Don't come here if you don't have 40 minutes to wait for your food, or if you want your food correct b the first time. I am giving three stars, though, because there is a manager who works here who is just awesome. My six-year-old was being harassed by teenagers in the little play place, and I went to him and asked him to do something about it because I did not trust myself to talk to these teenagers. He got them out of the entire restaurant within three minutes of knowing what was going on . This McDonald's needs some new staff and some new decor. Located in Walmart, it is always busy whenever I am there. The staff look disengaged and aren't dressed in the normal McDonald's uniform attire. Instead, staff are wearing hoodies, sweatshirts , etc. I have eaten at this location a few times and I have yet to see am energetic, friendly face. Service is also a bit on the slow side. The employees here have no consideration for customer service. Our family followed the locations rules and kept our shopping cart out of their ordering area. So we ordered from our phone app. We didn't want to leave our purchases unattended. When the order was ready we given empty cups to fill ourselves. But the Dr. Pepper we ordered and paid for was unavailable. The employees were nonplussed. They told us we should have looked before we ordered. So it is my responsibility to manage a retailer telling me the truth? I don't think so. When we asked about a refund for the product we were told, " We don't have access to the system to do that." Are you kidding me?! Your employees don't know how to use , maintain, manage or operate your system and I have to pay for product that I do not want because of it!? This is poor management from ownership down. Employees may be restricted by systems, but it should never be in your culture that it is the customer's fault. Shame on you! read more

Unfortunately, I have visited here several times. The reality is that you are guaranteed to get your order wrong virtually every other time. Given the distance from this place to my house, it is not worth the trouble of correcting the issue. I've complained to the owner and been given coupons for free value meals and reassured that things would be addressed. It's Mcdonald's food not to far off the normal. But, good gracious they suck at service. The people can only do one thing at a time. There are 4 employees working one on the register 2 making food and one doing fries. I think it was 8:02 ordered a med Carmel frappe and a small chocolate shake, not that many people there maybe like 5 other customers. It took 22 minutes to get my drinks. Crazy ridiculous no customers in line the cashier could make the shake and frappe the machine is almost directly behind him, but does not happen. Not that hard you put the blender on the machine push the button and viola a frappe. Put on some whip cream drizzle the Carmel add lid and done. Now the shake that a big time consumer, pulling the handle to put in the cup add lid. This Mcdonald's is always like this I don't even know why we go there other than its in the store. I have learned to order my frappe than do my shopping & pay than my drinks ready, honestly if we are just going to McDonald's to go there we will drive the mile & 1/2 to freestanding store than go inside walmart.
