The speed of this location is great. Solid people when we come here. But the inside is filthy, there is no "napkin" station so I could clean it myself, and the touchscreens are just slow and sad. I order from the app and use the drive thru. Don't go inside. Fries are great here though. read more

The saga continues.... At this point it's the principle of the matter. Ordered the mocha, paid for the mocha, got my receipt, THEN was told the machine is broken. These managers need to get it together. It is their responsibility to update the system as well as update their employees on what's missing. Ridiculous that these "managers" make anything over $10/hr when you aren't doing the most basic aspect of your job. read more

McDonald's - Hot peppermint creamer - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Wayne, Indiana

Speed and order accuracy are terms that the staff are completely unfamiliar with. They also jacked the prices and the food is now a terrible value. I'd zero-star them if I could. read more

I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup only to wait ten cars to be told their 'system is down'. I said I already paid for my order, and they said they can't do anything and to come back in 10-15 minutes. I drove around again to be told the same amount of time. They lost so much money turning like 20 cars away. I promised my 4 year old a happy meal if she smiled for picture day. So I had to take her to the dollar tree and get her something while we waited, because she couldn't just have her chicken nuggets. These people can't do anything when their system is down? Come on guys, just write it down and make the food. I came back to the drive thru- the order still pending on my phone, and waited again... Then they tried to not hand me the happy meal and only the adult meal I ordered. They didnt give us a straw, and no sauce was in the box for her nuggets when we got home. This all took me an HOUR after teaching all day. I asked for a refund on mcdonalds website and got a no??? Wow. I am telling everyone NEVER to go this location. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a fast food place. read more

Blonde btch bagging food needs to loose the attitude and gain some brain cells. Forgot the main course. Drove all the way home before realizing. The manager never apologized. They did remake my order, with the worst food I've had from McDonald's. Fck this place. Buns stale, burgers cold, fries are soggy and way over salted. Out of sweet and sour, milk, apple juice, etc. read more

I waited 45 minutes for a happy meal for my kid they forgot the cheeseburger and fries like how do you do that? I finally got the cheeseburger and fries and then I left this review. read more

Worst McDonalds in Fort Wayne she said she "wasn't excepting orders" @ 1:31 am when they're open till 3 am, lazy af. Trash

Only thing this McDonald's make sure to do is give you the wrong food. you get what you pay for I guess.

The worst McDonald's in Fort Wayne. Never open the hours advertised. Went 2 months without any soft drinks without finding alternatives. Employees are often rude. Avoid if possible. I would strongly suggest the location on Stellhorn Road instead, at least they honor their posted hours. They may be open 24hours but any time after 9pm you can expect them to be "doordash only" depending on if the employees want to take orders that evening. Honestly just avoid this place management dosent seem to care, and they almost never answer the phone. We are done giving this location any more chances. read more

This is the sorriest McDonald's I've ever been to. Trash cans were overflowing and everything was sticky. If I don't get food poisoning from here, it will be a miracle. read more

I've gone three times now after getting off from work or studying in the past two weeks and every time at the drive thru I have been told they are only accepting DoorDash orders. I respect the need for home delivery, but customers who actually come to the location should be respected too. I'm taking the loss and have decided to just skip this location from here on out. read more

ordered on the app, got there and nobody would answer the speakers for 25 mins so we drove up to the window and saw 3 people sitting in an office and someone else walk by the window and make eye contact with us 3 times without saying anything. waited in line for over 40 mins just to have to cancel the order because they took way too long. would rate 0 but don't know how to do that read more

I went there to grab a couple of Mc doubles before I went to work and one of them was very dry and the other one had tartar sauce on it, disgusting!!!!! read more

Do not go to this location. For starters my order sat on the counter for 10-15 min before they even made me aware of it. Of course they forgot items on the order. The manager was walking around berating his employees (a bunch of teenagers). Very ridiculous. The tables were dirty with flies everywhere. I hate to be that guy but yikes!!! read more

The only reason it gets a 1 is because I have to give it something! Today I went to the McDonald's at 9827 Lima Rd. At 5 pm! I ordered a cheeseburger meal for myself and 2 happy meals for my grandkids! The service was subpar! They acted like I was inconvenience them! My bun was sooo hard, it's like it sat out all day! All of our fries were cold, I tried warming them in the microwave, they were warm but still hard! My burger was dry and tasteless!! I am so disappointed in this location! The service is always horrible, the food is mostly horrible!! Today is my very last visit to this location. I will drive farther to get decent service and food the next time!! The new one on Dupont road is so different, I've been going there, I guess ill drive the extra to continue getting edible food! read more

This place blows jiz! Wanted a coke with my meal and guess what? No coke! "Until further notice

Listen sweetheart. We went there on a thanksgiving eve for a nice McCafé. They seemed somewhat busy, nothing out of the usual for a McDonald's. I waited for around 40 minutes, because I knew they were busy. And may I remind you AGAIN, I only ordered three coffees. Nothing abnormal for a morning. Pretty easy order. My legs were getting kinda tired cramped up in this car for 40 minutes so I politely called out to the runner. "Sweetheart," she said, "have you seen inside there!?," she said. I was trying to be understanding, fast food is a brutal working conditions especially near a holiday, but I still have a life to live outside of McDonald's coffee. One thing led to another and after enduring being called sweetheart with a thick accent, I left with three fun sized drinks opposed to my original intentions of a full cup each. Nice. read more

I wanted to use my coupon and they said they won't accept it. Customer service is horrible

This McDonalds has some of the rudest, and most disrespectful workers that I have ever encountered at a fast-food restaurant. In the past I have just ignore what i have seen or heard because it was not directed at me (other customer's) However, after recently asking if I could have two straws for my two shakes (at the drive-thru), a young worker replied to another worker, " Can you get this weirdo a couple of straws?" Rather than have an altercation with a 'child', I pulled into a parking space and with my young grandchild in tote, I went inside to complain about the encounter, to a manager. The manager defended the behavior, saying they are just kids! When I challenged him on the 'kids' being old enough to understand right from wrong and felt this was poor customer service, the manager reprimanded me for complaining. He then threw my money on the counter at me when I stated that in addition to being insulted, my fries were cold and asked for some hot ones. (I guess that was a "nice" way of saying "no" to my request for fresh/hot fries). In that moment, I understood why the teens at the drive-thru were ok behaving the way they were. I said nothing else. From now on I will go a little out of my way to the Mcdonalds on Stellhorn, although this Mcdonalds on State and Coliseum is closer to my home. read more

Slowest McDonalds ever. 13 minutes to get my food in the drive thru. This place sucks, get your act together.

Whoever was working on Thursday, December 12th at 1:50 AM was super professional & quick. By far the best McDonalds. Waited at coliseum McDonald's for 30/40 minutes and nothing. We got in and out in 5 drive thru. read more

Do you have $3? Well, you're in luck. McDonald's is the place for you. You know why you came here. You weren't looking for some magical dinner- you just wanted to eat and get going. A McDouble or two will do the trick. Maybe if you're feeling spendy you can splurge. I'm not judging. God bless McDonald's, it helped me get through the hard times. I'm lovin it! read more

Slowest fast food in the city. Not sure why it takes 15 minutes to get a sandwich. Doesn't matter what time of day either.

This manager needs to be fired, she's been rude to not only customers but especially the employees. Older, grey/brown/black hair in a ponytail, & a little on the bigger side. Another man was sitting at the counter for quite a while because she put the new guy and two different stations, &then was angry he wasn't do very well?? Someone please get that nasty, non glove wearing, inpatient, CLEARLY not made for management woman out of there. Sick way to treat your employees., your customers were talking about her. read more

Would have given 1 star if it werent for the good service at 1st window. But the the mid day manager was HORRIBLE! I ordered a plain hamburger for my dog. I got 3 burgers all dressed before i got a plain one. And the pregnant manager tried to make me leave without fixing it, and even called me 3 curse words. I had to bluff a police call to get my food or money. The worst service out of any macdonalds ever. Her name was Ashley. I hope they promote one of the workers who were of priper training and get her trained properly before she tries that act in someone who would have fought her like she wanted to fight me. I understand hormones and pregnant women, but she had to be pulled back from the front line because she was so belligerent and disrespectful. I'll be posting the video soon read more

the slowest "fast food" ever 10/10 recommend a different location smh theyre nice though

The third shift cashier acted as if we were a huge inconvenience to her. Shoved our receipts/credit card back at us. Then, we came home and I found hair in my food. I guess I shouldn't really expect much out of McDonald's, though. read more

Okay so I get off work at 11:30 P.M. and I decide to go to Mc Donald's drive thru. When I get there the man there is practically shouting at me over the microphone.
