workers cussing at each other and I had to wait half an hour to get only 2 blizzards. I love Dairy Queen but I don't ever want to go there again after that. read more

Stop here at the Dairy Queen in Weatherford Texas to grab some lunch. I got the four piece steak. I asked I could substitute for the fries and he said yes I could substitute onion rings. I asked if there was an up charge and he said no. When I got my food and sit down and I looked at the receipt and there was a 99 cent upcharge for the onion rings. When I ask about the up charge, they said oh yeah, he made a mistake. They did nothing to correct the problem. read more

Dairy Queen - Steak fingers & onion rings - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Weatherford, Texas

I believe they combined Hershey's syrup with the hot fudge. $8 for two small hot fudge sundaes.

They were out of hot dog buns and used cut-up hamburger buns. Chili was way too much. Same price. I will only go to the Mineral Wells location. 4th generation DQ that is fantastic! Food is made fresh every day and the Mgr. Ms. Charlee, is the most efficient Mgr I believe I've seen. Her patience with new employees really impressed me as well. Kindness, patience, knowledge and a beautiful soul make her your friend the first time you meet her. Please visit them! read more

would be nice to have updated hours of operation. we were in line at 8:55 and let a car in front of us to have them tell us at 9:01 they are closed and refused service. very rude employee read more

Service was horrible. Long wait in the drive through but the staff was just laughing in the headset for about 6 minutes straight - loudly to where I could hear it on the speaker. Incredibly rude when they finally asked for my order and no customer service skills what so ever. read more

Girl taking the orders was rude. I asked for something and she cut me off saying "we don't have that" Okay? Then I continued to order and she continued to say "we don't have that". Okay? Do y'all have anything?? $60 and 5 drinks later she asked if I needed a drink carrier. I wanted to say "do y'all have that?" But like obviously I need one. I have 5 drinks and 2 blizzards c'mon. Anyway, no personality. Also they were "out of gravy." HOW? Then she hands me my drinks and a worker is darn near vomiting in the back. Won't be back. Think her name was Daisy. Place is also a mess too. This location has really gone down hill. Melanie was nice though read more

Cashier was so rude and definitely needs to check up on customer service courtesy. Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and no cars moved. Then in the actual building for 10 before getting our melted blizzards. cashier/manager was screaming at co-workers. read more

Change your online hours! We looked it up and it says 10:00 PM. Arrived at 9:02 and they were closed....

The staff try. But omg- every thing is every where. They take a million steps for one order; so noisy, the drive thru audio sucks- so they never get the order right; and Sunday after evening church is jammed. Drive thru gets priority. The staff are so sweet!! read more

This has been a solid if quirky DQ for many years. DriveThru comes from 2 directions but folks work it out. Tonight I went in and ordered normal. 2 hot fudge sundaes. Lady on speaker asked " you want whipped cream?" Yes. "You want nuts? " Yes. Never asked before. They just came with both and a cherry. At window she said " that will be $9.12" Huh? Sundae is $2.65. Well now it is additional $.70 for a dollop of whipped cream and $.85 for nuts And no cherry. How much money does Warren Buffet need??! We're out. Another American institution ruined by greed and mismanagement. Oh well. Braum's is cheaper and uses real ice cream not soft serve. Only a couple of miles further. read more

It was great. All 5 times so far! Amind COVID-19, when we need to do a grocery run to nearby HEB, we stop at the DQ drive-through for Mini Blizzards. Just the right size to "hit the spot". The window staff have always been pleasant and the product perfect. Thanks for staying open to carry-out and drive-through! read more

Their dipped cone are piled higher than any DQ I've seen. Excellent and perfect chocolate shell, (of course depends on who's doing the dipping). read more

Ordered 3 Blizzards and all 3 were melted down. Ordered a small and large fries and got a total of a medium fry. The fries were thrown upside in our bag and the grease soaked up the bag on the bottom. Had to beg for 2 more ketchups. I think they were upset because we took a minute longer to order and we could hear the frustration in the intercom. The service was a fail. read more

Staff at the drive thru not wearing a mask at all. Otherwise, it's fine, same as normal, but frustrated that they would be so flippant with the rules as to have the only employee customers interact with, without a mask. read more

Amazing drive thru service! Always happy with this DQ. We have never had any issues at this location and they are always pretty quick!

Food was okay. Service is lacking. Manager decided to make food for staff that came to visit her prior to filling orders. As she walked by to make shakes for off duty staff or friends, she told me she would make mine next. read more

Your website was incorrect. It had the wrong closing time and we were rejected at the window.

While I was ordering, the person on the microphone was not helpful or welcoming at all. I felt very rushed and unwelcome. She had no customer service voice whatsoever and was very rude with the way she spoke to me. When I eventually pulled forward to the window she walked past with a cloud of vape or cigarette smoke coming out of her mouth so I then drove off because I did not want to pay for that kind of service. read more

This DQ rocks! There was a line of 5 cars in the drive through to attest to their yumminess! But I'll tell you THIS DQ has the best deal on the DQ Ice cream sandwiches you ever tasted, they are the fattest basstards ever put out by any DQ! About 1.5" of ice cream!! We get three for $4.19 including the tax!! We drove through a different DQ and got three skinny ones for $4.85...these guys are always working their butts off they are so busy! We appreciate you DQ Hudson Oaks!!! read more

Incredible staff! Hot day, during lunch and their system goes down. They didn't flinch and kept serving customers hot and fresh food. I wish more places were as dedicated as they are to the customers. I'll be back. read more

Hours are not accurate. Have been here before and they were trying to rush people out at like 7. Tried to go again and they were closed at 9 instead of 10 and no where says they are closing that early. Driving far only to see your destination is closed is very disappointing. read more

The food here is always fresh & comes hot! Unless you get ice cream. The workers here sure are nice and joke around with you, so you're feeling good after their service. Whenever we come to Willow Park, TX, this is the DQ that gets our service read more

This is the third time in the last few months that I have tried to stop at DQ and they are closed early. And I'm not talking 5 or 10 minutes early, they tonight were lights off, shut down by 9:35pm when they state online they are open until 10pm. Update your hours if you are going to constantly be closing early. Very unprofessional of a business. read more

Everyone is always very nice and I LOVE that they didn't fall for the crap and wear masks. To people who give less stars because people with common sense live and work amongst them, go troll someplace else. The food is good! People are sweet. We love this DQ read more

Dropped car off at Toyota Service across the street. Wanted a drink/food and a place to sit for a couple of hours. Hardly any customers here and employees were just standing around. Erin is the best! Greeted me at the drive through with a great attitude, completed my order promptly , and handed my food off with a smile. It's people like her that make my day. Thank you erin!! You are the best! read more

Great service, love the blizzards and burgers they make. I also like how they say what the item is as they pass it out the window

Dairy Queen in Hudson Oaks provides great, hot food to go. The only complaint that I have is that they do NOT have the Cherry dipped cones. They are the best flavor other than Chocolate. Dairy Queen in Lockhart, Tx. Has the Cherry and I ALWAYS stop there when I am passing through there. read more

It's a Dairy Queen - y'all know what to expect, right? I have only one negative to say about this location and that is there is always a line! Good problem to have if you are a business owner. I have no complaints here - even with the lines, they are usually fairly fast with getting your order up. Good food. Good treats! I love the Raspberry Parfait Blizzard - you have to ask for it and you won't be sorry!! FABULOUS! read more

Went in last night with my familiy, my husband and i ordered the tropical blizzard and the kids chocolate dipped cones, as always. It took them about 15 minutes to take our order and i understand it was busy but a "ill be with you in a moment" would have been nice. Ok so we get our ice cream & with blizzard they always flip them over well not last night the girl literally threw them over counter, so i get them and my husband said its watery this time & yes it was as if i ordered a cup of soup, well no wonder they didnt flipp the blizzard over cause they knew damn well it was going to spill everywhere. I go up to the girl that threw them on counter and asked her if its suppose to be like that and her exact answer was the ice cream is soft, well im surprised my kids cones didnt fall over. When we were sitting down the other girl had made one for a drive thru customer and what do you know she flipped that blizzard and it was watery like ours. Very very disappointed because we go in weekly and to see that they didnt care that we were not satisfied is very disappointing for us read more
