I have used this Macca's on different occasions, be it early morning after a hospital trip with me mum, one my way out to DnD or simply its the easiest place to go at the time. Overall, the food is generally fine, I found the staff to be mostly polite and helpful and I can see they try hard to get the orders out fast and fresh. I will say drive through is better than walk in when your in a hurry but they don't always get the order right. The staff on drive through mics need to slow down with the is that all, is that all, is that all..... and that's generally said after Hi can i please have... is that all ... a cheese burger meal... is that all a big mac meal is that all ... well you get the idea they have cameras and can see i have 4 ppl in the car so sure ill order a cheese burger meal for sharing HaHaHaHa.....as i said earlier over all its a standard Macca's run by younger staff trying to do something positive with their lives so for that I will continue to dine there. read more

At least one of the breakfast staff hadn't washed their clothes, and smelled the dark side of intriguing. Not even the trans fats and hash brown could overpower his musk. And yet, after attempting to train the staff on how to handle cutlery, I ate. One toilet was missing a door, the hand basins grubby, and another toilet was super gross in a way I'll not describe here. Toilet paper was left around, with dirt collected on it. And yet, in desperation, I used the bathroom, hoping for the best outcome possible. Here's to Wet Ones. Cutlery, straws, etc handled with money hands. This Maccas will do the job if you really need it to, just not in a way that's consistent with the brand. read more

I pass this McDonald's every time I drive home from work, usually very early mornings...so tempting ! The staff here are very friendly but unfortunately it is the slowest service and all the drunks that have walked from the Metro or Dustys just a street below, are always causing a ruckus in the parking lot which doesn't make it appealing to stop in. There are always police cars and tow trucks pulling in and out of there. It's McDonald's, the food tastes the same as every other. I suppose the best time to get to this one is during the day but avoid it on weekend nights. read more

Incompetent service through and through since I first started ordering from her in 2012. I only go here because it's closer to my home. Food is great but they have never gotten an order right and mix up orders regularly. Staff don't seem to care when complaints are made unless I threaten to see the manager. Better off going to them Donald's in Yamanto, Brassall or Booval it is worth the petrol. All in all great food , bad service. read more

The best drive-thru service ever, from any fast food restaurant. Fast and friendly service. I've only been through this drive-thru on 2 occasions, but both times I have left with, and this may sound silly, a smile on my face because of the excellent customer service. This should be the benchmark for all fast food drive thru's. read more

Out of all the mc Donald's I've been to this has bar far been the worst the drive threw servers never listen and my order is alway wrong at one point they gave me some one else's order and made me wait 40 minutes to get my order. The inside service was horrid the people at the registers aren't expletives and it took almost 10 minutes to get my order mostly because they have attitude and got my change wrong twice. I don't recommend going to this Mc Donald at all unless you want to get your order wrong or wait 40 minutes until you get it read more
