I need a 0 start option Yelp. This location isn't worthy of a full star. Unsanitary public spaces, dirty tables left with food scraps & a highly distracted staff talking about personal things patrons do not need to be aware of... no one cares where you're partying after work. We kindly asked for assistance, made eye contact & the employee was dismissive. The other 5 behind the counter all partying it up. People at the counter waiting, cars piled to the max. And this is giving the situation that those of us inside placed our own orders. The food was the only hope... fries soggy & overly salted. Thankfully the McFlurry was good but my diet coke ended up being regular! Thankfully I am not diabetic! Overall this is a management issue - or lack thereof. Constant reason why these are only in desperate moment visit... and it's only visit #2 for this year... that might be it for now. Been there twice. Both times I had to pull around and wait....and wait. The place is busy and there are a lot of employees. Didn't understand why I had to wait both times until I went in and saw the chaos. There was a line at the counter with people who had gotten the wrong orders and behind the counter was what could only be described as mass confusion. After purchasing a few things, I decided to grab a quick bite at McDonald's. It was interesting to see what changes the restaurant has made since the renovation. Upon entering, the whole restaurant was decorated in beige & black. To me it didn't feel like the fast food burger place it used to be, it felt more like a post-covid restaurant where there's less interaction. Table seating was all about. I noticed people were either placing their orders on touch screen order machines for carry out, ordering through the drive-thru, or doing curbside pickup. The fountain machine where you get drinks yourself were gone. The menu price for the value meals has increased...now it ranges from $8-$10. I work hard for the money so you best believe these days I'm looking for quality as well as quantity in the food I'm going to consume. The service I received was satisfactory and I was given my order in a timely manner. I'm not sure that I will frequent McDonald's as much as I used to before the pandemic, but I'll stop by if I get the taste for a Big Mac. Management and staff were rude. Would not let me order from inside 2 mins "after closing" yet the doors to this sh*tty establishment remained unlocked and open to the "public" well after 11:00P. Considering mobile payments are widely accepted these days, the staff still would not take my order. I'm from out of town and made the short walk from my hotel because I did not have a vehicle. Anyway I am very disappointed to the point I am trading you in for something fresh. If I am going to spend $10. Plus dollars on lunch than I might as well start eating healthy and stop going here. At this location the staff is like you would expect very lack luster getting through another day. Perhaps it's the food that makes me and them sluggish. Nothing tastes good anymore there is even an after taste on the famous French Fries. Therefore after the ultimate the Big Mac Meal with Coca Cola and a Hot Fudge Sundae without the hermetically sealed peanuts because of peanut allergies they are no longer available, ie makes zero sense we are done. This is the worst Mcdonalds I have ever been to. There NEEDS to be more workers. Especially for how busy it is. Wait times are ridiculous and they've had me pull off to the side so the timer isn't running up but have actually forgotten about me entirely because they've been so backed up before. Make sure you take your money elsewhere. Their customer service sucks the managers suck. You tell them that you got food that was cold these people seem like they don't even have an education. That's why they work there now the next day you bring it back they won't do nothing about it it's OK cause I dispute it with my bank. HOLY SHIT.......Would NEVER recommend this when just the drive through is open. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! We were in the drive through line for over an hour and then an additional 30 minutes at the window waitingfor.our food. Went inside to see what was taking so long and was told they're only working on doordash orders and drive thru had to wait. No apologies just drive thru has to wait. we ended up calling to see why it was still taking so long and still no apologies- just we'll start taking drive thru orders soon, we're busy inside. How about putting a cone up or something so cars aren't friggen stuck in this line because your staff is choosing Doordash and Ubereats orders over customers sitting in your drive thru line. Know where your priorities are. Staff was giving us attitude that we were the problem and not their issues of whatever. Not sure how many cars ended up leaving. Still no apologies and NO compensation of the inconvenience. we would have been. better off order Ubereats or Doordash had having our meal delivered to the parking lot. Staying next door at the 2star motel for a pre cruise night, we were lured into Mc dee by the window banner advertising "buy one get one for 1$. Big mac was on the list and I'm always a sucker for a big mac. Tried to order at the kiosk but the specials and promotions were not loaded into the menu. Stepped over to the cashier (who by the way was quite pleasant) to order. Here (but only when you order from a person) you receive a table number and they bring your order to you. I went into the drive thru with 5 people and we began to order and the attendant after the first person ordered said, "is that all?" We said no we have 4 other people so then I ordered mine. She asked again are you finished. I said no and the screen blacked out with the menu. So we waited for it to come back on. The lady said can you drive up to complete your order. We said no we cant we are paying for this order and need to finish our order. She said here is the manager and she said drive forward cuz there are cars behind us. There was one car. So we were pissed. My aunt couldnt order cuz she couldn't look at the menu since we had been harassed to hurry up. I have never been rushed to order at any drive thru. Ever! This is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I have been to. The staff do not pay attention to what you are ordering which results in errors, which takes time to rectify. Instead of utilizing the drive-thru waiting area parking spots, cars just stay stationary at the top of the line, resulting in a long wait for everyone else, and a long line of cars to form. Even if you park and walk inside, they are extremely inefficient, and do not make any effort to accommodate customers quickly. Also, they do not fill fry boxes to the top! I ordered from the kiosk and they delivered my food quickly, but they neglected to deliver the drinks or tell me where to get them myself. I walked to the register to ask them where I can get my drinks. When it was my turn in line the cashier told me to "hold on a sec" and I replied 'ok'. About ten minutes later, the cashier finally was ready for me and told me that the drinks were "self-serve" and that i'm supposed to get them myself. The customer service wasn't at all satisfactory or even average compared to other McDonalds restaurants.
