My review is based solely on my drive-thru experience. The workers there were nice and got people through the drive-thru pretty quick. Nothing was missing from my order and everything that was hot was that was supposed to be hot and my drink was nice and cold. Well waited 10 minutes for no one to answer and pulled around to just check and see if anyone was in there. There was literally 4 cars in the parking lot and people inside. They straight stared at us like we weren't meant to be there. Dude with short hair and some goatee walking around doing literally nothing. Went to the Taco Bell next door instead. They were slammed with business after that McDonald's dropped the ball so hard. We literally watched over 10 cars leave their drive thru and go to the Taco Bell. I've never been to a McDonald's that is so messed up. Don't even think to try and get food when their third shift is there. They are either always down for maintenance or cleaning even though their sign says 24/7. I have ordered through the app and for a fast food restaurant, you can wait up to 20 minutes. Drive through was slow, but the food was decent and was what I needed on my road trip.

Been to this Mcdonald's multiple times since I've moved here a month ago. They always have a problem. I once was handed a smoothie that looked like it had been sitting out for an hour. It was halfway melted/watered down. This time I ordered a cheeseburger. No modifications, just a regular cheeseburger. When I opened it, it was smashed, so my boyfriend went in to get me a new one. The manager asked what the problem was, he showed her the burger, and they said they did not understand what the problem was with it. They ended up giving us another one alongside the smashed one, and I ended up eating both. The smashed one had no flavor and just tasted bad. read more

The place was filthy, every trashcan full, every table dirty. We had to ask them to clean a table so that we could sit down to eat. Supply counter was splattered with coffee, soda and ketchup! Waiting to pay and an employee walks between my truck and the wall to knock on the pay window and told the person who opened the window that it was "FU*KING RIDICULOUS" that the doors were locked. Literally standing next to the driver's window. No apology, no excuse me. So I pay around 5:30 and knew I shouldn't, because I have to be at work at 6. Get to the window, 5:35. The employee that was cussing earlier asked me to pull up to the rail because it isn't ready. Seriously. McMuffins. I waited at the rail and the same employee is now walking around the front of the building, complaining again that the doors are locked, (why is she back outside?) I left at 5:43. I was traveling snd stopped for a milkshake, I don't even know the last time I had one from McDonald's. What do you know, the ice cream machine was down. I always thought that was a gimmick or more of a joke but the one time I wanted a milkshake from McDonald's machine was broken. I still wanted a little snack so I went with a McChicken add cheese and a Coke got my order and got back on the road a few miles down the road got cruise control set pull out the McChicken no cheese no chicken just lettuce and mayonnaise. Yep. I would say about the only thing consistent at McDonald's is the Coca-Cola and hopefully they don't find a way to mess that up. read more

So thought I would give update on this McDonald's since they have completed two renovations since my last review. Nothing has changed it stays the same horrible service. You can't use mobile ordering here because someone parks there and you have to wait the same amount of time that you do if you just order something. I really think they need to just tear down this building build another building somewhere else another location in this town and start over with a new manager evidently nothing is working. read more

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This McDonald's is by far the worst McDonald's out there. I called to make sure they were open, because they are never open. They said they were open so I drove to town, 10 minutes later. When I got to the order screen they said they were closed because the just sent half the employees home because they were all puking. Great people to have around food. Then get this, we asked if there was a number I could call to file a complaint and she told me no. Then she went on to say it was privately owned and I asked for the owners name or number and she said I can't give it to you, we don't even know it. These actions continue to take place, and there is no one you can call, and nothing you can do about it. Super satisfying. read more

We were on the road traveling and unfamiliar with the area and saw a sign for the Golden Arches so we got off the freeway and headed for McDonald's, which we could see from the exit ramp. It was very cold out and very windy so we pulled into the drive-thru line, which wasn't very long. Just wanted an iced tea. That's it. A $1 iced tea. If we had known how long it was going to take, or where another place to get a good iced tea, was located, believe me, we would have gone, but like I said, we were traveling and unfamiliar with the area. We were in that freaking line for 24 minutes! And yes we should have just left and I don't know why we didn't. But I'll tell you this: we will never go there again! Oh, and I ordered 1 large unsweetened iced tea, add 4 splenda, and is that what I got? I think you know the answer to that question! I did get unsweetened iced tea but no Splenda. Luckily I had some in my car. When we finally got to the window, there was no apology, nothing! So I'm giving this place 2 stars only bc once I got the tea sweetened to my liking, it tasted really great. Otherwise I would have given them 1 star. This is no way to run a business!! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service around. Went through the drive thru to get a cup of coffee. When I got it it was ice cold. Told them about it and was told I had to come in to see a manager to get my refund. Name phone number and address just to get my $1.58 back. Not a very good McDonald's. I don't go to McD's for a quality burger; I go for consistent, predictable food at a low price with consistent, pleasant service. My experience at this location was far below my expectations for any fast food joint, but especially for a McDonald's. The layout is awkward with the self-service drink machine right on the counter next to where you order and receive your food. This placement makes it crowded next to the counter and causes some confusion because people standing in line get mingled with people waiting for food and people trying to fill or refill their drinks. The service was okay. Nothing to complain about, but nothing that stood out as stellar either. The sunroom area would've been nice except the glass was all fogged up with condensation. It had an icky feel to it and made eating in that section not very appetizing. We ordered McMuffins (one sausage, one egg) and were disappointed. The English muffins were charred making them not very good. At least the fountain Coke was good. I swear McDonald's has the perfect balance of carbonation and syrup for me. And they were running their large beverage for a dollar promotion, so I had enough Coca-Cola goodness to last me half a day. I thought all McDonald's were the same. Sadly, I was proven wrong on this trip to the Greensburg McD's. I'm glad at least the Coke was up to their usual standards. read more

This McDonald's had better landscaping and was cleaner than most. I think the gentleman at the drive-through window was new, because he was a little bit confused about the salad dressing offerings. Otherwise, we were able to get our meal quickly which is what we needed during a road trip. I had the Asian chicken salad with grilled chicken, and a hamburger, others had the shareable chicken nuggets with barbecue and honey mustard sauce and Bacon chicken wrap.
