First problem is no quarter pounders. 2nd, I entered my 20% discount on the kiosk but it didn't register. When I told the manager, she said it was too bad because I had to enter before ordering. When I told her I did, she said she couldn't do anything. So, again, I'm out of luck as the computer expires tomorrow. 3rd the music is horrid. It was way too loud and sounded like Spanish lyrics to a middle eastern beat. We did French it down after I complained. Finally, I guess they don't t get many inside guests because the very loud talking from the pitches was almost as bad as the music. So, this will no longer be our McDonalds. I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald's was so bad I felt like I had to say something. One of the workers was incredibly rude--talking rudely, being disrespectful, and even cursing loudly right in front of everyone. It created such an uncomfortable atmosphere, and honestly, it was completely unprofessional. This is supposed to be a family-friendly place, but the way this employee was acting was anything but. This location was really struggling when we first moved up here. The orders were wrong, service was grumpy, and the pace was meandering customer avoidance. It's done a complete 180 since. For the last year this location has been consistently good with speedy service, friendly staff, and hot accurate food. It's been really nice. This is my first time doing a mobile order curbside for this McDonald's location. I ordered my food and submitted the order and drove to the McDonald's and pulled right in and checked in. 15 minutes later, as I was getting ready to run inside with my kids, someone begins to rush out with our order. I really appreciate the apology except the reasoning behind the extreme lateness on my order which was that they were completely busy. If I had simply gone through the drive-through I would have been out faster than I was by thinking ahead and putting in a mobile order and driving and waiting. Very disappointed in the service. My request would be please revamp your system to be more aware of people who are using the mobile order app to make their trip quicker not longer. read more

I've lived in the neighborhood for 12 years and it's always sucked, no matter who owned it. I just returned and this was a typical experience. There was a line of cars wrapped around the building for the drive-thru (there aren't many options in this area, probably the only reason this place is still in business) and I ordered a Big Mac meal and a cheeseburger. I ate the cheeseburger immediately and before I even unwrapped it, it felt like a hocky puck. Very hard, very dry (almost inedible) and barely even warm. Next, I grabbed some fries. Lukewarm, soggy and very little salt. When I got home (1.5 mile drive) the Big Mac was like the cheeseburger. Hard, dry and lukewarm. I'll give it a one star mainly because I have to but also because SOMETIMES we are actually served the right food after a 30min wait through the drive-thru. I've tried going inside to order but the service is just as bad. The workers don't look at or speak to you. I didn't get my receipt because after I paid the girl just walked off and never came back and then my order was wrong and I didn't have a receipt to prove it so they had to pull it back up in their system. As they were doing all of this a line was forming and no body was acknowledging them. One worker even grabbed her phone and walked to the bathroom while the worker that was helping me gasped dramatically at the line then disappeared back into the kitchen. Please provide this location some more customer service training and find ways to increase ticket time. There's no reason it should take as long as it does. read more

Save yourself the frustration and go to ANY OTHER place! I usually try to avoid this location has an average drive thru wait time of 20+ minutes and very low order accuracy. After 6 months of not visiting this McDonald's we have them another chance, we will not be back. We waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before getting to the speaker only for the order taker to never come back to the one we were at! I was stuck between cars for 20 minutes and watched 5 cars In the line next to us go in front. Finally I was shown some mercy and let out of the line. We went inside to place the order and let the staff know that they were ignoring a whole line of cars. The manager was working the front counter, he shrugged and told us that they were short staffed and would let the drive up order taker know. Both bathrooms were filthy and the men's was flooded, no one cleaned it during the 20 minutes we waited inside for the carry out cheeseburger happy meal. Had we not already paid for the food I would have left after 10. When finally our order was ready were happy to find that it was accurate but were offered no apology for either the wait in the drive thru or the wait inside. This location does not provide timely service. If you want 'fast-food' you will simply have to go somewhere else (I'd suggest the nearby Braum's or Sonic). read more
