Due to staff changing so frequently because of poor management and extremely low wages and let's not forget the bias hiring process that has taken place inside this organization for years were they only hire mostly women with a few exceptions here and there. Why this business has been a Icon in and around the surrounding areas of the communities in which they serve they have repeatedly over the years refuse to hire, Train Staff and Promote Employees with excellent customer service why the food is great from time to time depending on changing of staff due to good people quitting and high turn overs, But Nevertheless this small town restaurant has forgotten that the customer comes first and in my opinion a great atmosphere and customer experience is just as important as good food. Bottom line is if you come here you will not be treated with respect and dignity you will be talked to as they see fit and higher up management will back the store management put in place. I say if people are not willing to treat you right take your money elsewhere and remind them who pay the bills!!!
