Horrific! Have been there a few times for very simple orders - hamburger, fries, soft cones, etc...nothing complicated. Further, it's been at varying times of the week and time of day so no excuses for staffing. Overall just terrible! I came Through around 11 o clock and ordered a burger with fries and asked for mcchicken sauce in the bag which i Got charged for?? I guess we are charging for mayo packets now. Anyways i Got home and the packets weren't in the bag so because I for some reason was charged for them I decided to go back and asked for a new fry as well because the old ones were cold. they didn't believe me and seeing as they don't do receipts i had no proof. It was only 60 cents so it's not that big of a deal it was just the principal of being charged for mayo packs and not receiving them. I'm not the type to complain about any take out experience but this McDonald's consistantly fucks up orders and I'm done. Take your money to wendys or something. read more

This is honestly the worst McDonald's I've been to in the entire world. I have written time and time again and it falls on deaf ears. This place is being run by children with no work experience. "Manager" sitting around chatting with friends while the only woman in the joint who actually appears to know what she's doing is on french fries. Just in this ONE visit I witnessed 3 orders be given to the wrong person. Tons of staff but everyone just standing around chatting with clueless looks on their faces. This isn't their fault, they are obviously young and haven't been trained properly and are not managed properly. This location could go for an entire do over. I've never come out remotely satisfied. This McDonald's location sucks. Wrong order in the bag once again. This time it was my daughter's food. The correct order stickers were on the burger wrappers (I always check), but the wrong burgers were placed inside the wrappers. I only go back to this terribly mismanaged McDonald's location because it's very close to home, and my kid keeps begging for McDonald's food. They have messed up my order so many times now that I've lost count. Isn't McDonald's supposed to be the fast food franchise that is virtually idiot-proof to operate? This is the worst location in the city! And it is the night staff tht are the problem. -Slow slow slow!! Everrrytime! -U must check the bag everytime from the drive thru or u will regret it. 4 out of 5 times everything's wrong, dry cold fries, wrong drinks, missing items etc. And then if u say anything to them.. the kid will argue with u about it! So tonight my child's meal was all wrong, stone cold when we got home (we live on larry uteck 4 mins away) and I had my husband call ( 2nd time this week!) & the young man that answered was actually very nice about it & validated our complaints by saying that this has become an "ongoing issue w the night crew lately etc..etc... This is by far one of the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to, but worse than that the management always seems to be having loud, unprofessional conversations right up by the front food prep/cash area. The teenage kids working there are actually quite friendly and efficient but the managers need work. I don't need to hear about all your personal quibbles and life gossip while I'm waiting for food. Incidentally, the last time I was here I noticed an employee bring an order to a couple that were sitting down at a table waiting. I HATE this location. The Staff refuses to ever get the coupons right - they always want to randomly over-charge me for things that don't make sense. If I get coffee with my breakfast combo they charge me $1.50 for NO reason. Suddenly the $6.78 Breakfast meal deal turns into $11 for no apparent reason. They also always charge for thai sauce while other locations don't. I'm also always standing in line waiting to be served and the staff just stands there staring at me. Frozen re cooked deep fried prepackaged food. Lettuce pickles onions... Pre packed. Burger patties brought in frozen in like 20kg boxes, same with the fries. I indulged. I won't lie. I had a double big mac, Jr chicken and a double cheeseburger. It's good at the time and you're full as anything after. It's not a omg that was amazing full. Made a mobile order and parked curbside to have it brought out. Waited 15 minutes and no one came. Went inside and the lady at the counter had no idea what I was talking about. She asked coworkers who also had no idea what was happening, all shaking their heads and saying "I don't know." I could see my order still on the screen waiting to be packed: in fact, it was the only order on the screen. It wasn't busy, just nobody doing anything aside from the cooks. Unfortunately I made the mistake selecting the "outside lane" and watched as the inner lane was repeatedly served before I was finally asked for my order. After paying, and as usual, they ask me to drive forward to the next window to wait. After sometime of waiting, I was instructed to go wait in the parking lot. I asked which # only to find someone else waiting in the parking space apperently designated to me. They are moving people from the service line to mislead anyone driving by that the wait line is not long. Definitely not the case as there's always a back up . This shit needs it's own public service announcement. 6am on Saturday morning, 4 staff standing right by the drive through window as i wait for a god damn double double. Finally I yell at them, and one of them hurriedly makes the coffee. This was literally the best service that i've ever had there. 2:15pm weekday inside, never seen so many employees in a fast food joint. I counted 16. then I saw 2 more cleaning the floors. Not sure what the other 16 were doing, but it was over 10 mins from the time I ordered my McGangbang. The coup de grace here though was ordering a Big Mac meal at the drive through, only to be told to wait at the 2nd window. 5 mins pass and i'm told to drive around front and wait in one of the empty parking spots and they will bring the food out. I drive around only to find all the spots full of cars also waiting for their food. It was at least 9 or 10 cars. 15 minutes pass and there's only one order coming out every few minutes. After watching the kid that was supposed to be running orders talk to this lady about her car for another few mins, I went inside. there was a pile of orders just sitting there while a zillion employees ran around in a panic like they were under attack by an alien warship. Or a dragon or giant robot or something/ If you absolutely have to eat at this dumpster fire(you absolutely fucking don't,) make sure you go inside, use the self serve terminal and meditate while you watch the screen and see your order not move up the queue of orders being prepared. What the fuck McD's? Your food is shit. Everyone knows this already. Can you not make it quickly? If you take away the fast element, we are left with a steaming pile of overpriced, overpackaged excrement that gives people diabetes and heart disease. Take a bow, Peakview McD's. You are the worst. Fry's cold, order wrong; they could not tell the difference between Large and medium coffee. The Shift manager running the floor often rubbing his nose with his left hand and opening the meat trays....wow....talk about yuck....When I asked for a receipt they looked stunned. I used the self service cash interactive system...so dirty it had a hard time reading my touch. Place was dirty as hell. Looks like someone used a dirty rag clean the glass, bathroom and front area....no ketchup, no napkins out front. As a frequent flyer at this Golden Arches drive-through, I am consistently impressed by the fast food connoisseurs that meet me at the window. Ordered Double Quarter with Bacon Meal, quarter pounder BLT meal, Quarter Pounder BLT meal with no cheese, and a chicken nugget happy meal. Paid, told us to go to the mobile order parking because the order wasn't ready. Waited 15 mins and still no order. Went in and they said they lost the ticket and they just found it. Looked in the bag and everything looked okay. But What we got was joy okay. What we got was a cheeseburger meal with no bacon, quarter pounder BLT meal, quarter pounder BLT meal with Cheese, chicken nugget meal with no toy. I ordered an egg McMuffin breakfast and watched the person making the order pick everything up with her bare hands, even the cheese slices. When I stated that it was not acceptable and wanted my money back one of the workers started chirping at me that I should go elsewhere because they were not required to wear gloves. Pros: You learn about items on their menu that you weren't aware of. That's because they will screw up your order 90% of the time. I dare you to order a McWrap meal in the drive thu and see which flavour you get. Better luck going to the casino. Cons: The managers are loud and ignorant who act like its part of the customer experience to witness them barking complaints of confusion and frustration to each other. Maybe try acting like a manager and doing a better job. Hmmm might work. I love how order an apple pie, pay for it, then drive up and they tell you.. "umm yeah I guess we're all out of pies". I received two half filled (literally, bite size in a regular cup) Oreo and Fudge mcflurries and an iced tea and I've already drove all the way home and can't go back. Want fast service? Want to see a really efficient team at work? Then go to the Tim Horton's next door! This is one of the most poorly run McDonalds I've ever seen. It seems to be run by kids. The staff frequently have loud conversations for all to hear about their personal lives, who showed up late for that shift, or what they did the night before. When it's busy it seems like 1/3 of the people are doing all of the work, while another 1/3 are panicking, running in circles searching for things, and another 1/3 are standing around like they have nothing to do. I worked for McDonalds when I was young, and I wonder why the parent company lets this owner run his store so poorly. If this wasn't very near me I'd never go there. But it's 3 minutes away, the food at least is about as consistent as it is at most McDonalds (if slower), and it's become almost comical to see what foolish thing will happen next or what unprofessional conversation I'm going to overhear. And seriously, the Tim's next door is the opposite; good service, no inappropriate conversations, and REALLY FAST. If I'm in a hurry, I go there, always. read more

So this review is going to be all negative because that's the only feeling I get when here. Today I got a Big Mac meal and asked for no lettuce and no onion. For some reason it seems like they put extra lettuce and extra onion. My fries were cooked properly but the amount of salt on the fries were enough to kill anybody. A couple nights ago me and my buddy's went to get food we got the 20 piece chicken nuggets. The woman at cash rolled her eyes at my friend when he messed up his debit stuff. Than we got the nuggets and opened the box and we had 17 nuggets. About a week ago I bought a junior chicken no lettuce which it was made properly but I took a couple bites and noticed there was a MEAL WORM inside the chicken I almost threw up it was probably the grossest thing I've ever seen. WORST SERVICE EVER! On my way to work this morning I stopped to order breakfast. I ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru!! To make matters worse, when I arrived at the window the supervisor was extremely rude. Oh and also they got my order all wrong!!! I ordered 2 meals and paid for 2 meals and only received 1! I parked my car and walked inside the store but upon seeing the line of people waiting, I said F*** it and went to Tim Hortons. Which is where I will be going from now on. Literally the WORST McDonald's I've ever gone to. I don't go there often but every time I end up going I regret my decision 100% of the time. I try to keep it basic (Big Mac or McNuggets) because the people there honestly don't know anything else besides that. About a month ago I ordered the new "12 meal" through the drive thru. I was in a rush to get home because I had to get ready for work so I didn't bother opening the bag (I was waiting in line for 20+ minutes). I got home only to find 2 fucking apple pies in my bag. I had to drive back to get my correct meal. And when I finally got my correct meal (another 20 min wait) I got home only to have the burger and fries ice cold and enough sauce on it to sink a fucking ship. I decided to order my food indoors for now on thinking it'd be better than drive thru. LMFAO that was a mistake. Nobody at cash. Had to wave someone down for some service. And the blonde haired buddy who eventually came was the biggest ass hat I've ever had to deal with. Rude, and complaining to go home. Not to mention he forgot my fries probably because he was too busy complained to other staff members in front of customers. Everytime I go there I laugh and repeat to myself 15 bucks an hour eh?
