The service was slow and poor. It's called "fast food" not "slow food". The cashier was impatient and had a annoyed look. When my food was being made I noticed the cook didn't wear any gloves. When making the grilled chicken wrap, he used his hands to grab the bacon and chicken. After cooking, he did not wash his hands and continued to mop the floors! The food was not that great either. The only thing that was remarkable was the onion rings which were thin and crispy. This Harvey's was also serving Swiss Chalet food. I got the strawberry shake which tasted overly sweet and artificial. The classic burger was cold when I picked up my order. It was bland and had no flavour other than the pickles. I've never seen a fast food joint with such poor hygiene! I would not even come here because of the terrible service alone, but knowing that I ate food that was made from someone who cleaned the floors and made food without wearing gloves or washing their hands will always haunt me.

Very disappointed that they would substitute these inferior Harvey's fries in Swiss Chalet orders. Also for take out, why would include plastic utensils in the order? Do they think people buying take out don't have cutlery at home? Won't likely be returning to this location.

As the snow fell out of the sky, I had no desire to relight my fire from the night before, and cook whatever remaining food still existed. My crew and I packed up our tent, leaking from the melted snow that that body heat of five adults turned to water, and headed out of the park. On our way back to the city we decided to stop in at Huntsville's McDonald's. No one would judge our stinky, disheveled, selves there. I was wrong. The second we walked into the McDonald's, which had been recently renovated into a McCafe we felt out of place. Sure the four guys dressed to the nines in Camo behind us in line made us feel better, but this was a swanky establishment. The Raptor's game was on the flat screen televisions, and never before had I seen such a clean establishment. The staff behind the counter were all lovely, and juxtaposed my, "I need to shower and fall asleep," spirits. They had no trouble delivering food, which would have taken an extra thirty seconds to wait for, to our tables. We said we'd wait, they insisted we sit. This could have been our smell? But I think not. Free Wi-fi for everyone, and good people all around. Never before have I felt under-dressed for a McDonald's, but this place? It really did it. Note: take 4 stars with a grain of McSalt. This is still a fast food restaurant.

This place is heaven for your inner geek. Old school board games, a pac man machine and a war-hammer painting station line the walls and floor of this place. We ordered a London fog from the counter. I was excited to see a beautiful selection of teas, there was definitely an emphasis on oriental teas and not as much variety as say, a David's tea but still very nice and a lot of nice lattes and mixed tea drinks on their menu. The London fog was actually fantastic and different from any I've ever had and the girl serving us was bubbly and nice. The strangest and most interesting part of this place has to be the single barbers chair and barber cutting hair at the back of the store. This guy has his own little studio at the back of this coffee shop and it seems to be popular. One of the servers had to turn away a client and said that he was booked up for the day. All-in-all this is an eclectic place that I feel prides itself for it's uniqueness. It's warm and welcoming and if you make an appointment, you can also get your hair cut!
