Food and time spent in drive-thru! We go there about once a week. We rotate between them and Casey's for breakfast

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to--and that says a lot coming from a former McDonald's manager. The location appears to be run by unsupervised kids after hours, with no visible manager or leadership present. I stood at the front counter for over 30 minutes without any acknowledgment. When I finally did receive service, the staff had extremely poor attitudes and acted as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer. When I pointed out that my order was incorrect, I was met with more attitude. Customer service was nonexistent, professionalism was lacking, and the overall experience was unacceptable. I do not recommend anyone eating at this location. It honestly feels like it should be shut down and reopened with responsible, professional adults who understand customer service and basic operations so customers can actually enjoy their food and be treated with respect. read more

It's a great place from the morning through mid-afternoon, when the older staff is working. They come to the window friendly, meet my dogs, and get the order right and if they don't, they're super friendly about fixing it. Once mid-afternoon and the weekend hit and the staff changes, it's a whole different place. I avoid it and go to the one by the highway or in West Milton. God forbid you pay in cash and expect your small change back, or expect your order to be right. You'll get sly looks and a completely different attitude than in the morning. read more

Worker at pickup area just now accused me of trying to con them out of the cheese slice that didn't come on my cheeseburger. Bagged it immediately then held it ransom for about 5 minutes right in front of me. AVOID. And of course, they didn't give me a slice of cheese. Instead gave me another cheeseburger with stuff on it I am allergic to (hence why I asked for the slice of cheese. Wound up throwing it all away. I'd like to be contacted by management about a refund. read more

These kids need to have on gloves and hats when serving food. Ice, is considered food. These young people need responsible management. Shirts tucked in, hair pulled back, gloves, etc. What do we think young people do when they start doing whatever? Standards drop. Corners get cut. People get sick. read more

I ordered 4 meals. They upgraded one to large even though I didn't ask for it. Then when I pointed it out, they refunded that entire drink instead of just giving me a medium. When I asked where my medium drink was, they were clearly confused. I tried to pay for it when they finally handed it to me, but the girl at the window said I was fine. I got home only to find they forgot an order of nuggets. It was on the receipt, the fries, sauce and drinks were there, just not the nuggets. I returned and they got them quickly. While waiting for them, a young lady said she has been waiting for 20 minutes. (Means she was there from the first time I was there until I got back.) I started to ignore her situation, but thought I'd help her out by speaking up. I've always tried to help others and speak up when I see something wrong. I spoke with the employees about her situation. They said it was coming. When I asked the male manager, due to his different shirt having a collar, about this location being slow, he turned to an older woman in a tshirt. I repeated "This place is always slow and the..." She cut me off saying "Then don't come here." The other customers and I were taken back. When I thought aloud "Are you f**king kidding me?" This "manager" said "Leave now or I'll call the cops and have you trespassed." I said "Don't worry; I'm leaving." The other customer told me in the parking lot about 1 minute later, her attitude said everything about why THIS McDonald's is the worst in town. I told her the male manager that's 6'4 - 6'6" is always polite and helpful when something goes wrong. But that lady... nope!!! Advice to the Franchise that owns this, I would retrain her to be a better manager. Sometimes customers need to be heard, even if nothing is done about it. But it's best to fix the issues that are legitimate and able to be fixed. Customers are NOT always right, but poor customer service is not either. read more

The SLOWEST McDonald's I've ever been to! I ordered on the app but it glitched. The app had already taken my points so we came inside to inquire about it. I had to reorder our food. We got there about 11:15 and didn't leave until 11:40. We waited 20 mins for 2 happy meals and 10 nuggets. We saw cars that got there well after us get their food first through the drive through. It seems like they prioritize drive through more than anything. Getting them in and out fast while making everyone inside wait. I would give them 0 stars if I could! read more

Best McDonald's in town. night crew works very hard. they are always quick with the orders. Bri one of the best managers as well as Antonio. Food always on point. A+ read more

Just want to give a shout out to the new hiring crew at this McDonald's location the last two times I was there I had great service. The food was fresh and hot and they served it with a smile on their face! It is great for a change to see the young people doing a great job for their customers!! Keep it up it's highly appreciated!! read more

No problems with my order. Fries were hot, service was fast and food was good. Better than any of the other tragic restaurants around the area that I dare to try. read more

Embarrassingly slow service- Several people who arrived much later than us got their food first. Meanwhile, we had to wait.. Not only that but the workers had attitude and could be heard complaining about the job THEY applied for. This wasn't even the first time, and they could hardly even make the food properly.... read more

After being in the drive thru line & ordering three Big Mac meals. We came home finally with 1 burger in each Big Mac. No pickles. No lettuce. What in the hell is so hard about making a Big Mac? 2 all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. It's literally that simple. Idiots work here!! Not to mention the ray of sunshine at the window & that's being nice. I would give negative stars if it was an option. Just close already!! read more

Yikes. Both our drive thru ice teas had coffee flavor. So tried to call the store at 937-836-1505 and got "I'm sorry but the person you are trying to reach does not have a voice mail set up". I wanted to explore options as we are miles away, but one ring and it rolls to VM. Tried to find an alternate number to no avail. read more

The staff working at this McDonald's didn't listen to the order very well. Even when we pointed out that they hadn't given us enough creamers for the coffees we ordered they didn't give us enough. read more

Don't bother asking for a salad, they never have them. Ice cream, only if your lucky. Shift managers swear, talk loudly about their guests and the place is filthy. Go somewhere else. read more

They are always fast, friendly and get my food right. Has to be the best McDonal's around.

This used to be the fastest and most accurate McDonald's around. The last few months have been horrible! We've been trying to get a smoothie for 2 months and they've never had it. One time they had no ice for drinks. Truly disappointed! My husband just returned with 2 grilled chicken sandwiches that were really burnt and tough and had a funny taste. I called and the manager said she would make us 2 fresh ones. This was our last visit to this McDonald's ! read more

worst place ever! does not even open when its suppose to! they in there on their dang phones and ignore your even at the drive thur! manger at that! go to one by meijer sure outbeats this whole in the wall lately! read more

Depends on the day wether to service is sustainable or absolutely horrible. You really have a hot or miss chance with this location.

Slow service long waits. Food is not prepared well. Some food looks like left over from the day before . Poor management. Not a McDonalds I would recommend. Out of a lot of things on a regular basis. Employees not friendly and some down right rude. Move on to another Mcdonalds. read more

I try not to eat at any McDonald's but my kids like to every now and again but something usually gets messed up.

I wish I could say better things about this McDonald's. :-( I dislike leaving bad reviews but this restaurant is poorly run. Every time I get food here the fries are always cold and soggy, ALWAYS. The chicken nuggets are generally rubbery and lukewarm. They aren't very speedy and the food isn't really worth the wait. The workers seem to be pleasant, at least the ones I've dealt with. read more

Frequently get orders wrong and food quality is really hit or miss. Better experiences during the week when there aren't as many younger employees. The kids they hire either just don't care or don't get trained properly. read more

McDonald's - a hamburger and sausage in a box - Burgers Near Me - Englewood, Ohio

It's extremely slow. Every time I come here. Like 30-45 minutes in the drive thru. One car moves away like once every 5 minutes. Did they forget this is supposed to be "fast" food? read more

As you can tell by other reviews this place is terrible. I only go to McDonald's for my kids but this location is horrible. It is ALWAYS filthy & all the staff seem to be 15yr olds. There's always a 30min wait even if it's not busy & they consistently mess up orders. Corporate needs to shut this one down & start over ASAP! read more

Don't let your kids work at this location! No one should work there! Management - specifically the general manager - doesn't actually care about the welfare of the employees. One shift supervisor - the blonde male - has a domestic violence charge against his wife from less than a year ago...and he's STILL allowed to work there! He talks down to female employees - other managers included - whenever he gets the chance, so if you know a female working there, tell her to quit ASAP! I've even heard him raise his voice at an employee so loud (from the back of the restaurant) that I could hear him all the way in the lobby. He freely uses bad language and engages in inappropriate conversations on a regular basis, and he never seems to get disciplined for it. This encourages other employees to act and talk the same as he does, which is as a disrespecting punk. McDonald's needs ALL managers to be professional. He is the only unprofessional one I've seen. Aside from that, service is often slow. They're "focused" on service times but not always the actual service quality. You're better off cooking at home or picking up a microwaveable meal from a grocery store. read more

Terrible customer service. They need more attentive employers who are on the ball with their customers. Thanks.

I only wish it was possible to give a zero star rating. This McDonald's is terrible. They don't open on time, the staff is very slow, they are not courteous at all. The food is almost always cold. To the point of icing on the cinnamon rolls still been hard. Our orders are generally wrong. I've only been to this McDonald's about 10 times, and I keep thinkingThat perhaps they've had a bad day. But I think I'm just gonna have to stop going back. read more

This place should be shut down! After sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes and being asked to park we watched as folks in the drive through were being served behind us. We entered the nott terribly busy but incredibly dirty building to see 13 people resembling a sloth petting zoo meandering about flipping arbitrarily picked product into bags like a pot luck surprise dinner. My acute sense of awareness also noted no one in the building with a drink in hand having more than the same three ice cubes and 3/4 full drink than I. The shake machine appeared to have been exploded by unknown ordinance and morale was terribly low. I asked my wife if we should verify the employees were with heartbeat or not since no sense of urgency could be detected. Ultimately they got my drink and a portion of my food back free of charge because it was inedible and again only carbonated water. I think from the depths of my being the employees and the franchise should be ashamed for wearing an American iconic establishment's name in costume and representation with such disgusting lack of care or consideration. I could certainly go on with more but I see with past reviews so blatantly similar in angst, there is no overwhelming desire by the franchise to fix the problems which create a black eye for their own future. So hats off hamburgular keep up the crusty bread Ronald and grimace I hope you choke on your lousy french fries... read more

So I am on a low carb diet and I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins with no muffin. When I opened the box they were in the cheese was melted to the BOTTOM of the container of BOTH OF THEM. WHY WOULD YOU PUT CHEESE UNDER SOMETHING HOT?? So I proceed to scrape the cheese off the bottom to put on top of my egg, take a bite, and it has egg shell in it! So I spit it out, take another bite.... Egg shell AGAIN. AND, it wasn't just the one I was eating, it W the other one I purchased at well. If your cook is in a bad mood or is so dumb he doesn't know what common sense is...please don't let him work! read more

This place is a mess! I used to stop in here on occasion as I come through the Englewood area frequently. However, I will be bypassing from now on. I also Door Dash every once in awhile and have found the more I come here, the worse it is. Currently, I have been waiting here 5 minutes for a Door Dash order and nobody has even acknowledged me. In the 10 minutes I waited for food, I learned they are out of Doughnut Sticks and ice...how do you run out of ice? Most of the time their ice cream machine is down. I listened as a guy paid for something and then had to get a refund because the cashier didn't know that item wasn't served after a specific time. The counters in the back were disgusting with crumbs of food and candy while the ice cream machine looked like it had not been wiped down in days. The employees there are friendly, just extremely unorganized. The only person who seems to know what was going on and how to get things done properly was the young woman who was, unfortunately, stationed at the drive-through cash register while I was there (she was also the first one to let me know what was going on with the order). read more

If could give this location 0 Stars, I would. I ordered on the app with pickup curbside and waited 20 minutes, only for them to mark the order as collected with having ever received the food. When I went through the drive through, the employee that I interacted with was INCREDIBLY rude and tried to charge me again, even though I paid on the app. I then received cold food. I will not be coming back. read more

I know y'all didn't just make me wait 10 minutes at the pick up window for some stale burgers. Rude.

Ordered 3 Oreo McFlurry and it was only 1/2 full. What is rip off. I has to ask for a carrier for my 3 McFlurry. It is also more expensive than other McDonald's. read more

Service is very rude and the manager does not know how to talk to customer. She told us to leave after we ordered food.

I sorta live by this McDonalds and whenever I go. I have to spend 10 minutes at the speaker because the person taking my order rings in the complete opposite things I say. Once we finally get it right, I get my food and the burgers always have cheese when on it recent it clearly doesn't. It sucks that this McDonalds is a terrible place to go now. read more

This is hands down the worst McDonalds location. They are very rude and disrespectful. They unlawfully used my bank card to pay for other people's orders that I did not consent to. The law had to intervene and that was a hassle. The manager was incompetent and didn't care about the issue. I disputed the charges with the bank and got a new card. If you have happened to go to this location, check to see what they charged you from your bank account, they have some sticky fingers. read more
