Strike 3: This pathetic "dinner" came to a total of almost $17.00. That's a pretty steep price for small portions that don't even taste all that great. I've had regular Chinese mall food court that tasted better. At best, Panda Express is a glorified Chinese mall food court chain, nothing special. Don't waste your money - you'll leave hungry.
