think ONE FULL HOUR after ordering in the app I finally got what I paid. I have had multiple issues at this location before but today was the last straw. I don't plan on going back there and I don't even know if I'll eat at McDonald's again, it was such a horrible experience. NONE of the other fast food joints have these kinds of issues. I may reach out to corporate, I don't know who the franchisee is but they need to fire everyone and start fresh, that's literally the only thing that can save that location. read more

ZERO STARS. Absolutely horrible, this place should not even be open. Currently waiting for our curbside order and it's been 20 minutes. An employee came out at one point, walked up to every curbside order and asked us "what we were holding." When we asked him what he meant, he replied talking slow "WHAT ARE YOU HOLDING." He then went to the other cars asking them, and walked back inside angry. We still haven't received our food. Prior to this time, we had a curbside and the food was cold, crusty and as if had been sitting and old. We thought things might be better this time (they aren't). Stopped tonight to grab some food. Been using the app to save some money. :). Lady on the speaker said just one minute, another car pulls up and we wait for 5 minutes, I place my order and pull up and pay. Pull to the second window to pick up food get my drinks and she tells me to pull ahead. I hate this. No one was behind me so I waited at the window. After 3 minutes the manager opens the window and again tells me to pull up. There is two cars ahead of me, still no one behind me. I ask her what's the problem, she says there waiting for hot fries. I didn't like her attitude so I asked her for a refund. She refused, "we don't give refunds". I asked her name, Virginia. I pull up and wait. 5 minutes go by and her she comes out with everyone's food. 4 cars waiting now. I check the bag and the damn fries are old and COLD. I yell out the window, my fries are cold. She delivers the rest of the bags and comes back to my car. I told her my fries are cold & hand them to her. She said they must have put the wrong fries in my bag. I just looked at her like really! We used the kiosk to order, and it worked well. We ate in the play place, and the time for the food to get to us was a few minutes, but not bad. I ordered a two cheeseburgers meal with ketchup, mustard and onions. They forgot the ketchup and mustard and the bun and patty was very dry and flat. Updating my previous review to award 1 star with another 1 star. I've ordered using the McDonald's curbside app quite a few times. The first time they forgot a McFlurry. The second time they forgot one of my large fries. Ok fine I expect to have missing food from McDonald's; it's a fast food restaurant. However today I put in my order at 7:54, I arrive and check into spot 3 at 8:03 and at 8:57 I am currently typing this still without my order. If I could give this McDonalds 0 stars, I would. The customer service is horrible! You pull up to the windows and they barely acknowledge you; they just hand you your stuff and move along. When you do get your food, 9 times out of 10 they are missing part of the order so you have to double check the bag to make sure everything is there before leaving the window. Just recently I pulled up to the drive thru and they claimed they were only doing online orders. I got some food somewhere else and when I passed it on my way back there were plenty of cars getting food in line and I guarantee that at least half of the vehicles didn't order online. Whether it was true or not, the person talking in the drive thru was rude. Go to any other McDonalds in town before you get this one! read more

This place is an absolute disaster. Their response to any problem is that it's because they're short staffed. Use common sense people, if you're too short staffed, close the lobby. You obviously can't handle both at the same time. But also, being short staffed isn't the issue. It's not that hard to know how to read orders and make them correctly and timely. My self and my family visited the McDonald's Drive Thru on Gull Road Kalamazoo. When we were in line waiting to be waited on we started smelling Marijuana. We had to roll up our windows is what so strong. I started looking around to see where it was coming from. I then noticed a employee sitting on the pavement facing Sprinkle Rd. Her back was to us. You could see smoke, her taking smoking it. I thought that if she was just someone who was off duty for the night that's fine. But I watched her get up and walk back into McDonalds. Then as we got up to place our order it was a female voice and then when we got to the window to pay it was this employee. Is that really allowed while you are working to get high ? Then as we get to the second window for our food I assume this guy was a manager was so rude with us and then the order wasn't right. He had no name tag on was in regular street clothes. The other employee who was smoking was in her uniform but no name tag that I could see. The receipts are so faint that you can't even read your order let alone any names. This is the worst McDonalds ever. Not only are they not able to get any orders correctly, they are the rudest employees at least at night. I have been during the day and it was much more pleasant. I don't have anything against anyone smoking Marijuana however I do not want someone taking my order, my money while being high. I can't not believe McDonalds allows this or that the Manager you have allows it also. Their is not mistaken that she was smoking Marijuana it was seen and you could smell it on her as you pulled up to the window. Giving this McDonalds a one star rating. That's being generous..!! I was just minding my own business, watching football when it happened: the Golden Arches called my name. I threw on my best sweatpants and hit the road searching for the nearest drive thru. Because I don't like to be glutenous on the day of the Lord, I ordered a six piece nuggy with ranch and a specialty sauce... which I was charged extra for. Seems petty, but fine. Once back to my house, I loosened my sweatpants and prepped to crush the nuggs when to my horror, no freaking sauces. THE SAUCES YOU SURE THE HELL CHARGED ME FOR. Great. I don't want to make a thing.... I got a spare sauce stash (so what, I'm not embarrassed, we all do). Sauce disaster averted, I pull out my box-o-nuggs and guess what. THERE WERE ONLY THREE NUGGETS IN THE BOX. Furious, I grabbed my bag because sure as shit I was heading back to get what I paid for.... and you know damn well they didn't put a receipt in the bag. Gull Road McDonalds is the worst of the worst of any fast food restaurant.6/26/23 I would never go to this McDonalds again. Floors were filthy and had something on them that made feel you were walking ice, very slippery could have easily fallen, The women's bathroom floor was dirty, no toilet paper in the only stall that was working other one out of order. Told only manager could get paper. My husband went into the men's bathroom and wouldn't use it because he said it looked like someone stood back and sprayed it with urine. The tables and floor were dirty in the main part of the restaurant. We ordered ice cream sundae's were told ice cream machine was down. This restaurant needs to be closed. I don't normally eat McDonalds but twice this week I have picked up lunch for my wife and very specifically let them know what she wanted on her burger. She has an aversion to mustard so it's very important to not have it on her sandwich. Even though it on the receipt for some reason the folks here don't care enough to look on their screen and they just slap crap together and throw it out through the window. Since I don't eat here, I usually pick up Qdoba for myself and then pick up McDonalds for anyone else in the family. Multiple times this week I've had to eat my lunch cold because of an issue with the McDonalds Drive thru not getting the order correct. The folks at McDonalds should actually care about taking care of the customer, I know it's fast food and I know it's a drive thru but this multi billion dollar company should pay more attention to the way they treat the people that are funneling cash in. read more

This is the WORST drive-thru McDonald's ever! Wait, before I go on, the cashiers are good. And one lady cashier is particularly frlendly and nice. This may be their only saving grace. The employees at the windows are rude and won't lean out to give me my food. I'm small and can't reach inside the window! Should I have to?? The food is slapped together. Last week I ordered a regular burger and a small shake. Got to the window and couldn't reach the shake. It fell to the ground! I YELLED an expletive and my blood pressure felt like it was over the moon!! I did not go back to get a replacement. I knew they would be rude and it would infuriate me!
