This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at the McDonald's first thing that made it bad was I wanted a Minecraft meal and they signs and posters everywhere for it but when i ordered it they said "we don't have it" then I order my usual I go to feel up on sweet tea and it tasted like water so I dump it out and go to get water and they HAVE NO WATER then when i sit down they gave me 2 and only 2 ketchup packets and half of my fries are cold and the other half are not even room temp I am none to say less extremely upset with this and it basically ruined my day read more

I just came here to complain because they were out of dome lids for milkshakes and it was shoved into a soda cup where milkshake and whipped cream overflowed out of the cup so i had to wrap it in napkins and it felt like i got less than i would've with a dome lid. Waited to place my order while seeing another vehicle get taken care of even though they had pulled in after me. Continued to be patient only to be told I needed to wait longer to place my order. After finally being able to place my order, I paid and drove to the second window. The two young lady's working at that particular window were rude as can be. The first practically threw my food at me, was fussing with her coworker, and the second lied about their pricing and preceded to make a fuss over sauce. Wow. Just when you think service can't get much worse. Had a pretty simple order.. forgot to put salt on ALL of our fry's.. frys were Luke warm and unsalted, half filled. Nuggets were dried out like they were cooked more than an hour ago. Will not return to this location unless something changes. We stopped at the McDonald's in Jasper, Alabama, and I had a wonderful experience with the person who took my order who was named Kimberly. It's rare in the service industry when you find an individual who not only does their job with interest and a smile, but does it well as if it were the most important job in the world, and Kimberly definitely did. There's only one other McDonald's worse than this and it's in Columbus Georgia. Honestly, The food doesn't even taste like a typical McDonald's. The fries are almost always cold. If you're lucky enough to get them warm there's definitely no salt on them. The burgers are almost never warm. Their plate place remains closed because they're clearly just too lazy to open it and clean it. They just stick to trash cans in front of the play place well Wendy's and Burger King both have their play place open for at least six months. My son is autistic and McDonald's is his favorite restaurant. We go there for his birthday every year. This year I went in and ordered and we left and went over to Burger King so he could play at the play place. He ended up not eating his McDonald's, because the chicken nuggets were trash and the fries were cold, and luckily ended up loving Burger King. Do not go to this McDonald's. If you want half filled, cold, and hard fries this is the place to go. Not to mention their customer service here is little to none. I've ordered unsweet tea through the drive-thru twice, and TWICE I've received SWEET tea. I ordered an Egg McMuffin and got a Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuit. That's 3 for 3 now. I do believe that I know how to talk, so I'm not sure what the problem is.
