Our group of 12 was all in the mood for ice cream and after a quick search, we found this place. And I'm so glad we did! It was a cute old-fashioned mom and Pop type ice cream shop and all the flavors were delicious. Between the 12 of us, we all had varied orders from cups to cones and shakes. The young girl serving did a wonderful job getting us all taken care of and was gracious with allowing the Littles to sample anything they wanted to before they ordered. The servings were huge and priced more than fairly. We will definitely be back if ever in the area again and recommend it to anyone over the many other options. read more

This is such a SWEET shop! The customer service is top notch and the ice cream is delicious! I come for the nostalgia and ambience. I love seeing candy from when I was a kid, and the memories that come with it. Its fun reminiscing with fellow shoppers and the staff is so welcoming and helpful. A favorite tradition and memory my children and I have are getting ice cream and sitting at the window or patio sharing about our day, and enjoying our treats. I would only recommend this place to those who truly want a full experience. If you don't take a moment to enjoy all aspects given, then you might be disappointed. The shoppe is simply adorable and nostalgic. The young woman working behind the counter was sweet and friendly. I had the chocolate ice cream on a cake cone and my husband had the salted caramel pretzel on a waffle cone. Both were absolutely delicious. I have to say that it was probably one of the tastiest chocolate ice creams I've had. I will definitely go back if I am in the area. read more

Good ice cream, cute shop, but pretty expensive. I'd rather go get 5 cartons of Mayfield from Walmart for the price I paid there. Sorry, it just wasn't THAT good. Edited after owner comment: I had your moose tracks ice cream today and it is my favorite Mayfield flavor. It was equal to the taste of Mayfield in my opinion, not any more "premium" that is why I said I'd rather purchase Mayfield at Walmart. My husband and 2 daughters had 3 other flavors. No one thought that the ice cream was worth the "premium" price we paid. However, it was good. My husband is a teacher and I stay home, your shop is out of our price range except for maybe a special occasion. Consider teacher coupons/gift cards so that we CAN support small businesses with premium prices. read more

We were one of the first to try Lollidrops on their opening day. I found the nostalgic candy to be a great touch! It gave us much to look at as we waited in line for the ice cream. The reason I give this place a 1star is because the price for one scoop (approximately one ounce) of ice cream is $5.00 - that's an expensive one scoop! The ice cream isn't mind-blowing so I cannot fathom how they can charge such a high price. This is a small town where the average combined income per household is $46k. The community is not in a financial position to support such an expensive place. read more

Lollidrops Sweet Shoppe is our favorite desert shop. The staff members are always pleasant and professional. Their rewards system is easy to use and I love receiving my receipts via text message. We also love their non-ice cream sweets as much as their ice cream. As I entered Lollidrops with my son, I instantly found myself transported back in time to memories I loved so much. Looking through the selection of candy and goodies, I recalled a simpler time when I was a boy with my grandpa going through our Main Street drug store for some sweets and a milkshake. The fixtures, the selection, the aromas and the wonderful staff that offered incredible service made this walk back in time worth every penny. And the ice cream... Oh My God! The ice cream is some of the creamiest, buttery sweet goodness I've ever eaten and the prices are on par with other premium ice cream shops, however Lollidrops scoops are HUGE! Finally I have to say the sweet young lady who owns the shop, Amanda was the sweetest and most sincere person I've encountered in a long time. You can tell she really cares about her community and providing the best quality and service to everyone that walks in the door. We've been going to the Lollidrops Shoppe since it opened. As a matter of fact we visit several times a week but it seems the portions keep shrinking.
