Best morning coffee! Usually quick service. Gotta like the apple pies. Convenient curbside ordering. read more

This was the very first place I stopped at when I stopped in New York. Not the most exciting thing to do for the first time being in a new state. I ordered a couple of McChickens for the road. Staff here was very friendly but the service was very slow. Parking was a bit of a pain too. The drive-thru is pretty busy but it's got really tight turns. Overall, i thought it was an average experience. read more

I never review fast food restaurants, but the reason why I'm reviewing this McDonald's is because of Ezequiel and the manager Krystal. They were kind enough to make me a French fries with my combo meal w/o salt. Thank you so much. It's a pleasure to see kindness in people. Thank you so much read more

McDonald's - a man and a woman ordering food - Fast Food Near Me - Farmingdale, New York

came into McDonald's at 10 PM and it was honestly one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. The employees were in the back laughing, joking around, and clearly not taking their jobs seriously while customers were standing there waiting. I wasn't even acknowledged for 15 minutes. No greeting, no apology, nothing. It felt like we were being completely ignored. Watching the staff mess around while my order hadn't even been taken was beyond frustrating and extremely unprofessional. After finally ordering, it still took forever to get my food. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of management and responsibility. I will absolutely not be returning after this experience read more

It's funny I don't ever criticize fast food cause it's supposed to be trash . But I been noticing when you use your points at McDonalds they start making the food messed up . I feel it's on purpose . This is the one near my job 2nd time it happened I'm just not going here anymore . read more

Amber is very disrespectful, she's yelled at my kids, I really did not understand why they are kids and no one should talk to them how she did. she started screaming at them said to stop screaming, well ordering her behavior is unacceptable someone needs to control her . I need this taken care of before I call corporate read more

Typical McDonalds...Nothing spectacular. I go there when I rarely am in the mood for junk food. This time I got the new Triple Stack Breakfast Sandwich. It was actually pretty good. Double Drive through comes in handy and they do a great job of keeping track of orders. I don't mind coming through every once when it's cheat day! read more

They are pretty good. To go orders are ready and placed in the pickup spot without a long wait. Pretty good staff here.

I sometimes grab breakfast from this McDonald's with no problems. Today I pulled up through the drive thru to place an order and I noticed that others in the next lane were being served before me and I hadn't even placed my order with my server yet. My servers name was Brianna and she decided it was appropriate to catch an attitude and tell me it's her third shift and to wait. I asked her name and she decided to go back and forth instead of letting me get her name and move on. Long story short Brianna called me out my name as I was just asking for her name. We exchanged words and the manager stepped in. I thank the manager for getting involved and taking care of my order. Brianna respectfully needs to lose this job sometimes customer service isn't people's strong point. read more

McDonald's - a person holding a receipt in their hand - Fast Food Near Me - Farmingdale, New York

I couldn't get a refund on mobile order for frappe so they gave me a free one. Love it here

Best not to make any custom orders. That cause them to get very confused. Had to have an Egg McMuffin redone twice. First, put on Canadian bacon instead of regular bacon (custom order) then left out egg. Third try was done by manager, she got it right. They seem fond of leaving out the egg from any egg sandwich. That has happened 4 times in the past 2 years. Also put sausage on a custom egg sandwich even though I did not order that. If you customize your order in any way, check it very carefully before you leave the store. read more

They messed up my order and over charged me. How do you expect me to eat this McChicken looking like that? That's gross especially during this covid times. Disgusting. My order was supposed to be $11 and change, they charged me $13 and and gave me my mcchicken not even in the wrapper. This review should really say something because I've never left a review before and downloaded this app because I was so mad. Beyond irate bad job all around. Shaking my head. Go to another Mcdonalds not here read more

Hours are not correct. Says 1am but closes at midnight. One star until hours are corrected.

I order fries and chicken nuggets and I didn't get the nuggets and I got charge for them even I didn't get them

They don't accommodate children with food allergies easily.. they won't give children with food allergies a Happy Meal with just french fries.. owner was very rude unhelpful.. we were willing to Subacute a cheeseburger for a double fry and a Happy Meal and take the loss so our child could enjoy the toy like a normal kid.. never had this problem and any other McDonald's location.. horrible horrible horrible owner should be ashamed of himself.. read more

Not really someone to review fast food, but this location always impresses for breakfast. Legit always fresh (we all know those stale English muffins locations pawn off), always nice, and always quick. Always clean too! read more

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I waited for 15 minutes at 9:30pm at the drive thru window and saw everyone leave behind me and people in front of me didn't even stay. I decided not to wait any longer and was going to order at the window, drove up, NOBODY. thought "oh crap are they closed?" NOPE. drove infront, looked into the windows (obviously all the lights were on) and saw what looked like the WHOLE staff SITTING DOWN EATING. I just got off work and just wanted a simple SANDWICH and they ignored me when I knocked on the window. GO TO ANY OTHER MCDONALDS BUT THIS ONE. Garbage workers. read more

If I could give the rating a zero I would. this is the most disgusting McDonalds. I ordered a happy meal for my children, when I came home inside the meal was a roll of surgical tape. Called the manager James and his intelligent response was we don't sell that here. Really? That means some employee with a cut working around food must have accidently put it in the meal. Then I called corporate to complain and never was called back. Have been to this location several times, young kids behind the counter who stand around doing nothing but cursing. I am done with this location. No customer service. read more

Very disappointed. Not only did the drive through attendant laugh at our request for ketchup and gave us none, but he also purposely dropped my bag of food before on handing it to me. It seemed that the attendant was occupied with something more import than his job as he seemed quite upset when we arrived at the drive through. I will be tweeting at McDonalds to hopefully receive some sort of customer support. Definitely a one-star rating. read more

This isn't my 4th favorite McDonald's. The workers all appear to have varying degrees of scurvy. Would go back but not for food

This location is mostly messing up my orders, so check before you leave!!! I always order a number 6 breakfast meal and if I don't check because my order ask for a substitution of the folded egg for a round egg they mostly forget to give me the round that I pay extra for because it's fresh and not the processed folded egg. Staff get it together!!!! You owe me a sandwich. read more

Staff never gets the order right I ordered a quarter pounder got two cheeseburgers they should pay attention to the customer instead of their phone or personal conversation i go there for food not to listen to their drama read more

The Google map that appears above has McDonald's on NY 109, alias Fulton Street, misplaced. The restaurant is on the north side of the highway. It was my first experience ordering from a kiosk. I like to try new machines. It will take getting used to, as I had a hard time finding the decaf on the selections. Nicely, calories are computed as you go. My ordering was slow because of my unfamiliarity, but the food delivery at the counter was slower than in most other McDonald's. There are two unisex bathrooms. One may enter/leave this lot from Main Street at CVS, or use the main entrance on westbound NY 109. read more

Theres nothing more cheap then a company selling 5 4-piece chicken nuggets and not recieving ANY sauce whatsoever.whats the point of putting the sauce type down on the reciept when ordering, asking for extra, then getting home just to find out that I recieved NONE whatsoever.Staff also touched my phone when scanning a coupon and was I extremely upset to the point where i had to wash and wipe down my phone afterwards.from someone whos been in retail for years theres NO reason to ever try and touch a customers phone with your hands while scanning a coupon. its unhygienic and should not be handling food after touching a stangers phone.in their defense they were new and the staff next to them tried to help but after asking for sauce multiple times and still recieving none at all im leaving it at 1 star. read more

The food is Mcdonalds, you know how it is. This is more of a review on the staff. They are pushy and rude. I went drive through and they start off with the sales pitch... Fine, I get it, waited for them to finish pitching whatever makes them more profit and then proceeded to tell them my order. I asked for a medium quarter pounder meal. The man on the speaker than says are you sure you don't want a large? I said no, thinking to myself, that's why I asked for a medium. He than started pitching apple pies. Trying to push two or three upgrades is just annoying, and I'm sure no one wants to hear a sales pitch when they are just trying to order lunch. Then I got to the first window to pay. I was greeted by a girl who looked miserable (I get it, it's a fast good job) but when someone smiles and says hi, the person in the window should at least wipe the puss of off her face. Who then also ignored me when I said loud and clear have a nice day as she rudely handed me my change. (I wasn't being condescending, she could have said you too and I would have been satisfied) The only redeeming factor and the reason for the 2 stars instead of the 1 that this visit deserved at this point was the lady who handed me my food. She is an older lady with a slight Spanish accent who was smiling and made it a point to say have a great day and made me feel as if at least one employee there cares. She deserves 5 stars, the rest of the people who I was in contact deserve zero but that isn't an option on yelp. read more

I usually go through the drive thru, but it was crowded, so I walked into the empty restaurant. I place my order of two items and then wait, and wait, and wait. 5 customers came in after me, placed their orders, and received their order. Im still waiting. Now the phone rings and the manager who took my order answers it. Im still waiting. Finally, I say "Hey" to get the manager's attention. He pretends to not hear me so I raise my voice and say it again. Still nothing. Now I want my money back so I say "Give me my money back". I get answered by the employee putting together the orders (everyone's except mine) who says "It's coming now". I said "I don't care, I want my money back!" The manager walks over, opens the register, and gives me my money back. All while still on the phone. I have used this location for the past 25 years as I live close by. Next time I'm hungry, I'm going to Wendy's!!! This McDonald's location sucks!!!!!! read more
