Order was right they don't take care drink station tea was watered down diet coke was sweet

opens at five. I went through the drive-through at 5:20. No answer went to the window lady make it coffee. They acknowledge me so I left.

If I could give 0 I would. It is horrible wait 45 minutes for your food refuse to give your money back when you don't want to wait longer 30 minutes. Supposed to be fast food not slow food. And they can not get your order right. If you order a single coke they will give you nuggets I mean sad to be honest read more

We waited in line for 40 minutes for our food with only two cars in front of us which was completely ridiculous. My daughter finished her nuggets so I handed her her apples without thinking I needed to check the date. She opened the bag and said the apples were rotten. The date for expiration was July 16th and it's august 9th! Absolutely disgusting!!!! read more

Service fast and good . Restrooms were very clean. My order was correct and hot just as ordered

After sitting in the drive thru for ten minutes with no movement at all, we left and went to the Burger King next door. I see from other reviews the wait times are problematic. I don't care if the coffee is good. I won't put up with that. read more

Adding my experience at a terrible store. We used the automated panel inside to order because there wasn't a person in sight, but it sounded like a party was going on in the back. We order three simple drinks. Twenty minutes later a person came out and said she would check on our order . They found our order and began to work on it. Eventually we got our order while others still waited. Where's the manager? Where is the franchise owner? I don't know how they get the lights on each day. I read more

Best McDonalds experience in a long time. Grand re-opening and we were there early. Manager was absolutely the friendliest I have ever encountered. Everyone working there was super excited about the new store. It was super clean, everyone was smiling and eager to help. The breakfast food we ordered was hot and delicious. read more

The service was great and the staff was so pleasant this morning. Our order was correct and we added to our order too!

Worst mcDonalds I've been sitting in the drive thru for 15 mins and haven't even ordered yet. I'm writing this from the drive thru because I have the time. If I could get out of this lane I would but NOTHING is moving. Seriously could have drove to another McDonalds by now. read more

McDonald's - a dog in a car in front of a mcdonald's sign - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Holly Springs, Mississippi

I used the McDonalds app. It gave me a confirmation page stating it had been paid. My granddaughter did a screencap of the confirmation page and went to the town where the only McDonalds is Located ( Holly Springs, MS). We live in Waterford, MS. The person at the counter said he couldn't take it and she would have to order and pay for it again. Okay, so we'd have to pay for one item twice. But then he told her that he couldn't take her order because the front counter was closed. She would have to go though the drive through which was going out of the parking lot since it was so busy. So, she came home with no order and I was out the money I had paid for the item. She had asked to speak to the manager. May I add that the customer service person also told her she would have to call the number to the app. But he told her he didn't know how to do that because he didn't use the app. I tried for over 20 minutes to find a phone number to the app and all it did was give me the number to the store. Also she was told when she came through the line, she would have to have my phone even though she had a screen shot of the paid order. No where on the app does it state that. Nor on all their big signs telling people how wonderful the app is. But I did expect the app to state that somewhere, if nothing else on the page where it's paid for. This was just ridicules. read more

An above average Mickey Ds. Staff acts like they like being at work. Lady who waited on us yesterday was very nice. Someone always seems to cleaning the dining area. Fries were hot and just right. My wife said quarter pounder was tasty. Daughter said classic chicken sandwich was delicious. McDouble was what I expected. That's what you want at McDonald's. read more

Extremely slow we waited for a chicken sandwich for over 20 minutes while they served 15 other cars that were behind us. The girl at the window was friendly ish.. but the girl who brought our sandwich out after we waited 20 minutes was not. read more

Online app says they close at Midnight. We were coming thru late from Memphis. Had been at ER for 5-6 hours and was looking for something quick. Per app, they were open. Passed up other places bc they were suppose to be open. Get there and they are closed; lights off and could see them mopping. Update your hours so late travelers don't pass others by!! read more

Totally unacceptable behavior on the window staff. Wife traveling through the state stopped for coffee on the drive through. Stuck in the lane for 25 minutes and when the coffee order was incorrect she was told that they were short staffed. My wife said staffing is not her problem and she still wanted her coffee. She was told to just "Go home" by the window person. Things got heated and the manager apologized. This was insufficient. i tried to call the store - (662) 252-7788 - but the phone would not connect, suspect it was off the hook. The store is represented by the window staff good or bad. This employee was BAD and vernted her frustrations on a CUSTOMER!!! If I were in the car with my wife I would have taken that manager in for a chat on customer relations. This employee needs further training or another position outside the McDonald's Corporation. read more

Just ordered a frappe. The girls were very friendly and attentive. They let me ask questions about how sweet it is etc. very clean and organized. I was greeted immediately. Drive through has also been efficient in the past. read more

This location is terrible! I assume it's to avoid the order timer, but when you pull up to the speaker, they often have you pull up to the second window to order. It takes forever. Being a location that is right off of the highway this really stinks. read more

The absolute worst service EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Latest example: Entered the drive-thru shortly before 10 pm (hours are until 12 am) and were the 5th vehicle in line.  The vehicle in front of us sat at the speaker for a minute before yelling "hello" into the speaker multiple times. There was no response so she drove to the window. Seeing this, we followed.  There was nobody at the window and it took us several attempts to catch the eye of an employee. She proceeded to tell us they're closed without warning or even an attempt at showing courtesy by announcing they were closed. Instead, they let customers sit confused in the drive-thru. read more

Worst McDonald's ever!!!!!! Don't bother stopping! Dirty establishment, disgusting bathroom, horrible customer service. We were in line for 10 mins, only ppl there. Manager and ppl working there don't say anything, then she says, "I'm going on a break." So, we left. This manager needs to go back to training!!!! read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The laziest employees ever and managers don't even care about serving the customer. Why is the ice cream Machine down every single day? Every single day they say its broke down. Why are they so lazy they can't fix it. There's a reason these employees work at McDonald's because they would never survive a real job. They do the least amount of work possible and they can't even get orders right. I hope no one goes to this McDonald's cause they will never get what they want. All the employees should be fired. Did your ice cream machine and get the customer order right. It's not rocket science. Pure laziness. read more

Let me tell you about my experience. Probably the worst McDonald's in mankind. Stayed at the drive thru intercom for about 10 minutes before driving off. I'm confused because I just saw the lights on. Well, I drove around twice and didn't see a single soul inside. Not one McDonald's employee. No one was inside. No one. At 11:00pm. This place closes at midnight. How?! read more

Horrible service and food. I couldn't believe it! This has to be in the top 5 of the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. First of all, I stood at the counter for a good five minutes before the drive through lady came and took my order - after I shouted if anyone was there - then a young lady came in on her cell phone and I guess clocked in and walked past me while still on her phone; then,! She barely bothered to look my way or up at me willing asking, "what you want? I knew things weren't looking up at that point so just ordered fries and a coke. I stood around for another few minutes when eventually another worked fairly rouses the bag at me! Well, I didn't ask for them but I got cold fries. Considering the attitude of the workers there and fearing I'd get dirty hands on my new fries I just let it go. No returning here read more

Verbally triple checked the tea, but it was still wrong. No sauce in the bag. They did transfer the app order after several attempts.

This was absolutely the worst McDonalds in the entirety of the US that I have ever been at. The employees there DO NOT want to be working and would prefer to sit at home receiving a stimulus check instead. JUST AWFUL. read more

1st - we ordered food via the drive through. Our order was $25.20 and we paid for the order and received no receipt. 2nd - they start handing us our food which was the completely the wrong order. 3rd - we repeated the order 3 times at the window and they told us to pull up to the front. 4th - a lady came out and asked us what we ordered and asked for a receipt we told her we didn't have a receipt. They then ignored us for 10 mins and finally came to the door. We asked for a refund and they said they had no transaction history with our order. We said you gave us a drink and sauce. Instead of looking back at the cameras and systems they told us to report the transaction as fraud. And told us to leave. We have a credit card transaction showing we purchased food from that location. read more

Don't!!! What a horrifically disappointing spot! Our order and those of about five other groups around us was incorrect and the manager didn't give a rip! Facility was filthy. Employees were the textbook example of rude and disrespectful! Please save yourself aggravation and frustration.....go someplace else! read more

This McDonald's won't let you inside dining room closed so when they mess up your order the only recourse is to wait in drive thru again , won't be going back. read more

All I ordered was 2 Frappes... I waited for over 10 minutes along with the line of other people who had ordered ahead of me. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but I feel this is more of a warning than a review. read more

I understand that this is McDonalds, so my expectations were already pretty low, but this was the one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had. One of the first things I noticed was how many flies were in the restaurant. It was disgusting and a definite code violation. Next, I went to get napkins and there were none in the lobby. This wouldn't be a big deal, except when I went to get some from the counter, the lady was rude and told me they don't have any napkins at all. (How!?!) One of our quarter pounders was made with a regular $1 cheeseburger patty and I feel very ripped off. To top it all off, the bathroom was disgusting just like the rest of the restaurant and one of the stalls was out of toilet paper. Avoid at all costs. read more

I will never go to this McDonald's in Holly Springs again! I asked for sauce to go with my nuggets, they told me I had to pay for them. So I did, after giving me the sauce the girl said F-U instead of thank you. Then while driving away the guy standing next to her stuck his head out the drive thru window and yelled F-U-B. I was so in shock I didn't know what to do. Felt sure if they had a manager they would have heard and I was to scared to go back. read more

The worst McDonald's ever, without a doubt! Both of the cashiers it took to take my order (caramel machiatto and donut sticks) treated me as if I were bothering them and were as unfriendly as they could be. After they took my money, they told me I'd have to pull up and wait for my order. 10 minutes later, I went inside and asked for a refund. She refunded my money without saying a word to me, glaring at me the whole time. I will never go back to this McDonald's!! read more

So...... I have had an employee throw my change at me in front of my son. Every time I order chicken nuggets they tell me the BBQ Sauce is in the bag and the first 2 times I fell for it. But every time after they auto tell me the sauce is in the bag I check and guess what no Sauce. They are total and utter tight wads when It comes to the nugget sauce, the employees probably get bonuses on the amount of sauce they can save. Tried to go three times in a row, and was completely ignored in the drive thru. I was so shocked. I said "hello" many times and was completely ignored. 8-26-18 12:22 pm. This is unacceptable. The second time I was ignored, I pulled around and the clerk was chatting with a friend in the first window. I was not surprised. Shameful! Get your act together Holly Springs, MS. We pulled in here to get a few quick breakfasts and get back on the road en route to the airport in Memphis. Quite a while later (waiting in the drive-through after being told to "pull forward and wait"), we had two cold, untoasted, loosely wrapped egg McMuffins, a McGriddle warmed to room temperature, an Ice Coffee we watched scraped from the bottom of the receptacle, and hash browns that were most assuredly made the night before. I mean, how do you screw up a simple Mickey-D's breakfast? It takes more effort than it would have to get it right. I'm leery of all McDonalds now. Giving one-star because it doesn't go to zero and at least the coffee was hot and the ice coffee and diet coke was cold. The poor McDonald brothers are rolling in their graves. read more

They have one person picking up the slack of the other 5 people calling the orders taking their time. They need to hire a whole new crew. Waited 10 mins for mayonnaise and then another 10 mins for water. They give you a number for you to wait in your seat but that wasn't communicated to the people calling out orders. They need better communication. read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. First off, this place is nasty dirty. Tables aren't clean and the floor is greasy in random places. Staff is completely rude even if you're being nice to them. Cashier took our order then just walked off and rolled her eyes like we were a bother...probably because we're white. Again, we still were nice to her. Got our food order but not our frappes. Politely pointed out that we didn't have them. We waited back while the staff made them but then they left them sitting beside the machine. Nobody said anything. Again...just walked away. I had to reach over and behind the counter to get them because nobody could be bothered to at least sit them on the counter. Do not go here!!! Go to Burger King next door, they are MUCH nicer!! read more
