Their parking lot is very unfriendly. It shares a space with Chick-fil-A and it's a little confusing as far as where to go. You have to go all the way around the building to enter the drive through then, once you enter the drive through the payment window is right at the curve, so I passed it and had to put my car in reverse to come back to the window. I asked the lady how often this happens and she said every day. Then I get to the pickup window and my coffee is overflowing at the top, which means I spilled when I brought it into the car. I had to wait for the employee to return and she thankfully gave napkins. She was apologetic. The customer service is great, but I'm not A fan of the layout or the overfilled coffee! read more

This locations quality is HORRIBLE. The bread was ROCK hard. Imagine ordering a filet-o-fish and biting into a brick. Same with the biscuits. Today, I ordered a Bacon egg cheese biscuit with extra bacon (because they barely add a half a piece), and of course they ignored the order. I'm not sure what's going on with the quality, but the buns and biscuits should be soft. I would say they get my order right 1 out of every 5 visits. Even if it's something simple as going to get drinks. I can't even recommend which time of the day is better to go because they mess up regardless of time of day. For the most part I've only experienced 2 very nice employees. Best McDonald's I have EVER been to. Zero line, quick and friendly service. The food was extremely fresh. Nuggets were hot and crispy, and the Big Mac bun was SO soft (they're almost always stale everywhere I go). Other locations make you pay for the sauces; not only are they free at this location, but they gave me extra sauces even though I didn't ask (my local McDonalds forgets my sauces every time, even when I pay for them). The WORST McDonald's I have ever been to!! The staff is incompetent and RUDE! They are overpaid at minimum wage. Apparently management doesn't care about the money people are spending there because the staff is awful! The line is long because there is ZERO sense of urgency. I give this store a ZERO! Consistently the orders are wrong 99.9% of the time. I have put reviews in through DoorDash but that doesn't work. I have called the managers and that doesn't work. Nothing works with this store. I only order UNSWEET tea yet I always get sweet! I always order no onions/pickles but I get them anyway. I've talked to management yet they are ineffective no matter how many complaints. I wish I could own a business that is less than adequate and still keep making money. Came here since it was basically the only place that was opened last night. I want to give it more stars but I can't. The service and people were rude, the person who took our order kept sighing like were being an inconvenience to her or we are bugging her. Seriously if you REALLY hate your job so much why don't you find a new one instead of giving customers your rudeness. As paying customers I would at least expect a decent customer service at a joint like this but obviously it's lacking here. Very poorly run! Waited 20 minutes for two fries and a Big Mac. I counted 15 people waiting for their food. People were coming in from the drive through because orders were screwed up. Very clean restaurant. First time ever experiencing table service from a chain like this. Lois and Robin were very personable. Not only did they deliver the food to our table, but they also made frequent trips through the dining room and collected the trays that were full of trash. No complaints on food or service. Just disappointed in the PlayPlace :(. If you have a two-year toddler, just be aware that this probably isn't the place for them. My kid generally enjoys the kids areas and can easily get climb up into them, but this one is very challenging to climb up. And no area for little kids at all. Booo! read more
