If I could give a zero I would! Absolutely disgusting there was some type of plastic in between the burger I got for my brother. Not paper couldn't tell you what is it. My main concern is my bother ate it. Manager on the phone was rude beyond measure. Today is 5/23/26 who ever was on duty rudest person I've heard on phone. If I could give this place less then one star rating I would. The actual workers are decent and kind but the management there is very poor. There is no reason for me to go to a restaurant and order a big Mac and when I receive it, it is loaded down with big Mac sauce and mayonnaise so much that you couldn't even see the burger. Decided to do a mobile order last night and this is what we received. We as in my pregnant wife and I. Not only did we sit in the mobile pickup spot for 20 minutes waiting on food but because they were in such a rush to get orders out they forgot to cook our burgers all the way through. I come to this McDonald's often. There is always some sort of issue. This morning, I waited at the counter patiently and eventually the assistant manager looked over at me from the fry station and ordered me. Yes, ordered me. To place my order at the kiosk. McDonald's get over yourself. I have many other options that I can go to. This morning, Chick-fil-A received my money. You did not receive my money. You will not receive any more of my money. The manner and tone with which the manager spoke with me is common at this location and the main reason I will not eat here anymore. This was the last straw. Worst NcDonalds ever! I just went through ordered 2 sausage biscuits, 1 bacon egg, sausage egg biscuit and hash browns, plus 1 pumpkin spice coffee. I paid right at $8.00, started down the road and realized it's plain black coffee. I turned around went back into the store. Who appeared to be a supervisor over Spanish speaking employees wanted to argue that they haven't had that flavor only peppermint flavored coffee. Instead of making situation better she started asking the employees who took my order. Very unprofessional - I left my coffee sitting there on the counter. Avoid this location if you can. This has to be the worst of all the McDonald's in town. Our online order still came out wrong. Drive thru is consistently slow, tonight we waited almost 30 minutes to pick up an online order. If this had been the only time it'd be fine but this is every time we have been to this location. Tried to get breakfast here this morning, I was in the right ordering lane. No one took our order in the right or left ordering lane for several minutes. When someone finally answered she stated this line is supposed to be closed. I asked if I could go ahead and place my order since not only was I waiting for so long, there was no indications the line was closed. In fact there were three cars behind me as well waiting. Absolutely terrible. We pulled up for service at 2 am after driving for hours and they let us know they were closed. This location is a 24 hour spot so we asked them about being 24 hours and they replied that they are but had been busy and were closing for 45 minutes because they wanted to. We watched two cars pull away from the drive thru during this conversation. The two speaking sounded a bit messed up (drugs and all). We ended up getting service at the McDonalds on Dawsonville Hwy. They were quite pleasant and no one seemed like they were messed up. We don't frequent McDonalds because this is the usual interaction we have, but I will most certainly never be back to this location and will head to the Dawsonville Hwy location instead. read more

I wouldn't even give this place a one star if I didn't have to. Had multiple pieces of hair in a burger a couple of years ago. Called the manager on duty, he said that he would replace the food but not issue a refund. Didn't go back for about a year & a half. We decided to get Drive thru after a day of nonstop being on the go. Got home & the burgers & my kids chicken nuggets were undercooked. Noticed the burgers first. Called the location & the manager on duty said to return for a refund. I told him ok but I was still calling the owner. I got hung up on. The owners assistant called me back. Apparently the owner just wants to line his pockets & not deal with actually running a business. She said to return with my receipt & get a full refund on everything. On the way to the location with the burgers & receipt, my husband called and said that the kids nuggets were not fully cooked either. I get to the location, the manager only gave me a refund for the burgers & not for the entire purchase like was instructed by the owners assistant. He got irritated & slammed my money on the counter. I called the assistant back to tell her about the nuggets & the managers reaction & she started yelling at me, "Well what do you want me to do!!! WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO!!!" I responded back, "I'M TELLING YOU BECAUSE IF SOMEONE GETS SICK, YOU KNOW THAT ITS NOT JUST THE BURGERS!" She then changed her tone. We came here for lunch when we were in the area on a weekend. Service was not the fastest, but our order (including some "finicky" gluten-free orders) was completely correct, which doesn't often happen at restaurants with slow service. My biggest beef is that all the unoccupied tables had not been cleaned off in what seemed like a long time. By the time we finished our meal, one employee had started cleaning off tables. The bathrooms were clean, but the bathroom trash was close to overflowing with used paper towels. To me, as long as the rest of the bathroom was clean, it was acceptable to me. Even though this location doesn't have a playplace, it does have high chairs! The drive-thru line was busy when we were here, but the line at the counter inside where we ordered moved fairly quickly. All of the staff was friendly and nice. Would I return? It's a definite possibility whenever I'm in the area again. read more

Slow, slow, slow. Clean inside, front staff is courteous. Drive thru line is terrible because of the wait. More often than not, we have extended wait times (and I mean not budging an inch in line), even at off peak hours. I spoke with the manager- suggest communication with guests when drive thru line is delayed significantly so one can make educated decision about returning later versus waiting in line for 12+minutes. That would communicate a respect for the time and patience of patrons. read more
