I know, I know! McDonald's is horrible for you, and is nasty as well. Still on rare occasions I crave their greasy, cardboard burgers and fries. This location sucks on a whole other level though. Food is rarely correct, fries are cold and nasty 90% of the time, and the ice cream machine is almost never in working order. Last night I took a gamble and sent my hubby to pick up some food knowing full well that I would most likely be disappointed. Sure enough, my fries were old, cold, and hard and my burger was not only put together in a sloppy mess, both buns were also burnt.... like way burnt. This is the smallest McDonald's that I have ever seen! Seriously...it's a mini-McDonald's. And they obviously don't generate enough revenue to train their employees properly because their customer service sucks. My friend and I stopped here for breakfast on our way out of hell...I mean Exeter....and my friend ended up with a cold bacon, egg & cheese biscuit. When she went back up to the counter to get another one, the guy actually said "What do you want me to do? This is how we serve it." WTF??? So instead of just getting her another (hot) sandwich, he ended up microwaving it. Seriously......he MICROWAVED the sandwich. Not that I ever want to go back to Exeter, but if I do, I will definitely not go to McDonald's. Lucky for us, there's a BK right across the street =) read more

They have no plans to change how bad they are. at the same visit my son ordered a cheeseburger that they did not put any meat on. And they dumped so much sauce on my burger that I could not even pick it up, because I could not find the bottom bun under it all. I go there now only when a friend insists, and I order just a drink. But every time the others wish they listen to what I said about this place. I have been burned by this terrible place too many times over the years to ever eat anything here. This has to be the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. They have gotten my order wrong about 98% of the time. Intentional avoid fast food, but every once in a while I want to get my daughter a Happy Meal and I'll get something as well. Once I got buns with no burger in between. I understand you probably have multiple teenagers experiencing their new job. Problem one...they do not take this seriously and is obvious from other reviews. By now this needs to be brought to a " managers" attention. Hopefully older and have integrity in there job and realize food is important to get right upon request.
