I don't really eat fast food, but when I need something quick this is one of the nearby places I go. The outside is really cute, but they're doing construction right now. The inside has been redecorated. It is now open and modern. Of the three times I've been there service has been slow. The shamrock shake I ordered in the past wasn't very minty. I've also had ice cream there, and it was decent as far as soft served goes. Nothing special, it is McDonald's after all. The staff varies of course when it comes to service. I've never had any issues. The coffee is decent, not too bitter or anything. When I tried it, it started out a bit bad but then I kept drinking it and it seemed to improve. read more

If you want to feel like you are sitting in Starbucks without the heavily priced coffee this is a great spot. If you want to take your kids to a kids restaurant I'm sorry McDonald's has currently gotten out of the kids business. Whatever happen to the play places. I visited this evening I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and 2 Mc chickens (NO MAYO) my slip attached to my food even said no mayo I got parked saying waiting on chicken so I parked when I got my stuff I left when I got home I went to go eat and the chicken sandwiches had so much mayonnaise it was disgusting I was so pissed off! I went back and yelled/complained about it. That is not ok by any means!!!! Whoever was managing the shift should have been monitoring the line Mabey paying some attention! I can hardly believe an employee from the 41st street store has a complaint for this store in a previous review, I quit going to your 41st street store over a decade ago!!!! I am upset with this evergreen store because the orders take over 20 min!! from 3-4 am which is when I go there after work almost nightly , however this is still my favorite store its a Flagship corp store 1000% of times better than the 41st street store!! that FRANCHISE store gets my order wrong 75% of the time, has goofy un trained employees. This McDonald's is within walking distance of my home and I would go much more often if David, the GM wasn't such a jerk. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich WITHOUT mayo but wanted to substitute onions. I was charged extra for the onion. SERIOUSLY???? For four extra onion slivers???? When I questioned the extra charge, David got very rude with me. He ended up literally slapping the extra charge into my hand. Wow. A squeeze of mayo costs more than an few slivers of onion, especially since those are going to be thrown away if nobody eats them. When I asked his employees who orders without onions a sweet, honest girls raised her hand. Even though they are willing to have fund raisers, it's not enough to make me go back. read more

Extremely rude and condescending morning manager! Placed an order as a walk-in and they gave me exactly what I did not want. After bringing it back in to the store to replace it, the morning manager wanted to argue with me about how he got it right. He then was very snippy and rude when fulfilling the correct order. I then asked if that is how they train customer service at McDonalds, he then told me in front of all his employees I did not need to tell him how to do his job. He then began yelling at me not to come back, good bye etc from back within the cooking area. I could not believe this after 40 years as a customer and a former employee while I was in high school. read more

We have been Everett residents for several years, and we have patronized this location numerous times. While you expect a certain amount of human error in fast food, this location specializes in providing the kind of customer service that makes Chik-Fil-A look like a five-star restaurant by comparison. The staff is rude and dishonest. If you call them on a mistake with an order, they will refuse to acknowledge they have made a mistake. If you provide them with proof (for example, a receipt), they will give you what you ordered without apologizing for their rudeness or their mistake. The food quality on a good day is average. On bad days you will wish expiration dates were printed on the wrapper. I try to avoid leaving a negative review for a place until I've been there more than half a dozen times. We will no longer patronize this location. Try the location down the street from Target instead. This is the absolute worst place to give your money to. read more

This morning I attempted to use the MCds app on my phone for the buy one get in free breakfast sandwich. When their lazier did not work Caroline, the manager in charge told me "you used it already," which is not true and I told her that. This app is renewed each week and I've not met for breakfast this week with my husband to share the two sandwiches. Her attitude towards me was indignant and Pia's, she was going to be right no matter what. She at one point offered a free cup of coffee, which she did not provide I paid $8.39 for two sandwiches and a cup of coffee. This app is unreliable and often doesn't work. Too, I've bought a frozen large lemonade nearly every day. And even though I have them stamp the app. It never registers. I should have had two free ones, by now, at least. The breakfast sandwiches are not worth four dollars a piece, however they are a good deal when it is buy one get one free. McDonalds needs to get their app together and retrain their manager in how to treat a customer, little does she realize that without the customer she has no job. read more

used to like the place and thought the staff was super friendly. now new people work there and not so much but no big deal. well got food tonight and they asked me to pull out front, no problem it was getting busy. sat there for 35 minutes well three other people that got there after me left with there food. so i go inside and asked if i could just get my food and leave. was told they went out there and didnt see me( yeah ok i made eye contact with the guy and was parked in front of the door he walked out of) then they go heres your food, i said can i get it remade its been siting for like 45 minutes now. after another 20 minutes i get my food with no apology or anything to say sorry just heres your food. i never write reviews on places or do anything like this but i would avoid this place like the plague. theres another one like 1 mile down the road anyways. i wont ever give my business at this location again. read more

This McDonald's is the most modern and impressive design I have seen yet. The playground it perfect. If you have a large group like we did little children have an area designed to make their play most safe and comfortable. The toddlers had so much fun on the low and rounded play equipment with all its cool sound and light features. The big kids had just as much to do with a long drawing table equipped with paper and all the crown colors you need when drawing beautiful art work at 10 years old : ) My kids made me and the staff masterpieces which they then displayed in the store gratuitously. The vanilla kiddie cone ice creams were our favorite because they are small no hassle vanilla cones that even the littlest ones can eat in a couple of yummy easy bites. Personally, I am going to have to come back for more of those Crispy Premium Chicken Wraps with the Sweet Chili sauce next time the kids want to go to Evergreen McDonald's for dinner. By the way the Holiday Pie is the best tasting thing I have ever eaten. I remember being helped by several girls some name tags I remember include: Angela, Tavia, and Rachel.
