So my recent trip to mcdonald's was faxed with many difficulties... the lady kept staring at me then walking away, i was needed to pay for me and my girls, when all of the sudden she walks away AGAIN!! how disappointing... i received my food by going to the next window and i still haven't paid the girl taking my money look like she was higher than a kite. when i received my food i noticed she had taken a bite OUT OF MY HASH BROWN!!! I waited for 15 minutes when a worker come over and SCREAMED at me, "I'LL BE WITH YOU IN A MINUTE" and rolled her eyes. Mind you, I hadn't said a word to her. 15 minutes later she had never showed back up from outside. I noticed that when I walked in there was a couple acting like they were annoyed. They were at the pick up area waiting for food. From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out they had received NOTHING. Instead of properly feeding the drive-thru, they had made them pull around to the front of the building and I literally had to weave through the cars to get in the door. Was out on my adventure motorcycle screaming through the mountains of West Virginia, through the gaps through the valleys over the high peaks. Massive cutbacks with banked corners these mountains have it all. About 20 miles from Elkins hunger hit me like a Billygoat headbutting his buddy. Laid into the throttle hard to make better time as Elkins hand the closest restaurants to the forest we were cruising in. After squealing into the parking lot at high speeds barely missing an oncoming jacked up pick up truck with 40s on it we dismounted and went inside. The lady at the counter was friendly and helpful. A pretty simple order so our food came out fast. Not as fast as a sport bike throttled out on the highway but still really fast. Decided to eat out in the parking lot as it was a beautiful fall day. Jamming my throttle hand into the big Mac package and whipping out and amazing sandwich. So well-made it looked like artwork I had to take a couple pictures of it. This McDonald's must really train their workers as it had the perfect amount of special sauce, lettuce and pickles. The Beauty of this well-made sandwich Didn't just stop at its luxe. The role was fresh lettuce was crisp and the special sauce danced in my mouth as I ate this work of art. After devouring two of them it was time to make it back to Virginia through the mountains through the forest down into the valleys. What an amazing ride what an amazing sandwich what an amazing day thank you for a great visit. read more

No.. Just NO! I ordered a Big Mac (my normal goto) and the bun was hard, dry, and old. I think the meat was off too. If I had to guess, they pulled my food off a back shelf in the storage room or from one of those McDonalds "it never rots" science experiments. I frequent McDonald's​ in locations all over and this was the worse franchise​ I have ever visited​. I've had my share of bad experiences at McDonald's​, but the ​food served this poorly guarantees I will never return. Even if I had gone back to complain, it would not have changed my opinion of visiting again. I am not exaggerating when try to come up with a description​ of how bad my experience was. read more

It is kind of a hit and miss with food quality here. This time was a total miss. We went through drive-thru and the order board was a mess with ketchup packets and such listed on there(?!?). Not much of a big deal though. Got to pay window, have got discounts for over 5-6 years there but got a girl that says she has been there 11 years and never heard of our discounts. Again, annoying but got the discount so was okay. Got the food, was ready when we got to the 2nd window and went directly home (takes 5 minutes). Got inside and all of the food was cold, not warm, flat out cold. That was 4 Big Macs, 2 McChickens, a basket of fries, a chicken wrap and drinks. I can understand and know they often pre-make the more popular meals and was like 1102 so was not long out of breakfast time. After opening the food, the Big Macs look like they were tossed into the box and shaken around as everything was a mess and had to reassemble the sandwiches. Overall, while not typically this bad of an experience, this was most certainly the worse one I have had at this location. read more
