I don't usually do this, but the manager her name is Becky at McDonald's on great Mills wanted to do this. We went over there and got three cookies. We got back home and they were completely burnt to a crisp so I decided to go back and asked to speak to the manager, the manager follows up when I hand her the cookies and says we did not get them there and I proceeded to tell her I had a dash cam she didn't care then I handed her the receipt from McDonald's and she walks away and gets the cookies and doesn't say a word back to me the audacity of this so-called manager and apparently her name is Becky because I asked one of the workers and that's the name I got And I told her I don't usually take this route but the way she acted. I'm taking this route. How are you going to tell somebody you didn't buy it there when we have a receipt completely unacceptable service coming from the manager the one in charge of the location and the staff and I will go back tomorrow and show the footage from tonight and I will proceed to take this social because this is just completely unacceptable for her to be a manager and in charge of people if that if she talk to us like that, I would not like to know how she speaks to the people she works with !!! read more

Do not eat at this McDonalds it is beyond disgusting , there has been multiple post of people finding insect eggs in their food and when you go inside you can see the flys all in the back I'm 99 percent sure that there is no ac in the back the poor grill cooks look like they are burning alive and the service is terrible non of them know how to talk to anyone and don't bother asking for a manager as they do not care how the store is ran as long as they get money nothing is ever clean and the men's bathroom is trifling , the best thing you can do for this McDonald's is shut it down! read more

It's been two years since my last review of this place so I thought it was time to update it. The last few visits have been flawless. I always get the food to go and most of the time I go inside to order. Now that the place has been renovated it's kinda cool. I enjoy using the kiosk to place my orders. They are easy to use and you can still customize your meal as you like. The lobby is now bright and open with a modern look which has no real impact to me since I never eat inside. The lobby and parking lot are always clean too. Depending on the staff that's working on that day will determine the friendliness. I always check my fries before leaving, if you've seen my previous review you'll understand why. The food is consistent with what you would expect from Mickey D's all these years. I often get a craving for that #1 and I will return. read more

I'm giving a 5 star rating because of the relativity of this. This is my favorite McDonalds in SMC, and they're consistently quick and accurate with my order. Since the renovations (a few years ago, I guess), the quality of the workers have been way up somehow. I haven't had issues with them, even when making a complicated order (I ask for the 2/$3 McDoubles without pickles or onions and with extra ketchup) and unlike other McDonalds, they never forget to give me sauce, too! read more

Unbelievable the 4th night of cash only sales ,the system is always down the menu selections are limited to no dessert,milkshakes or McCafe drinks, lengthy waits for your order when menu products are available, Tonight, the associate taking drive thru orders wasn't able to speak well enough to understand. Why ask if a customer wants sauce with their nuggets, and then not provide the sauce in the bag? Then when the customer asks for the sauce, employees become indignant and have an attitude because they actually have to do their job. Handed me 2 packets of sauce, when I mentioned that i ordered 2 -10 pc nuggets and requested additional sauce, the employee picked up 3 additional, but stated (with the window open) "nah this b**** only gets 1". Looked at the receipt...I was charged, and paid .25 for extra sauce that I apparently dont deserve. I was here for a doordash order and i had asked at the window if everything was in there because it was 7 items and 5 drinks and it was one bag. (Im not allowed to open bag to check so i only had their word) come to find out they only gave my drinks. I go back to the resturant and call so theycan hand it to me and i wont have wait another 30 mins in the line. But they refused. Even though i knew the order was and has been ready. They also messed up the doordasher that was behind me's order because he is now behind me again this time. Funny how they get to mess up this badly and still paid money, while us delivery drivers get the short end of the stick and lose our money for it. OK, it's McDonalds. Whatever. Take it with a grain of salt, it's fast food. I personally really like this location simply because the people who work there (at least when I'm there) are really, really, really nice people. They're always smiling and are very polite! That really goes a long way when you're crying in the drive thru after your students tore your world apart and you just want to stuff a cheeseburger in your face. Every time I've gotten food there, it's always hot, it's always fresh, and the fries burn my fingers when i try to eat them so you KNOW they just came out of the fryer (drool). There have been a couple times when I've gotten the wrong order and I don't realize until I'm already back on Great Mills road. But honestly? I don't even really mind...it provided me with a large fry one day, and I can't actually complain. I just have a really soft spot in my heart for this McDonald's. Go around 3:30, 4:00pm. Let's put it this way: I would much rather drive up to the Chick-Fil-A a few miles away. I like McDonald's food (the fries are the best). But its employees make you wanna stay away. They're not rude, but they're not welcoming either. I realize working minimum wage would also make me unmotivated to work, but no one is forcing them to be there either. At least at Chick-Fil-A, the employees are courteous and are very friendly. Here...it's like they're bothered that we put in orders. This McDonald's regularly has great customer service in the drive thru during the day. However tonight my husband and I came through with our designated driver and the fat white guy working the drive through told us his name was Alik balls and when we laughed because we thought he was joking (because his name sounds like he said "I lick balls" he preceded to ask if we had been drinking. I said to him "how is that any of your business we are in the back seat?" he said "I have the right to refuse service to anyone" and shut the window in my face. So he preceded to ignore us for so long that a co worker had to bring us our food. The fact that we were very nice to him made his behavior completely uncalled for because he has some moral high ground at 2:15 am less than a block from a bar is completely absurd and honestly I am a sincerly nice person drunk or sober, it's not my fault his name is Aleck Balls and that's funny. Besides if his last name is balls he should not introduce himself that way to people in the drive through if he's so sensitive about it.
