Super slower service n bad food quality, rude staff. I joined the line at drive-thru. with appx. 7 cars in front of me. the line moved so slow. 31 mins. finally its my turn to order. i waited in front of order screen and no respond at all and had to yell loud out "HELLO???" when i reached the cashier, i couldn't help to ask "what's going on about this super slow service?" two reason was given "system has some issue" "health inspector was here" I joined the line at 1:07 PM and took off at 1:52 PM. This is the worse fast food restaurant to go to early in the morning. Made me wait 45 minutes to take my order at the drive thru just to tell me that they didn't take my order. Several cars reversed and left the premises. When we got to the 2nd to pay they told us we had to reorder again. And made us wait another 30 minutes for our food. The employees laughed when we told them that people left cause they were going to slow. This is hands down the worse McDonalds I've been too. Should fire the people in charge and make some big changes. You can change the appearance of the location but can't change the way their employees work that's sad. This is one of the worst "fast food's" restaurant- Rude Staff, and you will be waiting in the dive thru for 30 minutes or longer. and the worst thing is is you could have literally a couple of cars ahead of you it's just very very bad service here .If you're in a hurry this is not the place to stop at because you will definitely wait a long time in the drive-thru or as a walk-in either way it will not make a difference they will serve you at their own pace which is very very slow .This establishment is a negative -5 star! read more
