Every time I do a Walmart pickup I get McDonald's for my kids so that way they don't cry the whole time we're waiting for Walmart to bring our groceries out. It's the only thing that will keep my autistic son calm. Also every time I go to this McDonald's they get my order wrong. I always get a plain and dry McChicken. Nothing hard, nothing fancy. Yet somehow they always get this wrong. Today was Walmart pickup day, and the dreaded McDonald drive-thru run. They got it wrong and asked me to pull forward so I waited for 15 minutes while the cars behind me whose order was also wrong got their orders corrected and we're on their way while I still sat there waiting for a chicken sandwich. Meanwhile my son is in the backseat crying, kicking the window and screaming. He had snot running down his face and hyperventilating. Waiting 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich set him over the edge. They finally bring his chicken sandwich and I drive away to my Walmart pickup. Low and behold as I unwrap his chicken sandwich to give to him so he'll calm down I see that this sandwich also is not plain and dry. I had to go up there again to see if the third time if they could get it right. To my surprise they got it right. I don't understand why this is such a hard concept for them to grasp when you ask for a sandwich plain and dry. The fact that I had to wait 20 minutes for a plain and dry sandwich just to come back again and wait again is crazy. I know it's not their fault that my child has autism and doesn't understand why he has to wait 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich, but next time this happens I will not be pulling around I will be sitting there with all my windows down cuz if I have to hear him scream so does everybody else that works there and I guarantee you they will get the sandwich right and they'll do it quickly. Pathetic. On a bright note next time he has a stuffy nose I know exactly where to take him to get those juices flowing. McDonald's has a way of getting all this not out of nasal passages and into your hair. read more

We ordered several double cheese burgers and double hamburgers through the drive-thru. What did we receive? We received single-patty cheeseburgers and hamburgers. Though the staff were nice, the order was completely wrong. By the time we got home and realized, we didn't even bother driving back since it's a bit out of the way. A disappointment. read more

After walking around the shopping center with Target, Anna's Linens, Ross, etc. my girlfriend and I got a little hungry for a little snack / drink so we stopped over at this McDonald's. What can I say, it seems like an older model McDonald's (see pics of interior). And while it was clean, it seemed a little worn down. But who can blame this place, this looks like a location built with kids in mind (huge place place and all the furniture is built to be sturdy - i.e. chairs are made of aluminum) The staff was friendly (even while having to deal with some dude that came over and rudely asked for dipping sauce). We got our 4 pc. Chicken McNuggets and cups before we had even paid. Then we got our drinks, sat down and shared the nuggets. Not bad, and one of the staff members even engaged in some friendly banter with us before we left. I would recommend this McDonald's to anyone who has kids, but I definitely wouldn't go here for a quite meal. read more

Ordered 2 sausage biscuit with egg combos. We noticed that after we got our receipt that the woman at the register rang them up as sausage biscuits with egg AND cheese so we had to let them know not to add the cheese. It was only like a 20 cent difference so it wasn't a huge deal, just make sure you check your receipt and food. Other than that, everything went well and the place was clean. Fantastic playground brings us here. The food is standard Mc Donald s food. I do wish the drink station and ketchup napkins etc should be easier to get. They see all crammed in one tiny space. Long lines in the drive thru, but they get you through pretty quickly. read more

Very unprofessional. Restaurant is clean but one thing that isn't clean is a managers mouth! Guy was cussing up a storm. It was ridiculous. I've worked for McDonald's and was a manager and never have I talked and cursed so loud you could hear it on the other side of the restaurant. Food is well McDonald's food. Crew is louder than a pack of hyenas. Worst McDonald's and then the wonder why they can't get the food out fast. A shift manager should not be screwing around with crew! This McDonalds location has either a training or infrastructure issue. Coupons from the app or email never seem to work without an override, and I've never been able to successfully place an order via mobile. Today I went in with a free breakfast sandwich coupon. It didn't deduct the free sandwich from the order, even though the cashier said it did. When he asked his manager what she could do, she said the coupon was probably invalid and didn't bother coming over to the counter to see what was going on. I don't expect exceptional customer service at McDonald's, but this was way below even my most minimal expectations for customer service. It really seems like there is minimal training at this location. read more

Came into this location on my break at 5pm. It was busy, very reasonable for a dinner rush time at a popular fast food chain. There were two instances where the customers were rude to the staff. The first one, a disgruntled older gentlemen, was cursing at the woman at the register. I couldn't quite hear what he was saying, but I could tell the woman was uncomfortable. Another man, upon not being served at a fast enough rate for him, began to whistle at the employees as if they were dogs. Both customers were incredibly rude, and one commented, "they just don't work as hard as they used to." The manager, who's name I unfortunately didn't catch, but she was wearing a grey-ish shirt, handled both customer with immense grace and compassion, despite her obvious discomfort. I just wanted to say kudos to you guys for your patience and hard work at this location. You guys rock. read more

Me and my brother went to thIs McDonald's at 11:30 on may 5 once we started ordering the food at the drive thru the lady thought we were giving her attitude and she said I quote "stop hollering at me" which in response we just kept ordering our food when she continued to be rude we just left. read more

Decent service and good about getting things in the order correct. But they need to hire more staff, particularly at night. This is a very high volume location as it is always busy both day and night but at night you will literally sit in the drive thru forever along with 5-10 other cars. If it's always this busy, why not staff it more at night to make things more efficient and make the line move quicker. No one wants to sit in a drive through for 20 minutes, particularly when on the way to work. Otherwise, the crew members are very friendly especially having to deal with so many customers and orders coming at them. read more

This mcDonalds is consistent one thing I like about this McDonalds they do not use their coffee machines to brew there iced tea. Occasionally they get very busy during peak times but they always seem to make the line move relatively fast. I stop at this mcdonalds probably once a week and I'm never had any major problems. read more

This is the worst McDonald's ever. I had to wait 15 minutes fo r a common food item that they serve. I ordered Quarter Pounders and it took them that long to get it to me. It's even worse if you order a breakfast item after breakfast hours have been finished. They don't offer the full breakfast menu which is promised. according to the ads on television.
