Very rude clerk lets you sit at the order speaker for 5 minutes, (with no traffic), then tells you to pull up to next speaker. You then wait another two minutes, (remember, no traffic), then rudely takes the order. Very simple number 1 with a diet and number 5 with a diet. Get the order home and of course it's not complete. No number 1 sandwich. So $20.88 gets you 1 McNugget order two fries two drinks. Nice job read more

Not worth one star or stop. Just keep driving. No toilet paper in the ladies room. FOUR HUGE ROLLS between 2 stalls GONE. NONE. Had to have been at least 2 days since the bathroom had been looked upon. Someone came in, I told them there was no TP, as they left I asked if they were a customer or employee so I could get some me assistance. No answer. Tried calling my husband. Phone in car. Yelled for him. He was outside door. My bag was hanging from back of door with extra napkins in it. Manager didn't care that her bathroom was untidy and without paper. Avoid this place. If they can't address TP issues they sure as crap aren't keeping the back clean which means I'm not eating there. read more

The people that work at this McDonalds are second to none- they're always smiling and always kind to their customers. The store is cleaned well, and maintained nicely. The food is served hot and fresh. There are a great number of flies that fly around the dining room, but that is hard to combat. read more

Took them at least thirty minutes to make the food. Multiple people just waiting inside as they only prioritize DoorDash. So my daughter and my niece and I went in to get food ... dine in, the dude behind the register had his back to the wall and did not even acknowledge us even though we approached the register until we asked if we could order politely. He looked like he wanted to punch us all in the face even though my two-year-old niece was saying " hi ". "thank you " and "goodbye". We didn't get our french fries for the order when I came back up to the counter dude in the back wanted to argue about it. When I told him he could come to the table and look to verify we hadn't gotten the french fries they were thrown up on the counter. My niece was missing her apples from her happy meal at that point it wasn't even worth the fight. The people there are horrible, awful and rude. And when you say something to corporate you get nothing in response. Don't go there. read more

Nothing ever works here.... the ice cream machine is always down, the posted hours are wrong, the soda machine doesn't work after 10p (because they want to clean it early), and you always wait 10 minutes for your food. Got a very rude answer from the lady and when we were finally helped with absolutely no acknowledgement before hand, the lady pulled the girl that was trying to help us oh for our food as she was yelling at her and talking about us we just left. The only reason I gave this a 2 is because the food was hot. The employees were lounging around and eating at tables and when we came in they jumped up to go take our order then proceeded to return to their eating after we got our food. The person taking drive thru orders wasn't wearing a uniform and was sitting in a booth with her feet on the seat using some app to take orders. A couple employees started arguing and even said some cuss words while I'm sitting there with my son trying to eat. We ordered four ice cream cones while there was only two customers in the store and we waited at least 10 minutes before being told the machine was done. Following this information, the employee sat on her phone and began talking to someone on it for five minutes before asking for a manger to give us a refund. This was by far the worst McDonalds I've been to. While I was standing waiting on my food, the guy in drive thru, drops the bag on the floor, with the customer food in it, picks it up and hands it out through drive thru. Then he wouldn't even turn around to look at me, knowing I just saw what he did. The manager looks like she just woke up and came to work, the nastiest place I've seen. When you walk in McDonalds, it smells like a hog farm. Bathroom was dirty as crap. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I WILL NOT BE BACK and I do not recommend to anyone. McDonald's at 10000 Brook Road in Glen Allen, VA charges 2.29 for small peppermint mocha which should be 2.00, and won't correct the price. I couldn't pick which McDonald's was worse whether it was this one or the other one up the road that's also on Brook Rd. This one always has the slowest service, and the employees seem like they don't care and don't want to be there. I had to wait in the drive thru one time for at least 20-25 min start to finish. The guy in front of me even left before he had the chance to pay for his food because they were taking that long. This one used to be cleaner as well, but it's gone downhill with that aspect. I haven't been going to McDonald's that much lately due to the fact when I go the food doesn't taste fresh. This used to be a great McDonald's to go to. read more

A ghetto McDonald's in a suburb. This McDonald's doesn't look bad from the outside. The interior is fine too, there's plenty of seating and it's usually clean. However, the staff appear non-interested and are not that courteous. There's a good chance something will be wrong with your order once you receive it. The food itself is okay but may be cold. I've never used the drive-through so I can't comment on that aspect but I've seen people have to park their car and go inside to correct something with their food. Despite the negatives, it is still a viable option if you're looking for some quick and cheap fast food, and don't care about the service. read more

Stopped by this McDonalds and I wish I had read the reviews before stopping by this place. I was visiting from out of town and decided to stop by for some breakfast before getting on the road. First, the drive thru line is super slow. Took the car in front of me 10 minutes to get her change back. I get to the drive thru only to find out they are out of Hi-C orange. Who knows how long it's been out. I was asked for a substitute and I told the drive thru girl I'd take Sprite. Instead of Sprite I received two large seltzer waters! The deception!! If I hadn't got on the highway I swear I would've turned back around and returned the fake Sprites! If you don't have ANY beverages then say so!! Piss poor management. I'll make sure I keep driving by this one next time I'm in the area! Check and TASTE your drinks before pulling off people! That Coke you ordered might just be Coffee!!
