Usually fairly okay because it's hard to mess up chicken strips, but I decided to switch it up tonight and get a chicken slinger. Now I am someone who just wants everything plain, no ketchup nothing so I know I order it the right way, it even says so on the receipt! First, I was given the wrong order so I had to drive back and now I'm given a chicken slinger with both mayo and pickles. The only thing they never mess up is the slushes. read more

Last few visits good has been terrible, the last one ordered our kid his kids meal, get home and no kids meal. Called in, said Manager would reach out no Manager did. Called in again spoke with Manager and they were supposed refund us or send kids meal coupon. Haven't got neither. Sad they used to be good when they first opened. read more

This Sonic was the best food place to go to whenever we were in Grand Forks, And now it is disappointing. Whenever we actually go there they are always out of something! This place just opened and I had a great first impression! Their boneless wings are so saucy and tasty, their shakes are rich and thick, and the jalepeno poppers were cheesy and delicious! I went to the drive-in spot where you order when you're ready at the menu board and the food did not take long at all.The drive-up menu is a great feature to avoid long drive-thru lines, although it seemed like people were unfamiliar with that feature, and the drive-thru line was extremely long, making it very hard to back up out of the spot I was in, and for others that ordered from the menu boards. Every piece was hard! I've worked in fast food before and it tasted old like re-dropped product. DISGUSTING. I called only options offered was to come back same night only but i was tired from getting off work , get off the road and wanted to get home to enjoy some food. The costumer service at this sonic was absolutely horrible. We said our order right going thru the drive and then as soon as we got up to where we pay, they forgot to add something. We told them very nicely that they forgot something and some lady came up and told us we had to go all the way through the drive through again to get something that they missed because it was "too busy". This lady was very unfriendly and her customer service was absolute trash. I will not be giving this sonic any more business, not that I went there a lot anyways because it's TRASH.. this has happened to me more than once at this sonic. read more

Honestly the worst Sonic I have ever been to! I ordered a #14 which is a bacon breakfast burrito with fries and a tea. They said they ran out of tea so I ordered a Coke Zero. After a pretty lengthy wait, I received a completely watered down drink, overcooked stale fries, and I couldn't even finish my breakfast burrito because it was that awful....it tasted burnt! I have eaten at MANY Sonics and have even WORKED at a Sonic before....sadly I do not think I will be back....this was my second time trying it out and it was horrible both times. read more

Came to Sonic to eat today. Ordered our food right away, waited more than 45 minutes for our food. People who came after us got their food and left before we saw anyone come to the car. Went inside to talk to the manager on and asked for a refund because I just wanted to leave and he asked for a receipt I said no one has been to the car and I paid with my card. He refused to give me a refund, but said they are working on our order now and he will give us some coupons. I went to the car and our food came out but we didn't have our drinks when I told him we ordered drinks as well he asked what they were and said he would be back with them and the coupons. So we started to eat our food and we waited another 20 minutes, no sign of the manager so I pushed the red button and said we are still waiting for our drinks, I said we got our food but no drinks and the employee apologized and said he would be right out with them.
