Terrible place. I went twice last week. I figured I would give it a second chance. The first time was a Thursday night, not busy at all. The wait time in the drive-thru was ridiculous. Then they forgot some of the food. The fries tasted like they were bathed in salt, I could feel my blood pressure go up after eating some of them. The second time was last night on a Saturday night. Again, the drive-thru wait time was ridiculous and it wasn't busy at all. My daughter actually had to say something to the speaker for us to get acknowledged to place our order after sitting for a couple minutes. Again, they forgot some of the food. Seriously, how hard is it for that guy in the drive-thru to read a receipt and put the correct food in the bag??? Got home with the food and it wasn't good at all. I had a big mac and it was literally half made. There was only 1 patty. It was disgusting. The part that was made was just glopped on. There was more dressing than anything else on the burger. We will not ever go back. There is a Wendy's, Burger King, Taco Bell, Zaxbys and more within half a mile. read more

They always leave something out whenever I used the drive thur and especially when ordering more then one items. Ask for four cookies, they gave me two. Asked for Big Mac menu, they forgot the Big Mac. WTH!!! Worst service ever. read more

We have traveled the country and have 3 little boys. Needless to say we always hear "Can we have McDonalds"! Having traveled around coast to coast and visiting some pretty poor McDonalds, I can tell you that the Jasper Ga McDonalds is consistently the worst we have seen...it also happens to be our home McDonalds which is even more sad. It's sad that my boys are constantly being told no because of how this store is ran. Pretty sad that you have an overall rating of 1 and still nothing gets gone. The longest drive thru ever....always takes forever even if you're the only car in line. My boys are constantly getting girl toys or toys that are from months ago, 3 nuggets instead of four, no sauce, and the list continues. I've even thought to myself, "everyone has a bad day".....but it's EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! It's sad that Zaxbys across the street (a company that publicly posts that they are not fast food and it takes time to cook), is 2 to 3 times faster both inside and outside than McDonalds. I'm better off getting them Zaxbys food (much better quality) and then getting them a toy at Walmart (again, much better quality). Get it together. read more

Worst restaurant in all of Georgia. Got off work in the same location (not even 10 minutes away) at 9:30. My order wasn't even over $5 and i didn't get home until 11. Oh yeah, did I mention I live in town too? They took this damn long, and then they hand me my food and run back behind the counter. Never got my change, no "sorry", no compensation, no service. Worst damn place I've ever had the misfortune of going too. They've messed up our orders every time too. I am going to email corporate about this and things better change. read more

I read an article the other day that reported McDonald's franchise starting to struggle. Well I can understand why after the last year of giving this location multiple opportunities to do better. I have had to wait for up to 25 minutes in the drive through as the only car for a simple double cheese burger meal. I can understand waiting when busy that's not a problem. The other issue is about 80% of the time the order is wrong, the receipt is right but what's in the bag is clearly someone else's order. I hope management looks at Yelp on occasion to see the problems and works to correct them. For now I will wait to see more positive reviews of this location before returning. read more

Renovation of bldg very nice. Food was ok. Service was awful. On a holiday, was short staffed. Folks were waiting forever for their food. Lots of frustration. Tables dirty--no napkins. Very poor management read more

This McDonald's takes the cake for being the worst fast food establishment that I have ever visited. The customer service is awful, I ordered something totally different than what I received and I mentioned it to the staff and they got an attitude with me and acted as if it were my fault. Plan on going inside? DONT. They will assist every customer at the window before they will someone inside, the food is also VERY nasty. Compared to other local McDonald's, the quality of their food is equal to eating at Longhorns compared to this place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! read more

Never get what you order. We ordered a burger and we asked not to have certain items on them. Every time we for the burger back they screwed up again and again. At this same time the store manager was looking over at us he did nothing to help the situation. Employee's look so mad there at work. I've seen managers there role there eyes when they serve food and I've seen a employee ask for help and the manager roles her eyes behind her back. Many other people out there needs jobs and can Keep there attitudes at home. These people bring it to work. This store don't deserve one star or any stars. read more

HEADS UP: This is a terrible restaurant! ZERO STARS!! So first things first, we had to wait for over 5 minutes at the speaker before someone took our order. After that wait, the girl is extremely rude while taking our order. Plus, she did not allow us to complete our order before she told us our total. So we pulled up to the window not having our order completed yet, and the girl is continuing to be rude. We tell her that we had not completed our order at the speaker because the person taking it had interrupted us (FYI it was the same girl). She does not apologize just made excuses about not having enough people working on the grill and that the line had been wrapped around the building for a while. We continue to the next window to receive our food. This actually only took less than a minute, but still did not receive friendly service, not rude but definitely not friendly. We pulled into a spot to eat our food, and the car in front of us in the drive thru had been asked to pulled into a spot to wait for their food. So we sat and watched this lady wait almost 10 more minutes for her one bag of food, after waiting long in the drive thru just like us. I finally see a girl walking out with her food, except she's standing at the door on her phone!! So after her and her phone get done being friends, she starts to walk towards our car even though we are not in the reserved spot. I can understand a minor mistake like this, but this was unacceptable because maybe if she hadn't been so worried about her phone she could have taken a minute to look for which car it was. Anyways, she proceeds to our car and we simply tell her that it isn't us but the lady a few spots over. Her response, "Okay cool" and a very nice eye roll. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This was completely unacceptable in my opinion. Anyways, I'll discuss the actual food now. I was very unhappy with my food. My fries were not hot, they weren't extremely cold but not hot, and I was expecting hot fries after such a long line and wait. My McChicken was burnt and cold at the same time. Also my McDouble was cold too. The only good thing out of this visit, was my sweet tea so that's saying something. I go to this McDonald's all the time, and I am unhappy with the service every single time I go. I will more than likely start going to a different one even though I live in Jasper. This place either needs new management or honestly, to be shut down because it isn't kept clean either. I would not recommend going to this McDonald's to anyone. read more

Gross, nasty, disgusting...,service sucks, cold apple pie and stale fries. Got hot fudge Sunday and opened the lid and fudge glopped all over my hands. Watching some slow, drunk guy argue with the manager about an order that was messed up last Sunday (it's Tuesday). Keeps going on and on about how he spent $36 that time...etc. Walking away with bags of freebies and was at the counter for an hour. Food is probably cold. Flies everywhere! I know it says not to write a review if you are affiliated with the employees. However, I feel it necessary to. The problem I have is that there is NO consistency in the training of employees on how to make the McCafe dri ks. It doesnt matter WHAT you order, you will NEVER get two of the same item made by two different emoyees or on different shifts that taste the same. Have ordered food there infrequently over the years I've lived near Jasper and more than just a few times the staff seemed more interested in continuing to talk with each other than they are to wait on customers. .... Late one night I waited over 5 minutes (the only person at the counter) to place my order. The manager on duty acknowledged me and continued to serve the drive-thru window while other employees in the back talked & ignored my presence. Just as the manager came to take my order, a previously served customer came up to ask for a drink refill, and was waited on first!! .... This is not a way to run a business. I've given them one too many chances to improve there customer service - I no longer go there. read more
