Messed up on my burger twice they need maybe some better chefs I don't know but this happened multiple times

1/2/20 Came here for a quick bite to eat only to have to wait 20 minutes to get a simple grilled chicken artisan sandwich. They were backed up in the drive through as they were inside. My sandwich was terribly cooked, as it felt like it was frozen and reckoned in microwave. The tomatoes were gross and soggy. If I could give no stars, I would! Second morning in a row that the line wrapped around the building that no one came on the speaker to take our order so we pulled up to the window, ignored us 3 times while we tried to tell her the condiments to after confirming out order 3 times, and then gave us black pepper TWICE in a row bc she's too busy sipping her fucking coffee drink while she's pregnant and can't read the salt & pepper packets. I have no idea what's up with this one location and their drive thru. Whether it's a staffing matter or what but I think everyone can agree that they take absolutely forever at the drive thru. I've seen people wait at least 20 minutes on one speaker for their order to be taken. They need to at least close one lane if they can't keep up with the demand. The food is fine it's literally how long they take that's on insane to me. I've never been to a McDonald's that takes this long. read more

I'm pretty sure I had gotten someone's else's order. Food was half warm so ended up throwing it away.

Don't use curbside since they won't bring it out to you. Don't use the second drive thru line because they don't attend it despite leaving it open. This is consistent with this location. read more

I received the worst service from this McDonalds tonight ( October 10). I had my granddaughter with me and ordered as a special treat. I ordered online and waited for me food for 30 minutes. It was horrible. And the icing on the cake was the food was dry and my order was not correct. Totally bad experience. read more

Constantly pulling you up so that you don't run their time up constant attitudes. I've worked at McDonald's before and I know how things are supposed to roll... this McDonald's has to be the worst in Houma maybe in the state. The food is awful and cold and or burnt and the ambiance is great if you like grown adults screeching and laughing and cursing from behind the counter while tables and bathrooms sit dirty. read more

This is absolutely the worst location I've been to, you spend forever waiting on the person to take your order here even if no one is in front or in the other line ordering. The workers are typically screwing off and not doing their jobs. This place is a joke they need to just close it read more

Literally have been in drive through for over 30 minutes. 3 cars got out of left lane to move to right lane cause it was moving only to be stuck for another 15 minutes. For a 24/7 venue, the only time anyone answers the call box is if this one certain lady is on shift. Otherwise you're left sitting there until you give up. I've driven to the window to see staff sitting on the counters cutting up. Last month while sitting at the box I got frustrated with the wait and blew my horn. A male voice came across and literally said, "Would you like some of our mother f**king delicious cheeseburgers?" How does this place stay in business? read more

I entered the drive thru at 3:00 am after a long night waiting in the ER with my son. There were 2 cars in front of me. They were there for about 5 minutes waiting to place an order. They eventually drove around (I thought). I pulled up. I waited about 5 minutes. No one took my order. I drove around the building and could see someone standing at the counter like they were talking to someone in the back. Only 2 cars were parked at this location. I drove back around to the drive through and waited again. No one acknowledged I was there. I drove around a third time. The person who was standing at the counter was in the car in the parking lot now and left in their vehicle. Figuring they were done gossiping, I drove through the drive through again. Again, no one. When I drove by the windows for the last time the only employee in there was by the shake machine looking out the window. There were another 3 cars in line by this time. They all left also. No point in paying the employee if she isn't doing her job. One guy tried to enter the lobby, but couldn't because it is closed at night. She knew cars were there. read more

we basically yelled our order at the drive thru! and they still got our order wrong! so of course, we have to wait in the reserved drive thru! i had plans after! i had to reschedule! i had to bring my youngest beloved son to the orthodontist and then we were 15 minutes late! however, the lady came out to meet us and this was really hospitable! but still, that's ridiculous! im fired up! next time, i'm going to canes!!!! dont spend your money here! do not eat here! here we are 30 minutes later and our order is still wrong! i almost dropped a few f bombs! this is ridiculous! come on now wheres my large fry? read more

They got my order wrong 3 times, I was waiting in the reserved parking and they brought me the wrong order 3 times. I asked for a southwest salad and fruit parfait. They brought me ranch the first time and I told them I asked for southwest dressing and still asked me if I wanted to keep the ranch. And then forgot my parfait, after telling her she came back with a frappè... so then I just left at that point. Honestly The same girl that kept bringing me my wrong order looked stoned. read more

German roaches located near the floor coming out of the wall. Beware!! This is a poorly run location with an infestation. We went there for a snack, and left very quickly. Another customer was taking a video of the floor and waving at people to come look. I walked over as I was interested in what it could be. 5-6 littlest German roaches scattered in and out of the the wall. It was broad daylight. When you see roaches like that during the day it means there is an infestation and there are many more where they came from. read more

Horrible attitude. My friend had to ask the woman in the drive thru to repeat herself bc we could not understand her when she read back what we ordered. Had an awful attitude when she had to repeat herself. This is why McDonald's has the bad reputation that it does. Poor staffing! And they think they deserve $15 an hour?! That's a joke! read more
