My nieces and I did 2 separate orders. They made an order and I made an order. We made our order at the same time. The exact time of our orders was 6:47pm. We didn't get our food until 7:15pm. When the young man came to the car window I had processed to tell him that there was 2 different orders. The young man say that it was both orders. I told him that it wasn't and he went back into the building and got my order. Therefore in my nieces order was a happy meal that was suppose to have extra fries and never did. My order I ordered 2 cheese burgers without pickles and onions. I went and check both of my burgers and they have pickles and onions on them. Unbloodybelieveable.... Went thru the drive thru ordered the Big Mac value meal. Spent over 20 min waiting for it in the parking space. When it finally comes, went ahead and drove off only to discover... no fries! Went back to restaurant to complain. Had to park and go inside. Service is absolutely terrible! You over 10 minutes for anything you order even a drink. Every time you go through the drive-through plan on being pulled so their drive-through times look good when really if they had to do their job. And they got time for it. Their time would be terrible. The reason they pull you from the window because they get timed from the time that you pull up to it to the time that you leave it is saved in a computer and it looks like they gave you food that fast and all reality you sat in the parking lot for 10 to 15 minutes waiting. This restaurant is going downhill, fast. Seven people working the front, yet you still have to wait at least 5 minutes to place your order. I decided to have a fish burger, fries and small shake for supper. Alas, when I ordered, the amount came to more than ten bucks! Had only ten, so deleted the shake. Still seven dollars for a fish burger and small fries. Disappointed but took the food. Fish burger was weird. Crispy on one side and only 1/2 piece of cheese on it. For over $4, I didn't get a whole piece of cheese? Roll was the largest part of the burger. Fries were usual - no problem there. I was really disappointed with the fish burger - not worth the price. Seriously, this place gets worse every time I'm here. In the morning, I have to scream "Hello" into the speaker 10 times before they answer to take the order, while 5 or 6 cars go through the second line. Horrible service, wrong orders, long waits, etc...There is at least a 10 minute wait whether you are the only car in the drive thru or the only person in the lobby. There are plenty of employees but none of them seem to do anything. Constantly have you pull forward and then forget about you. Worst experience at a McDonalds! Went through the drive through during a snow storm. There was no one in the restaurant and we were the only customers coming through the drive through. There must have been 6 workers behind the counter as we could see them through the windows standing around. We placed an order for a few burgers and a sundae. Rude lady told us to pull up to the waiting window. Took 15 minutes to get our burgers which another rude lady practically throws the bag at us and doesn't say a word. We sat waiting another 5 minutes for the sundae that they forgot about. My husband finally went in and saw the sundae sitting on the counter half melted. This isn't the best food I ever had, I don't like their pickles they have. But in all, I really like their chicken raps Their fries are the best. Every time I go to Wendy's, I always get a frosty and ask my mom if I can go to McDonald's and get their fries. But the only thing I hate about every single McDonalds in the world is that every time you go to get ice cream there, ice cream machine is " broken" come on, everyone knows that you are cleaning it . But they do have strawberry, banana, smoothies and Burger King does not have that. I figured out where all their working ice cream machines are there an area 51 that is where they hide all of McDonald's working ice cream machines. Ok, that was a lie that was a meme is on Facebook. So i go to mcdonalds order my food in thru drive thru and go to checkout. My card wont read in their card reader so i said okay can you hold my food for two minutes so i can go get cash. They said yea so i proceeded to go get cash out. i come back and go inside and explain the situation to the manager( who i was talking to only because she was at the register,not because i was angry yet,yes it was an annoyance to go get cash but it wasn't their fault really so i was not mad in any way yet). the manager gave me an attitude as soon as i started talking. i explained my situation and she went on to tell me, not politely, That if i wanted my food i was going to have to reorder, i tried to explain i just went to get cash and i needed just to pay not reorder. she didnt care what i had to say at all and proceeded to give me attitude when i was being nothing but polite to her. i ended up waiting for 20 minutes more for my food to come out, when the girl i initially ordered from came out of the back and saw me and told me she had the food i initially ordered. all in all it took me 45 minutes to get my food and the manager was absolutely out of line with the way that she talked to me. I really dont feel that someone who has no social skills has the right to be the manager of what is supposed to be a customer friendly business. its outrageous that you can treat someone that way when you are giving them the utmost respect. If i ever see this manager in the establishment again i will not be eating there period. time to see whos working for you mcdonalds and its time you hire someone that has the right qualifications to do that job, not someone who will drive customers away for no fault other than her own. Every time I go through this drive thru one of the girls are extremely rude and they get my order wrong. I dont ever order anything complicated. I usually just add sauce to my burger that doesnt usually come with it. I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the same thing I get at least 3 times a week and it was wrong.. AGAIN. Literally just stood and waited for my food for 20 minutes. My boyfriend ordered his burger with no onions and then got it with onions. Then I waited 7 more minutes for them to fix it. Got the "right one" and when we got into the truck realized IT HAD ONIONS ON IT AS WELL. I stormed back in there and was not happy, clearly.
