This is one of the worst McDonald's anywhere. They want you to order from kiosk, get your drink, and they Brink the rest to your table if you are eating in. I had to flag someone down to get the cup for my drink. They acted as though taking care of customers stopped them from doing important things. My food was brought to my table. But they brought it in a bag. If they used a tray it world take so much less time than cleaning tables. I do not understand the astride attitude of today's fast food. read more

You don't really expect stellar service at McDonald's these days--so understand that I'm living no delusions of grandeur. I came and expected a quick and cheap meal with four kids in tow. Service was meh, which seems typical of this location. There were no lids for medium cups, no ketchup, no Sprite and service moved at a snail's pace. Asked and paid for tomato to top my chicken sandwich...and received perhaps the smallest slice of tomato I've seen on a sandwich. Bigger than a pickle. Barely. If I could give them a 0 I would. I have stopped in this McDonalds a few times over the years. I keep trying to give them a chance, and they just are terrible. Tonight (Saturday night) we pulled up at 9:50 and they were magically closed. Google and Yelp both say they close at 11, so what is the actual time? Came here to get my kids Mcflurrys and French fries. The person who took my order was extremely rude and unaccommodating. They didn't have ice cream. The person who took my payment for the order was even more rude and she acted as if I was putting her out by paying for my kid's food. She also was not capable of counting because I handed her $16 for an order that was $15.95 and she insisted I owed her another dollar. They're also extremely slow for "fast food." All extremely rude and the food was even worse quality than usual. Fries were old and nasty. They also did not add the toy to the happy meal which is the only reason I didn't just order fries. The food is decent when I go, but I'm writing this review based on 1 experience I had. I got called into work at 9:30PM on a Friday night. I was super hungry, so I stopped at this McDonald's before going into work. There were people in line at the windows and the speakers. I waited a total of 10 minutes before finally getting to the speaker. No one said a word to me on the speaker. I waited for another 10 minutes, saying "hello?" every few minutes with no response. After sitting in line and at the speaker for a total of 20 minutes, someone comes over the speaker and says "We're closed". No "I'm sorry", no explanation. Mind you, people were being served at the windows when I pulled up, I heard the person before me ordering their meal. Completely out of no where at a 24 hour McDonald's, they're closed and couldn't even tell the people who were sitting in their line this until they had been sitting at a speaker for 10 minutes. Needless to say, I went into work at 10:15PM, sat in a surgery until 1AM hungry, feeling like I was going to pass out. If someone had told me when I came to the speaker that they were closed, I could have had time to pull into Taco Bell down the road. Disappointing and infuriating experience. read more

Absolutely appalled. Not only was the person behind the counter handing out orders rude and unprofessional she didn't acknowledge anything that was said to her. Secondly when I did receive my order for dine in, I had to get it myself (not a big deal), but every other establishment brings it to the table). Isn't that the point of taking a number and setting it on the table? Either way the real issue was that when I got my food and opened up the burger there was a long black hair sticking out of it. This has to be THE slowest production McD in the country. Rude ass mgr didn't even acknowledge when I greeted HER with "hi, how you doing". I ordered the simplest most basic menu items, a cheeseburger n small fries, paid my $$ then waited 10+ minutes for my food. Thats after another employee told the kitchen she needed a cheeseburger. I watched the same sorry ass mgr dump 2 baskets of fries without grabbing the salt shaker above her head and salting the fries. Then SHE hands me my food like it was something special n fast. Stopped here for lunch yesterday in the pouring rain. After I ordered door my wife and I the clouds opened up. It started coming down in buckets. I got soaked giving the cashier my credit card and again picking up the food from the 2nd window. Both employees also were drenched because of the way the wind was blowing the water. Both employees remained friendly with smiles on their faces. Their attitude was above and beyond due to the conditions. The food was freshly cooked. The large fries was actually a large fry and the 1/4 pounder with cheese really tasted good. It was a great fast food experience. Used the McDonald's app and got a free quarter pounder with cheese. I've eaten at this location twice. First time they got the order wrong and took forever to bring out chicken tenders. They went to the wrong car first then went back inside. Finally they came back out to our car. Then they ended up forgetting the sauce we asked for. They put all the sauces in the chicken tenders bag except for the one we wanted. One sandwich didn't have the tomato, one didn't have the lettuce, one burger was a complete mess just thrown together, and the medium fries were only filled about half way. During my time waiting for my order, 2 customers who were eating in were complaining/returning their food and asking for replacements that never came and ended up getting refunds. Wow. I don't usually expect much from the 3am shift but these gems managed to mess up everything from beginning to end. When you have 3 cars in a drive-thru lane, I shouldn't have to wait 32 minutes. They might be short staffed, they might be tired...but 32 minutes is too long to wait for an incorrect order. How do they mess up a double cheeseburger and fries with zero special instructions? The attitude of the workers was atrocious at best. Fries came out below room temperature. Asking for ketchup and a straw seemed to irritate the staff. Do yourself a favor and drive/walk/Uber to the one across town. I never expect 5-star service from Micky D's at 3am, but this place managed to make my dining experience completely miserable. Yesterday we tried to just get drinks when we noticed the line was long in the drive thru, so I parked to go inside. The doors were locked!? It was 5:50pm the woman inside waved me away??
