It's rare that I leave a review for a fast food place particularly at McDonald's. But the experience was too good not to share. Customer service felt a lot more like Chick-fil-A than McDonald's. The food order was accurate and speedy. It was a good quality and the restaurant was very clean. Multiple staff were beyond attentive to any need or request. I went back for them to replace it and these dumbass hoes still put no cheese on a fucking cheeseburger after I told them what was wrong with it. We order five to six times a month, and five out of six orders from this store arrive either missing multiple items or are completely inedible. This isn't a delivery issue, our bags arrive sealed, with the printed receipt showing a complete order, yet the food inside is cold, stale, or missing entirely. The past two orders were alarming: * Fries delivered cold and clearly hours old, not just lukewarm * Burgers so dried-out and stale that they were unsafe to serve to my kids * Entire sides missing despite sealed bags * No sauces, napkins, or straws, repeatedly This is not a one-off mistake. It's a consistent pattern that raises serious concerns about food handling, food storage, and basic quality control inside this restaurant. I've filed formal reports with: * McDonald's Corporate * Parker County Health Department (inspection requested) * The franchise contact listed through the Chamber I was not seeking a refund, I was seeking accountability. But the response I received was to "contact McDelivery service," which is unacceptable considering the food was unsafe before the delivery driver ever touched it. If you are in Hudson Oaks, I strongly recommend choosing the McDonald's in Willow Park or Weatherford, which are consistently safe and reliable. Normally pretty dismal place. Food slap gouged together. Employees okay at windows but ones preparing food need training or supervision. Ice cold cheese on lukewarm meat. Mustard/ketchup likely to come pouring out on you. For a few months the Quarter and Double Quarter Pounders were Amazing. Hot and fresh. Occasionally had to wait few minutes but worth it. Found out McDonalds had poison problems with that sandwich and all had to be made fresh. Lol! Back now to old hit or miss on what you'll receive. And they act like ice is gold bullion. Large drink lucky to have half a cup of ice. Go few exits East and try Micky Ds in Willow Park. Much better. read more

I came to the drive thru on Christmas Day and someone ask if I'll be using the mobile app, I said I tried to order on it but didn't know if it went through. That was all I heard and said hello a few times and drove up to the window. After a couple minutes I knocked on the drive thru window and no one would come to it so I left. I can see why they have a 1 Star review. The drive through asked me if I'm ordering through the app. I said what is that. She immediately cut me off and took 3 customers orders in the other lane. I got pissed decided to go inside. Gave my order proceeded to pay and apparently some employee put nickels in the quarter slots on the register. Ordered in the mobil app and when we got home the McDoubles were all single patty and to best part was the McChicken sandwich was wrapped up without any actual chicken on it. We went here to get my son and i a chocolate dipped ice cream cone and the lady when to scoop the hard chocolate off the top and knock it into the trash then puts the SAME SPOON back into thw chocolate only to repeat the same method a few more times.
