This is by far the WORST McDonalds ever. The manager there is a complete douche! You'd think he would be the head master in charge there but his subordinates know more then he does. I have had so many bad issues with HIM and this particular location I have even gone as far as calling the corporate office to complain but no one would ever answer. Every single time I have gone there my order is wrong. Trying to get them to fix the mistake is a joke. This place needs to shut its doors. I can't believe people actually put up with this place to keep it in business. Starbucks across the street has way better service and it got shut down... This McDonalds has every reason to close its doors: Poor Service. Poor Management. Poor Food. I know its McDonalds so you get what you pay for but this is a bit extreme. read more

This has to be the worst McDonald's anywhere. The service is always terrible and if you go through the drive through I guarantee they will screw something up. When I go to Mcdonald's there's this one girl at the drive thru taking my order or handing me my food and every time she takes my order she always has an attitude, is rude, and slams the window shut. And last time I went I had three drinks and she nearly dropped them and I was able to catch them and it got all over me and she didn't even say sorry but again like always just slams the window shut. I'm not sure why they have someone like that working there. This has happened about 7 times. Practically every time I go and she's there. Her, her sister, and I have had problems before but that was 2 years ago I don't know why she has to act like that. Don't take your problems to work right? Hopefully you get fired. Her names Ryan Vandenberg or something like that i'm not sure. But hopefully a manger controls her attitude and tells her to act right. read more

I have been coming here since they first opened. The service and food is hit and miss. I have had excellent and horrible service here. The problem I have is the way they handle their mistakes. They treat me like I messed up the order. I can't blame the manager alone. The owner of most of the Tulare county McDonalds could care less how poor the service is. Girl that gave us our food was rude. She acted like she hates her job. She wanted to continue her conversation with the other female in the front, instead of help us. Then when we were finally given our food it was cold. The fries and chicken nuggets tasted like they were made yesterday and warmed again. Should've just went across the parking lot. I've never had a problem with my orders, but half the time we have to wait for a little while for our food. The employee's aren't rude but they need to take more time to pay attention to the customers. My family went in there one time and it was kind of busy which sometimes happens so we were ok with that. While waiting in line people cut in front of us. The people who cut in line pretended that we didn't exist and ignored us. Other than that this McDonalds is fine. read more

I grew up in this town and have been to this McDonald's all my life,considering it's a McDonald's I don't expect much but this is awful,the drive thru takes 10 minutes to get through and the servers get your order wrong 60% of the time,just awful read more

McDonald's is a place of childhood memories. We all played on their equipment as we waited for our chicken nuggets to come to our table. We've all went out for a midnight ice cream cone, just to be disappointed when their ice cream machine isn't working. Whether it's early morning or late at night the lines are ridiculous. Pulling around and waiting for your food is an ideal whenever you're 80 year old grandmother is waiting in the car with you. It makes you sad to see her in pain as she waits in a car just to get some food to take her medication with. Maybe I'm impatient but it is supposed to be fast food, am I right? I've visited this place of wonder many times in my life, many times a week actually. Being close to home and close to school makes it a great idea for a snack or lunch time destination. But let's get real, nobody wants to spend more in gas money waiting in a never ending line then on a cheap fast food meal! In the end I would say, just go to Taco Bell, it's right next door and much quicker! read more

I decided to try the chicken tenders and ordered the smallest size. It was a good thing I ordered small because they were either over cooked or had been under the heat lamp too long because they were too hard to eat. I tried pulling the coating off to get to the meat but it couldn't be done. I guess I should've stuck with the nuggets. read more

The manager was rude. I ordered a large drink and he said they didnt have any so he would give me a medium. I looked at the stacks of cups and the large were right there. Then a lady came in to get her order fixed. He stood there and argued with her for 5 minutes about how she was wrong, he was the manager and he knew what he was doing. If you've never been to the McDonalds in Exeter, try going to any other one. Yes they are part of the hundreds of fast food chains, but this one isn't that great. This McDonald's located at 1109 W Visalia Rd, Exeter, CA 93221 never has their fries hot when I go there. Also every time I decide to order the chicken nuggets from them, they are either overcooked or are cold. On the service side, the employees are very friendly to me and I leave in good mood because of that. For me, I can say I would prefer to go to another fast food restaurant for better quality of food. Inside McDonald's, it is only kept clean to a minimum. I always see flies(dead or alive) in the windows of this place of food. So, I recommend simply to take you business elsewhere. read more
