Worst service i have ever had. Employees spoke very little English. I ordered a mcnugget happy meal for my grandson with extra fries instead of apples. The employees (3 of them) tried to figure out how to make the change, talking among themselves in another language. Would give ZERO stars if I could! This is the biggest joke of a McDonald's I've ever been to. Fries are ALWAYS burnt. Chicken nuggets are burnt & they use the cheeseburger toasted stale bun for a fish sandwich. The bun should be a steamed bun. went through the drive thru to order breakfast at 9:29am. they gave me my two breakfast sandwiches and two hash browns at the window. however told me to pull around to wait on my three drinks. waited until around 9:50am before I decided to go in, where they proceeded to tell me my drinks would be out soon. all while watching multiple people exit the restaurant with beverages, like I was waiting on. This is the worst McDonald's EVER...I go thru there often but today was the worst!!! First the young man at the drive thru window purposely tried to cheat me of some of my change. I gave him a 20.00 and he gives me 12.00 back and says it's 15.00... Then I pulled up to pick up and my food is sitting there but the person on drive thru thought it was more important to chat with a fellow employee and show her her nails. We stopped for a quick sandwich, but the service was anything but quick. Took forever to order, and then a long wait to get sandwich which was luke warm. There was a young off duty redhead employee with pony tails who was immature, loud, and showed no concern for customers waiting for food. She needs to be retrained and told to use a quieter voice. When we got our order, the young female employee at the pickup counter had already given my wifes drink (coffee slush) to another customer. The customer saw the error and gave the drink to us. Cashier was in need of pennies for her registers and kept calling loudly (and unprofessionally) for pennies to replenish her till, but the manager was very slow to respond as a customer waited for her change. As we left, an off duty young male employee walked thru the parking lot with a large knife attached to his pants. There was a female employee cleaning the seating area, and my wife commented that she was very good and always busy. There are other places to eat. We won't be back. read more

I would like to start by saying I hate when I have to go to McDonald's, but occasionally on our drive home from Church that is all that is open. This experience was by far the best one I have had in Years! The food was hot and fresh, the girl running the register was super friendly, and whoever packed the nuggets actually took pride in what they do! This McDonald's is a disgrace to the whole establishment and is in need of a major reform. During our experience here, we received the worst costumer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. There was an unnecessary surplus of employees and despite this fact they all seemed to be doing nothing. There were no other costumers, yet we had to wait for about 20 minutes to get a simple order. When we received said order it was thoroughly incorrect. Most of the employees appeared unsanitary and were dancing around and complaining about their jobs and using profane words in our presence. Every employee had poor social skills and a terrible work ethic. The only slightly positive remark I can produce about this forsaken place is that they included a sufficent number of napkins in our bag. This McDonalds reminds us why fast food workers deserve minimum wage. Overall, we are most definitely not lovin' it. read more
