My husband has a brain injury and he went when it wasn't busy (1045 am) and was told he had to use kiosk. He wasn't offered any assistance. The sign says to ask for assistance if you have special needs. I asked to speak with the manager and it was the same person who offered no help. He was unprofessional and had an attitude. Been here today about 45 minutes in Playland and yet not 1 time has anyone came out to clean. This happens at most of the ones with Playland's. This location is within blocks of my home yet I will drive 3 mi to Kellogg Avenue to another McDonalds. My most recent visit resulted in my not getting waited on for over 3 minutes while I was satnding at the counter, I left without ordering.
