We have absolute zero control in the Mcdonald's kitchen in the morning. Unbelievable what I had to deal with, they have a whole menu screen just to mess up not once or twice but three times! It wasn't just me, I heard people saying they wanted a refund for "Attitude". This Mcdonald's continues to disappoint especially when it comes to pressure and getting orders right. You guys need to do better. 17 Year old shouldn't be getting this fucking mad over some food but it really wasn't about the food, it was about you guys messing up. Do better. read more

I have eaten from this McDonald's a few times and I thinks it's safe to say that my family was right, we will not be eating here because the food is not good, I have gotten sick from the chicken nuggets and only get the double quarter pounder but it is also not worth the price, you could get a bigger burger anywhere for cheaper too! The employees look sad and the service overall is not terrible. I can tell that they don't try. The room is very clean in I appreciate a clean space. we went to mcdonald's for a Mccrispy, and a large tropical drink with popping pearls. Once we received the drink there was barely to any pearls in it so we asked for them to put more and they had the nerve to say we had to go all the way back in line to re pay for more. we go back and ask for a cup of pearls and they declined our request, they made us pay for a whole other drink so we asked for extra pearls in a small tropical drink and the lady with the lazy eye was our server and she took her sweet time making a large fry and a small drink only to receive a small drink with even less pearls than the large drink. their service was terrible, making me repay for a drink only to receive even less than the first time. if you aren't going to do your job than don't work window. and if your going to be rude and make complaints than maybe its best if you find a different job. this experience of service has me really irritated, i wont be going back and i don't at all recommend anyone to go here. If i could i would give them zero stars, im so unimpressed with how an adult could act that way towards children. read more

This McD's has kiosk ordering, so you think they'd be efficient. But no. Twenty minutes later and i haven't received my order, and neither have the two people ahead of me, and a third person already walked out. Why? Because they have prioritized 16 cars in the drivethru and ignored the customers in-store. First off, this McDonalds has ALWAYS had a problem but it's gotten way worse. Today I made a mobile order/ curbside pickup for a large sprite. I was just driving through town so it'd be quicker this way. Me and my girlfriend got there and it was busy so I figured we could just go in and grab it really quickly. We got in there and talked to what I think was the manager and I told her I had a large Sprite for curbside pickup and was wondering if she could just grab it. We waited almost 30 minutes for a large sprite after she ignored us. If you want fast food you'll have better luck somewhere else. read more

Way too slow, waited almost an hour for a Big Mac. Terrible service too, there seems to be more than 15 employees in the kitchen, yet I had to wait almost an hour to receive my food. The employees are always chatting with each other and did not even think to make food. Even the guy in front of me had to wait 20 mins for a cheeseburger. Just an embarrassment for the McDonald's franchise and the most immature employees I've ever seen. read more

This was my first time back to this McDonald's since they tore down the old location and rebuilt a new one. It looks really nice, but the drive-thru on this particular day, sucked. We ordered food for 4 people. Waited in the drive through over 15 minutes, then ordered, paid and were sent to the 3rd window to wait for a quarter pounder. That one sandwich took an additional 5 minutes and by the time they brought our food out all 4 large fry orders were COLD. We told the guy who brought us our food that they were stone cold as we'd been waiting forever. He brought us one large fry that, was also COLD. read more

I can't believe I'm writing a 5-star review for a McD's, but it's earned. This stop was so beneficial to us on a long day of driving. This location is very clean & NICE. Merran (sp? - possibly a manager) offered to do an extra pass of sanitizing game tables for our kids & really friendly. Service was quick in the breakfast hour and got us back on the road! read more

McDonald's promises the same food no matter where you go. Somehow I can order those golden fries anywhere on the planet, except Gillette. Why is this so difficult? Every time I get tempted, it's another long hungry wait for cold food and the wrong order. It hasn't changed in decades and never will. And why would it change? There will always be another sucker off the Interstate passing through, another crying kid demanding a happy meal, and another new class of high schoolers coming out for lunch. It doesn't matter to this McDonald's if they burn all their bridges. My advice is instead of going here, go hungry. At least the hunger will make a meal anywhere else taste better because in the time it will take this McDonald's to make you the wrong order you could grow it yourself. read more

Takes so long for your food to get out, I understand they're busy but I was the first in line for a chicken sandwich and it took more than half of my one hour lunch break. I used the table service feature on the app and when the employee forgot my drink she made me walk back and stand in line at the cash register only to get my drink 10 more minutes later. So.... Today was my youngest daughters adoption date I pulled her out of school for her "gotcha day lunch" . She told me "mommy, can we Mcodonolds(she has a hard time pronouncing it)". So of course I tell her of course, she is my little angel of course. I go in and get her a happy meal, and when she opens it up of course she goes straight for the toy. When she opens it... It's a blue man. I went in and filed a formal complaint . It hurt me more than them to do it. I just don't understand that when I asked for a new toy because the blue man could possibly give my daughter false ideas of what she is supposed to look like in today's world, I got shut down. She is already confused with all this they/them, dogs, cats, trans, gay stuff‍. This blue man is shaped a little funny, not to mention he is not even clothed. Most McDonald's that I go to our exceptional prices and very good service the people are nice here at this McDonald's but I drove up to get one make double for lunch and it took 17 minutes to get through the drive-through I don't know what the hell is going on but they really need to speed up the process on getting people food I was stuck in the drive-through and was seven minutes late to work. Went up to the front to pay for my order after explaining what had happened to just get a response of "what are you paying for" then waited till 7:41 before even receiving my food. I have been to more than 100 different McDonalds restaurants across the US, and I can say, without a doubt, this has to be the worst one I've ever gone to. There always seems to be 20 people working in the back, yet they hardly ever have someone at a cash register. I've had to wait with 6 or more other people for someone to actually acknowledge us instead of just talking to their coworkers. And when I finally get my food, there's a 50% chance it's wrong. I love going to McDonalds, as it is an affordable choice for a college student on a tight budget, and does serve some very yummy food, but this particular location is an embarrassment to the company. I don't know if it's because it is one of the only McDonalds that serves such a large area, or if there isn't a good hiring pool, but I would highly discourage any passing traveler from making this a meal stop. Better to avoid rude and at times nonexistent service. read more
