I don't like giving negative reviews, but i kinda feel I have to. These automatic order stations really don't make it faster, it's far slower, especially if you're paying cash, because there is almost never someone at the register to take the money. You will always have a wait, longer than in the drive through. Almost every face in the back was either stone or frustrated, and the Manager that takes the money can only apologize for the wait. I will say that the accuracy is better, that my orders are correct, but the fries are med warm and soggy, and the nugs are gross and old. read more

At the drive thru I ordered 3 breakfast burritos and 2 hash browns, paid at the first window and at the second window was told to pull up to the third window. After waiting 15 minutes, i parked and went inside to see if they forgot about me. they handed me the bag, with cold and very greasy hash browns and 3 half-filled burritos along with 2 mild sauces. worst McDonalds experience in years. read more

Have been to this Micky D since it opened.... never been a top rated store..... But the visit today was a real SHOCK... !! It sure makes me question the franchise requirements and if there even is such a thing anymore?? The seat were just Trash... ragged out and dirty,. Soft drink machine out of order... no napkins in dispenser... ! Just a shame to let this operation carry the McDonald's label.... just an empty lot for our outings.. seeing a 2 star rating makes me really wonder why they can keep their franchise??? If I could give less than one star I would. 9/25/2021 @ 9:45 ordered 2 hash browns, 2 oatmeal's, 1 chicken biscuit and 1 sausage biscuit at drive thru. Took money promptly at drive thru manager directed me to second window. Fifteen minutes later banged on the drive thru window, two minutes later someone came to the window. They forgot our order, five minutes later they brought the wrong order, cashier had no clue, she goes back comes back again with order and oatmeal that has only half full. Complained to the manager he said that's what you get from one packet of oatmeal($2.49 each). I told him he sucked as a manager and I would have fired him if he worked for me. He said "ok". No apology no nothing. Left and got home(2 minutes away). Oatmeal's we're both bone dry. I won't be back to this McDonald's again. read more

I'm going along with what every other review says, this place is the worst. They didn't have the dining room open, even though it should have been open for over an hour. They wouldn't let us order through the drive thru either. We were pulling a boat so we couldn't safely drive through. They made no apologies and told me that I could wait until they were staffed enough to open the dining room to order. read more

Ha ha ha. This place is a joke. Sat at the drive thru forever and I was only the second person in line. I finally got to order and really wanted a McMuffin which they were out of English muffins and, not a big deal so I got a biscuit, then got a iced Caramel macchiato. I went to the first window to pay, the second window gave me my sandwich and told me to go to the third window for my drink. I sat there (timed it) for a min, finally got my drink and the employee said sorry for the wait. I took the drink and she practically ran off. I started yelling that I needed a straw. Then I kept yelling hello hello I need a straw. She came back and she looked at me confused and I yelled again STRAW. She practically threw the straw at me. I'm sorry but if this is corporate run, they need to revamp their management. It's pathetic. read more

This McDonald's has recently opened up in my neighborhood never mind the smell or their greesy French fries lingering up the road, but they say they're 24 hours but they're not they close by midnight or sooner most of the time they make you wait 3rd window for food that's not even fresh it's made for robots... We went to this new McDonalds for two reasons: our high school friends were working there and we were hungry. We discovered that McDonalds fired all the, "kids" working there and hired adults. These are the places out young ones start out in to gain working experience so we were surprised. Then our food came. My granddaughter ordered the chicken sandwich and the roll was entirely burnt! How could they even put that through the window!? Adults made this sandwich mind you not a teen. My daughter called and they told her to drive around and come to the second window. When we did the people in line were upset. We sat there while they filled all the orders from the cars in the line instead of throwing another chicken patty into the fryer while filling other orders. Finally we got the sandwich, what a surprise that one was burnt too! We just left my daughter does not like any confrontation. McDonalds was lucky it was not just me in the car because I would have been their worse Karen episode. This store is brand new and they can't even toast a bun. I wish my kids would stop eating at these vile stores, the food is inedible. read more

Worst McDonald's I've been to by far, about a week ago at the ordering screen i waited for what felt like forever for anyone to even say a word to me or acknowledge my existence besides the point i ordered one meal a 10 piece with fries and a drink with sweet and sour. I get up to the window pay and pull forward. They handed me my bag and the nuggets are spilled out of the box all over the bag and the fries were maybe half way filled up and they forgot the sauce. So I waited at the window and a young women named Sabrina refused to give me any sauce saying they already put it in the bag and just shut the window. Another guy named James opened the window again i just asked for the general manager at this point. The general manger Melissa came over and i told her i was missing my Sauce and she still questioned if it was already in the bag, and then rolled her eyes and gave me ONE ONE DAMN SAUCE. I was fed up at this point and just drove away. Let me tell you ur better off just not eating if this is ur only option. read more
