Slowest McDonalds in the history of the franchise. People friendly enough but drive through for breakfast shouldn't take 20 minutes for 4 it 5 cars to get through. Management needs some training in how to run a tighter ship. Update: apparently completely new morning crew. Still, I've been waiting 30 minutes for an Egg McMuffin in the drive through. Avoid if you are in a hurry. Update: Management has done some real work on this place. Much faster to get through and people seem to know what they are doing. Practically drove through today. Thumbs up... huge change. read more

Erica was very helpful and friendly took my order and was brought to me at a timely matter. Restaurant was very clean. Food was delicious as always and was very satisfied with how fresh everything was made. I will be coming back for sure. Please come in and experience for yourself. read more

Went through the drive through 20 minutes ago, I checked the bag before even driving off and noticed they forgot the sauce, not a big deal just asked for the two I ordered and drove off. I get home and realized they also didn't give me the 20 count of nuggets I ordered AND didn't put a receipt in the bag. read more

This McDonald's is the worse one I've ever been to. When I first ordered the man that they had taking my order was very rude and didn't act like he wanted to be there. So when I pulled up to the first window he was very rude because I asked him to read back what he had to me. After I paid I sat there waiting for him to give me my receipt and he threw it in the trash and when I asked for it he took it out of the trash and gave it to me. Then when I got my food and left I took a couple bites of the McDouble and notice there was a finger nail tip in my burger!! So when I called to let them know I had to call 3 times before they answered and the woman manager that I talked to told me "Well none of us are missing any fingernails" and I told her it wasn't a fake nail it was a natural fingernail tip that had broken off. When I told her this she got a very unprofessional attitude and brushed It off and said if I wanted to bring it back they would make me another one. I did not end up going back to get another one I didn't even want to eat the other food they gave me. read more

When I entered this location there was a large group of customers gathering around the front counter waiting for their orders to be completed. I reluctantly stepped up to the kiosk and placed my order and watched as the frantic employees were scrambling around trying to complete orders and trying to fix messed up orders from people who came in before me. But thankfully my food was complete and delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time and I was on my way again. read more

Wouldn't accept the on like code that they asked for, they said it had been used already. Manager said that he couldn't do anything. I left and went to the Mc Donald's down the street on Colfax and Kipling, they didn't have any trouble with the same code. I think they are lying so they don't have to give the discount. Unbelievable how rude the people were accusing me of being a liar myself. 0 Stars read more

Wouldn't recommend this McDonalds to anyone. The sheer attitude that comes out of this place, disrespect towards customers and rudeness from staff. There are two repeat staff members with bad attitudes that work here, a older gentleman I'd say roughly 40-50, and a lady mid 30s I'd says you mention anything yo them or say anything about something missing and it's a scoff and a hand off with rude attitude and ruins the atmosphere. I've tried giving this place another chance, I'd rather waste my money and go down to Wendy's where the staff are friendly and actually enjoy their jobs. If you don't like working at fast food leave and find a different job, or change your attitude. read more

I came for breakfast and asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit. The lady responded "ok, 1 sausage egg and cheese biscuit." I told her no, I don't want any eggs. What do I get? The bottom half of the biscuit, cheese, and eggs. No sausage. This job is so easy that high schoolers can and have done it better at other locations, but the cranky old lady who works here can't get an order right. I have NEVER received a completely correct order from this McDonalds and the only reason I continue to come here is a naïve hope that one day they'll break that streak. read more

After ordering a simple breakfast (cinnamon role, coke), I pulled up to the window to pay. I asked how much it was and the person said "I don't know, like $7". When I asked to him to ring it up before I paid, he said "I gave an estimate, it's not like I am going to steal your money." It seemed to imply that I had a racial bias that I didn't trust him. Singularly the worst service ever. read more

McDonald's - Soggy watery buns!!! Nasty!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Golden, Colorado

Went through drive-through ordered 20 piece, chicken nuggets and a double quarter pounder. The guy that took our money. Ask us to ask the ladies at the front window for the sauce because it wasn't programmed into the computer as that I wanted to try the two new sauces that McDonald's has available. The lady handing us our order spoke no English couldn't understand what I was asking for. My husband ask her for the dipping sauces. Another lady said I wanted salt I said no I don't want salt, I want sauce for my chicken nuggets dipping sauce. By the time the third lady got there none of the three women spoke any English or could understand what it was we wanted. I understand wanting to work and have a job. However when you're in customer service if you don't speak the language, Clearly you are not serving that restaurant well. Literally the worst customer service EVER!!!!!!! read more

As soon as I walked in I just knew that my experience was going to be horendous. Everything was digusting and all of the workers were very rude to me and all of my friends. It took way too long for lur food to be ready and it just made the overall experience worse. Now, onto the food I came here looking for some food that was quick and that would be cheap. But this was the worst food I have ever had. As soon as I took a bite of the burger I knew that this whole experience was going to be really bad. The fries were stale and cold and the meat on the burger was ot fully cooked. This goes for all the other people that I went with, their food was also undercooked and tasted like it had been left out for multiple weeks. There were also many homeless people in there and one of them EVEN ASKED ME FOR SOME OF MY MONEY. This is just unexceptable. As soon as I left the resturante I felt the eed to go to the bathroom. I ran to the nearest restroom and I knew right then that I got food poisining. This just ruined my day, and I will NEVER be comeing back and I WILL be calling my laywer. read more

Big Mac and medium fries were hot and cooked properly. Shake was very good. The restaurant was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I would have given this McDonalds 4 or 5 stars but the poor attitude of 2 male employees turned me off. One refused to give me a receipt and the second one yelled at me for stopping in the #5 drive through waiting parking spot to put my McDonalds trash in the McDonalds trash can. There was a homeless person lying by the other trash can and he didn't hassle him. Way to treat paying customers. No other drive through waiting parking spots were occupied. Management or the Franchise owner needs to address these poor attitudes. read more

Stopped in for a quick bite after a concert tonight at 10:40 pm. I should have looked at the reviews first, but alas, I did not. When I paid for my food, the cashier handed me bills back, but no change. She said, "we don't have any change", and turned around. What struck me as odd is that she could be so casual about it. Does this happen often? What about the cars in line behind me? Completely unacceptable. If you are in golden, and it is late, do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. There are many options besides this run down Macdonald's. read more

Cookies were non edible, burnt, and so hot they burn your taste buds. Waited 13 minutes in the parking spot for burnt cookies. Not to mention the hard gross bun that came on the McDouble. I had to tell them to look at the burger. The only thing said to me was move forward to a parking spot. Waited for 10 minutes for another burger and another rude employee and it still had cheese. This McDonalds is ridiculous. The staff is really rude (especially the Caucasian girl with the dark times glasses). This location is constantly running out of things (BBQ sauce, no fries, and they ran out of nuggets)! Just take a guess why I am mad. You guessed it. The soft serve ice cream machine was broken once again.

Absolutely terrible. Long wait (15 min and I was the only one). Sloppily put together big burger. Fries were either cooked straight from frozen or recooked or something. Soda was flat as hell. Felt like a Burger King. The guy up front was nice but they weren't concerned much with doing their job. Empty parking lot says everything you need to know: keep driving. It's crazy to me to see a McDonald's so poorly run. All it would take is just a little bit of effort and the sales would shoot up. read more
