Baristas at this location are very kind. Noelle is so nice and friendly and makes it a point to make all customers feel welcome, every morning, without fail. read more

I love this Starbucks in La. I always have my card loaded in Jacksonville, Florida. So, when I get to Louisiana, I can treat my sons and grandkids to coffee and other drinks while I am visiting. I love their, "Order online and ahead", so when you arrive, you can pick up your drinks. No lines no waiting. This is a very busy location. parking is somewhat tight, but it's okay. I can't wait to come back. Very friendly here too. read more

This is an excellent little Starbucks. They were closed while after Hurricane Ida, but they're back in business. Good service and good coffee. Excellent management. Did you know that Starbucks paid all of their employees while they were out of work following hurricane Ida? That's a good reason to give your business to Starbucks. read more

Slow service, unprofessional, inept. Consistently out of a lot of items. Lack of purpose. Subpar in almost every aspect. Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, hands down. read more

I've never been a fan of this Starbucks they always have so many employees but take too long to give drinks. When I order a Carmel iced coffee they act like it's silly to order one there. Then they hand it to me not mixed, it looks like a macchiato with the espresso on bottom. I asked for Venti twice and got a grande. I know it's not this specific Starbucks it's all, but their prices are outrageous. read more

Always busy and the staff can be hit or miss. Also they just remodeled this location making it not inviting it's more like a grab & go place now. Sad! read more

We stopped in early to pick up an order. This location is well kept and restroom was very clean. The coffee was great (as expected), however the most outstanding thing about this location was the baristas - they were happy and friendly. It's so nice to encounter smiling faces and genuine hospitality at Starbucks. read more

Slowest service ever. These guys dont know what they're doing in there. 40min in the drive-thru to get my drink, and it wasnt even made right! they pour way too much milk in anything and call it "coffee." guy working the drive thru was very rude to me read more

Grossly understaffed, waited for five minutes at counter without being acknowledged. When I finally decided to walk out, although the staff never looked up, there was a noticeable sigh of relief. read more

They were totally closed due to Covid, then they reopened with Drive-Thru and Pre-Order through the app. Other Starbucks doing this are allowing walk up pickup for order ahead by lining up 6' apart and having an employee deliver out the door. This Starbucks is accepting orders ahead of time and the app still quotes times like ready in 9-12 minutes, but when you arrive they tell you they aren't doing walk ups and you have to wait in the huge drive-up line for 30-45 minutes. If they will only be offering drive up then the order by App function should be discontinued for the duration. read more

Starbucks is my favorite. I'm lactose intolerant, as well as allergic to nuts. They carry coconut milk, which is very convenient for me. Starbucks tea is also very good too. Unfortunately, this Starbucks is constantly busy and it takes a while to get your order. The line is always wrapped around the building. They also mess up orders occasionally. read more

We ordered a iced soy Chai Tea this morning and like every other time we get this drink it is delicious! They have all been very friendly to us even as soon as they open. read more

Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houma, Louisiana

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Don't come unless you want to wait 30 minutes with only 6 cars ahead of you. I figured maybe they were just having a bad day, however it is the same long wait every time. Keep this in mind. read more

I wish that I could say I am writing this review off of a one time experience, but that is not the case. It seems that 2 out of 3 times I visit this location, my order is incorrect or they are out of so many ingredients/items. The employees are always really friendly, but it sucks when the order is incorrect. This morning there was no wait, but I was handed a hot drink when I ordered it iced. When I was handed my iced drink, it was a size larger and I had to pay for that price. The drink was also not even close to full. read more

Starbucks - When you pay $6 and some change for a drink that isn't even full... - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houma, Louisiana

Friendly people, but horribly trained. No offense... But worst service I've ever had at Starbucks. First they dropped our oatmeal cookie on the floor (not that big of a deal, even though that was he last one left). Next I ordered a frappe, (which the receipt says), and they served me 10 minute later a late of some sort. She said "oops my bad, I'll make it again". No problem. Except the fact that they didn't put the flavoring I wanted in the frappe AND it was 2 sizes smaller than I paid for. I honestly didn't even feel like asking them for the correct size. I just left. OH! I forgot... The girl working the register was cursing under her breath and couldn't work the computer well at all, she had to keep redoing things... So did the other girl who worked behind the counter-- I had watched and was paying attention while I waited for my drink to be re-made... read more

I am sure they have the best manager there they have had in a very, very long time. Curtis does a great job of running that place and keeping operations running smoothly. The staff is always pleasant; and considering sometimes they have to deal with the most entitled people, that's saying something! read more

Very nice little establishment . A little hard to find early in the morning, if your looking for that tall Starbucks sign , there is no sign. That's the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Get out of your cars people , no line inside. I was in and out in under 2 minutes , with my piping hot tall blonde in hand . Very friendly barista also . read more

This location is wildly unpredictable. My last visit was great and quick, just like I needed it to be but the previous visit, I waited 45 minutes in the drivethru!!!!!! There were 10 vehicles in front of me and it took 45 minutes. I was in total disbelief. Hopefully the "issues" get fixed. This is the only real Starbucks we have here (the other location is a limited menu Starbucks in the Courtyard Hotel by the Civic Center). read more

Worst Starbucks experience ever at this location. Staff seemed flustered and unorganized, waited for our mobile order for ten minutes. The other patrons seemed decently pleased...now whenever I'm in Houma, I just avoid going to Starbucks. read more

Like most things in Houma, this location runs a bit in slow motion. The morning staff struggles with having stocked cups and lids, the cream and sugar bar is frequently dirty with its miniature trash can filled, and I'm frequently waiting for drip coffee to brew. Friendly staff. The line in the drive thru was half a mile long so I walked in the store. No line, at all. They took my order and made it very quickly considering how many drinks they were dealing with from the drive thru. Unfortunately, my matcha latte was just soy milk and a gigantic clump of matcha that I had to try and break up with my straw. I don't necessarily hold the employees at fault for this. It seems to be an acceptable trend at 90% of the Starbucks I go to. Get it together, Starbucks. I'm tired of the mediocrity. read more

Starbucks - Green tea latte. I guess mixing a drink these days is hard work. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Houma, Louisiana

Service bad, always out of everything and substituted for way cheaper items. When you object to the unfair exchange due to huge price difference, you are disregarded and the situation is turned to be the customers fault. read more

Oh Starbucks. I have had a long standing relationship with Starbucks for years and years. Sadly, this Starbucks never ceases to disappoint with its high turnover rate with employees, lengthy wait time (10-15), and lack of consistency with their basic drink recipes such my classic skinny vanilla latte. Added bonus: there is always the same group of young adults who sit by the door smoking their vapes as if other customers want a nice whiff of their pleasure. Oh, and let's not forget about the SAME "customers" lounging without drinks obnoxiously loud as if to forget inside voices - basic human interaction skills learned in 1st grade. I come all with hopes that the culture of Starbucks will shift, but shame on me. 2 stars for the cool large table. read more

From the time I ordered at the counter it took exactly 22 minutes to get my coffee, and that was with only 5 people ahead of me. While I waited, I counted at least a dozen cars pass through the drive through who ordered after me. I guess their main priority is their drive-through customers. There are several other good, if not better, coffee shops in Houma who seem to have their act together a little better. I'll be patronizing those other shops from now on. read more

As the other reviews state the overall morale of the workers here really makes the experience unpleasent. My coffee orders are usually correct but they frequently get very behind on the orders and the coffee station is always dirty and out of something. This is the only coffee shop nearby the busy shopping area of Houma aside from Joe Muggs in Booksamillion. I frequent this location because the options are very limited. read more

Poor attitude. Poor quality. Incorrect drink sent me into a carb coma since I ordered sugar-free & they made a fully sugared drink. I have never been served/waited on at any Starbucks with such poor attitudes/customer service. What I like best about Starbucks nationwide is its consistency. This coffee shop should not be labeled a Starbucks. It falls drastically short! read more

I love starbucks but this place is a disaster! Some how they manage to mess up some of the most basic drinks. If you are forced to go there so not dare order a latte or a frappachino.
