Made a little different than I expected--the roll (which was a little skinny) was split completely and ingredients were placed on one side, not spread over both halves and folded (messier to eat the way they made it). But they didn't skimp on ingredients--the whole slices stuck out a good bit on each side. Seemed to be a mix of takeout and people eating at the tables. A variety of beers were on tap, but, since we were getting back on the road, we skipped that. There's also a gas station right there.

It was soo good. It was a white pie with apple and goat cheese, and the square shape crusted the cheesy corners perfectly (shoutout to my corner piece brownie lovers)! Service was really friendly without being overbearing. Wish they had a spot like this closer to home, but may have to come back later this week before I head back.
