It's rare that I leave a review for a fast food place particularly at McDonald's. But the experience was too good not to share. Customer service felt a lot more like Chick-fil-A than McDonald's. The food order was accurate and speedy. It was a good quality and the restaurant was very clean. Multiple staff were beyond attentive to any need or request. This location may restore my appeal for this franchise. read more

McDonald's - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hudson Oaks, Texas

Let me tell y'all something real quick. I don't normally write Yelp reviews--but today? Oh baby, today I WROTE A DISSERTATION. I took my 7-year-old daughter to McDonald's this morning for a treat after her spelling test. Just a little mom-and-me breakfast vibe, ya know? She gets her hotcakes, I get my iced coffee, all is right in the world... until she looks up at me with the most disturbed face and says: "Mommy... there's a BUG in my syrup." I'm thinking maybe a fruit fly or something harmless... but no. I look in that little cup of syrup and what do I see? A WHOLE. ASS. ROLLY. POLLY. Rolled up like it's taking a bubble bath. Just floating there. Like it BELONGS. Excuse me??? I did not order the "Wildlife Combo Meal." I didn't know y'all were out here serving Syrup Surprise à la Garden Insect. read more

McDonald's - The insect in question (rolly polly). Found in syrup as my daughter was trying to eat her hotcakes. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hudson Oaks, Texas

Another hit or miss fast food restaurant. Always missing items in the bag, we now check every time before we leave. Fries are never full, ice is always melted and the staff is also a hit or miss when it comes to friendly. read more

I ordered a double cheeseburger plain. I received 1 patty and shit all over the nasty ass burger. I went back for them to replace it and these dumbass hoes still put no cheese on a fucking cheeseburger after I told them what was wrong with it. Nasty as fuck and going off these other reviews is just sad. 1.3 star rating. Time to shut this shit down No excuse for you to get my shot wrong not once but twice after I even told you the issue. Not to mention this was a pickup order. You don't gotta do shit but read the god damn order to see what I wanted. Just lazy asf. read more

I'm posting this review because what's happening at the Hudson Oaks McDonald's is no longer a customer-service issue, it's a health and safety concern. My household orders from McDonald's regularly, and over the past year this location has declined dramatically. We order five to six times a month, and five out of six orders from this store arrive either missing multiple items or are completely inedible. This isn't a delivery issue, our bags arrive sealed, with the printed receipt showing a complete order, yet the food inside is cold, stale, or missing entirely. The past two orders were alarming: * Fries delivered cold and clearly hours old, not just lukewarm * Burgers so dried-out and stale that they were unsafe to serve to my kids * Entire sides missing despite sealed bags * No sauces, napkins, or straws, repeatedly This is not a one-off mistake. It's a consistent pattern that raises serious concerns about food handling, food storage, and basic quality control inside this restaurant. I've filed formal reports with: * McDonald's Corporate * Parker County Health Department (inspection requested) * The franchise contact listed through the Chamber I was not seeking a refund, I was seeking accountability. But the response I received was to "contact McDelivery service," which is unacceptable considering the food was unsafe before the delivery driver ever touched it. If you are in Hudson Oaks, I strongly recommend choosing the McDonald's in Willow Park or Weatherford, which are consistently safe and reliable. Until this location addresses its food safety issues, I cannot in good conscience recommend eating here. read more

The food was good, but the staff were yelling Profanity in the kitchen, and talking about very inappropriate things that the people in the lobby don't want to here. I would give it more stars if I could have enjoyed my meal peacefully. read more

Normally pretty dismal place. Food slap gouged together. Employees okay at windows but ones preparing food need training or supervision. Ice cold cheese on lukewarm meat. Mustard/ketchup likely to come pouring out on you. For a few months the Quarter and Double Quarter Pounders were Amazing. Hot and fresh. Occasionally had to wait few minutes but worth it. Found out McDonalds had poison problems with that sandwich and all had to be made fresh. Lol! Back now to old hit or miss on what you'll receive. And they act like ice is gold bullion. Large drink lucky to have half a cup of ice. Go few exits East and try Micky Ds in Willow Park. Much better. read more

This is quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Their food is always cold. None of the cheese is melted ever and their french fries are always cold. read more

I came to the drive thru on Christmas Day and someone ask if I'll be using the mobile app, I said I tried to order on it but didn't know if it went through. That was all I heard and said hello a few times and drove up to the window. After a couple minutes I knocked on the drive thru window and no one would come to it so I left. So it's obvious someone was there and must not have wanted to work. I see why everyone says this place is terrible, it's the people that work there. read more

I can see why they have a 1 Star review. The drive through asked me if I'm ordering through the app. I said what is that. She immediately cut me off and took 3 customers orders in the other lane. I got pissed decided to go inside. Gave my order proceeded to pay and apparently some employee put nickels in the quarter slots on the register. So basically the employee couldn't figure out how to make change. Not to mention stale bread no sauce on the Big Mac. Cmon man! They don't teach basic math in our schools anymore I guess. read more

I only eat at Micky D's for breakfast and i normally dont even rate chains but this McDonalds is great in the AM. Perfect orders and the drive through so fast you wait for nothing. I grab n go all over the country and this is the beat. Great kids working there too that recognize me and always have a smile on. Eat it read more

Ordered in the mobil app and when we got home the McDoubles were all single patty and to best part was the McChicken sandwich was wrapped up without any actual chicken on it. Just a bun, lettuce and mayo. If it wasn't so sad it would upset me more. Called and talked to the manager and she didn't even seem phased by it. read more

Have given up on this McDonald's. Have gone though tons of times but nothing but disappointment. Orders consistently wrong, staff is never pleasant, and today 8-24-21 was my last straw. My wife had not 1, but 2 very long hairs COOKED into her Big Mac. I'm not one to ever complain, but this place is flat out a dump. And we LOVE McDonald's! read more

WOW!!! I should have read the reviews before coming here. Wow!!! Cashier walked away from cash register after paying without giving me my change. Where do these kids come from? Slow, socially inept, and... what customer service?!! What training?!! Is there training? Poor kids are thinking they're doing a great job too. What a shame. read more

If you want some of the worst service you've ever had at a fast food restaurant, come to this location also, if you have a simple order, don't count on it being right save some time go to willow park Mcdonalds the food is better and the service is 20 stars compared to this place wish yelp would allow the "no stars" option trash place doesn't deserve any‍ read more

My husband and I came through the drive-through about 9pm. I'm pregnant and really wanted a cheeseburger and fries. When we got home there was a small crock roach in the bag!!!! I nearly died!!!! I will never be back! read more

very Poor on customer service went by the window the first time got my order wrong went to the window second time because they still got my order wrong. Waiting for more than 10 minutes for three McChicken's.!!! and still come out and say what are we waiting for? didn't give a discount or give us at least a free drink for getting our order wrong twice read more

This location sucks. I went through the drive thru and they forgot a sandwich and when we came back to get it, they told us they were no longer serving food. What place stops serving food before they close? They lady at the speaker box was awful too. She wasn't helpful and had a bad attitude. This place is notorious for forgetting food too. Don't eat here. read more

We went here to get my son and i a chocolate dipped ice cream cone and the lady when to scoop the hard chocolate off the top and knock it into the trash then puts the SAME SPOON back into thw chocolate only to repeat the same method a few more times. Yall the spoon went into the trash can and she repeatedly put it back into the chocolate. The manager saw this and said nothing just let her continue. I looked at the manager and said no thank you. We dont want the chocolate now. (As this girl was still hitting the chocolate into the trash then back into Choclate) she refunded the difference. Yall that's FUCKING GROSS. read more

Went to this location at 10:55 to get breakfast. Person on the speaker said they don't serve breakfast anymore. I was shocked, so I was about to drive off and he said they quit serving at 10:30. Why didn't he say that to begin with??? I drove off and will never go back to this location and probably will never go back. What an idiot! read more

Terrible service forgot our drinks when we got our drinks they spilled our drinks. The first lady that helped us when we ask her how's your day said it was terrible OK well sorry... read more

We got a lecture from the (already rude and cold) lady working the register because apparently you usually can't get sauce without ordering nuggets. She gave us one sauce packet and acted like she was doing us a huge favor. I'd like to know if that was really policy. Besides that, she was extremely rude in general, very short and shot dirty looks at us when we spoke to her. read more

This location routinely leaves items out of my order. This evening they left my large fries from my combo out of the bag. It's getting to the point I don't even check my bag and just accept defeat. I've got a large family and sometimes we just want a quick cheap meal and inevitably one of us is disappointed because we didn't get fries or sauce or sometimes even an entree item. Oh well, this is the state of affairs these days. read more

First bad experience was when this employee treated us like shit while waiting for food (older white male employee) and when they pour a bucket of salt on my fries, granted I like them salty but it was to the point where I just threw the fries away read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star but it's the lowest I can put. This is the first and last time I'll go to this McDonald's.This employees acted like they were the manager so they wouldn't get in trouble I'm so angry.I told the manager that my order was wrong and be patient with the manager but she proceeds to have a bad attitude with me for no reason.DONT GO HERE read more

Do yourself a favor and avoid this McDonald's location! The people working are incompetent, and customer service is non existent.

just went here to get lunch for myself and a lady at work. i only have so mich tome because i have to get back to work. i go to the drive through and let the lady know i need to place two orders and she tells me that they are too busy to take my two orders and that i will have to come inside -- what is the difference in placing them through drive through and coming inside -- i am too busy for this ridiculousness! never using this place again. went to taco bell instead where they are not too busy for their customers! read more

Bc normally they give you 20 piece meal and now they are saying they can't what they hell. And the lines take forever
