What's a "Clover"? I asked.. Since I recently moved here from Seattle (Starbucks' hometown), I thought I knew pretty much all the new stuff up Starbucks' sleeve. Well it seems the Clover is a one of a kind coffee machine which works like a reverse french press, extracting much more flavor from coffee beans than regular brewing....and this Starbucks location as the only one in town!(since only 200 or so a year are manufactured). I must admit the flavor the Clover produces is really amazing, and Iwas surprised that it wasn't advertised more prominently as an option. It is, after all, only 30c extra to have your coffee brewed using this awesome machine. I think the best testimony to the Clover is how passionate all the staff are about it!
