Slowest McDonalds in the history of the franchise. People friendly enough but drive through for breakfast shouldn't take 20 minutes for 4 it 5 cars to get through. Management needs some training in how to run a tighter ship. Update: apparently completely new morning crew. Still, I've been waiting 30 minutes for an Egg McMuffin in the drive through. Avoid if you are in a hurry. Update: Management has done some real work on this place. Much faster to get through and people seem to know what they are doing. Practically drove through today. This McDonald's is the worse one I've ever been to. When I first ordered the man that they had taking my order was very rude and didn't act like he wanted to be there. So when I pulled up to the first window he was very rude because I asked him to read back what he had to me. After I paid I sat there waiting for him to give me my receipt and he threw it in the trash and when I asked for it he took it out of the trash and gave it to me. Then when I got my food and left I took a couple bites of the McDouble and notice there was a finger nail tip in my burger!! So when I called to let them know I had to call 3 times before they answered and the woman manager that I talked to told me "Well none of us are missing any fingernails" and I told her it wasn't a fake nail it was a natural fingernail tip that had broken off. When I told her this she got a very unprofessional attitude and brushed It off and said if I wanted to bring it back they would make me another one. When I entered this location there was a large group of customers gathering around the front counter waiting for their orders to be completed. I reluctantly stepped up to the kiosk and placed my order and watched as the frantic employees were scrambling around trying to complete orders and trying to fix messed up orders from people who came in before me. But thankfully my food was complete and delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way again. read more

Wouldn't recommend this McDonalds to anyone. The sheer attitude that comes out of this place, disrespect towards customers and rudeness from staff. There are two repeat staff members with bad attitudes that work here, a older gentleman I'd say roughly 40-50, and a lady mid 30s I'd says you mention anything yo them or say anything about something missing and it's a scoff and a hand off with rude attitude and ruins the atmosphere. I've tried giving this place another chance, I'd rather waste my money and go down to Wendy's where the staff are friendly and actually enjoy their jobs. I came for breakfast and asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit. The lady responded "ok, 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit." I told her no, I don't want any eggs. What do I get? The bottom half of the biscuit, cheese, and eggs. No sausage. This job is so easy that high schoolers can and have done it better at other locations, but the cranky old lady who works here can't get an order right. Went through drive-through ordered 20 piece, chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder. The guy that took our money. Ask us to ask the ladies at the front window for the sauce because it wasn't programmed into the computer as that I wanted to try the two new sauces that McDonald's has available. The lady handing us our order spoke no English couldn't understand what I was asking for. My husband ask her for the dipping sauces. Another lady said I wanted salt I said no I don't want salt, I want sauce for my chicken nuggets dipping sauce. By the time the third lady got there none of the three women spoke any English or could understand what it was we wanted. I understand wanting to work and have a job. As soon as I walked in I just knew that my experience was going to be horendous. Everything was digusting and all of the workers were very rude to me and all of my friends. It took way too long for lur food to be ready and it just made the overall experience worse. Now, onto the food I came here looking for some food that was quick and that would be cheap. But this was the worst food I have ever had. As soon as I took a bite of the burger I knew that this whole experience was going to be really bad. Big Mac and medium fries were hot and cooked properly. Shake was very good. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I would have given this McDonalds 4 or 5 stars but the poor attitude of 2 male employees turned me off. One refused to give me a receipt and the second one yelled at me for stopping in the #5 drive through waiting parking spot to put my McDonalds trash in the McDonalds trash can. When I paid for my food, the cashier handed me bills back, but no change. She said, "we don't have any change", and turned around. What struck me as odd is that she could be so casual about it. Does this happen often? What about the cars in line behind me? Completely unacceptable. If you are in golden, and it is late, do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. This location is constantly running out of things (BBQ sauce, no fries, and they ran out of nuggets)!
