Where to start. Apparently the owner of this restaurant doesn't care if his customers are happy or even content. It took 45 minutes to get our order correct, and that was the drive thru. Horrible, horrible experience. Does McDonald's Corporation even care either? We were told to pull up to the, ever increasing number, of wait positions for our fries, 3 medium orders and that they would be up in 4 minutes. 11 minutes later we got cold fries. Went back thru the drive thru and complained. The manager told us new fries were coming up in 1 minute and asked if we would pull up again. Of course we had to wait 5 minutes to get those which he brought out. He was very nice though. Is that even fast food? Store number 1689 in Griffin, Georgia. If you are the owner, I wish you cared. Other people were also experiencing bad service. One lady had to get our of her car and go in because her order was wrong. For the money that McDonald's food cost now, can't customers even get a correct order anymore. I won't be going back and neither should anybody else until they get their act together. It's not rocket science to prepare fast food, but getting orders right is I guess. read more

I stopped by today and ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and whenever i got home i figured out my order was half in the bag. My burger was correct but it was missing the bottom bun. not only did I have to eat my burger without it a bun, but now my entire phone is oily because i was constantly having to touch the meat. read more

Temp and quality is never consistent. The workers just seem sad and depressed and I've only seen about 2 workers there who were genuine and kind. read more

Imma keep it 100 the McDonald's is clean no workers not everyone is perfect neither are they. Ordered just large fries with a sandwich and they forgot the fries. I didn't complain but just said "Ayo y'all forgot my fries" and they gave em to me. Staff seems chill and I think I remember seeing the manager one time and he's a nice dude. We stopped there on our way through Griffin today. There was no one taking orders so I used the kiosk. After completing my order I tried to pay with a credit card. When I inserted the chip nothing happened so I tried swiping and the kiosk said to insert the chip. Again, nothing happened so I chose the option to pay at the counter and received an order number. I went to the counter to pay. Several employees saw me there but no one could be bothered to help. Eventually after several minutes of being ignored I walked out without my order. This is not the first time that this has happened in a Georgia McDonald's where the staff and all customers were black and we were the only white customers. I can only assume that this is racial prejudice on the part of the employees and that corporate should be setting up some racial sensitivity training followed by some white secret shoppers to monitor the results. Hopefully this constructive criticism will not be ignored as a few past comments on how to improve your business have been. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I wasn't feeling well so I stopped in to get some water, i saw a sign telling me i had to order through the kiosk. i only needed a water but i was prepared to pay. I was having trouble at the kiosk so i approached the counter and asked for help. The associate rudely dismissed me by saying "you have to order at the kiosk". I told her I was having trouble at the kiosk and her response was "that's not my problem". I will go out of my way to avoid this location. read more

If it could get zero stars it would!!!! I've come through the drive through a few times and I'm always getting parked so they can make my food. Tonight not only did they over charge me but then they neglected to give me an order of nuggets and two orders of fries. Yeah, I should have checked the bag. Management doesn't seem to care. This isn't the first time they've messed up but it will be the last time the mess up my order because I WONT BE BACK. Don't think they really care though. read more
