Hours on yelp showed 24 hours everyday, but it is only on Fri-Sat. Please get this fixed. We drove all the way into Durant for McDonalds and it was closed. The next visit they shorted us on fries and did not give me apple slices in my happy meal. This is really getting old...get with the program or shut down! Horrible customer service. read more

As McDonald's fries go, these were disappointing. Just did not taste very good. Burger was alright but they forgot the sauce and napkins, which was annoying from employees. Sadly. This is the only McDonald's that Durant has but, I'll gladly go to Denison rather than this one. First, McDonald's is a huge chain so you'd think they'd fix their hours on Google, Yelp, McDonalds app, etc... I guess not. They are not 24 hours like it says they are on everything. Honestly, I couldn't tell you the hours because when I go at 10pm they won't take anyone's order. I can go at 7pm and they have an attitude about something (which I expect I mean they work at McDonald's but come on) Second, on why it's the worst McDonald's I've ever seen... they don't serve breakfast all day? I spent 25 minutes in the drive-thru lane on a Sunday afternoon. By the time I got to the window to get my food, the person working the window didn't say anything about the ridiculously long wait we all had. My food should have come with an apology that acknowledged that "fast food" was NOT fast. I told him, "You know, 25 minutes in a drive-thru is NOT okay. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's." We are in and out of the Durant mcd's often and we always have a good experience. In a small town it's hard to get and keep good help and even the best chains suffer, but I feel that is not the case here. I've lived in a big city my entire life till now and we had some good mcd's and some not so good ones. I would give this store a 4 out of 5. UPDATE after the restaurant was closed for a few months, torn down and rebuilt: The drive through is confusing (two lanes not clearly marked). It's two lanes all the way, even though by the yellow line and signage, it looks like one lane that should split at the menus. They added an additional yellow line, but the old line showing the split is still there. read more

I will probably continue to go here just because I have two kids who can't seem to live without it, but every time I go they've messed up my order I have even went in to order since I know they are trying to hurry and get people through the line and it still is wrong! We travel for work and happen to be in Durant for a few months building a new factory in town. The hubby goes by this McD's every morning for iced coffee and breakfast on the way to the job site. Usually they are good but they forgot the hash browns today and come on that makes the breakfast. If you want $15 an hour you need to remember to put the hash browns in the bag. We went inside. Clean restaurant Clean play place Clean bathroom Service was fairly quick but just fine for us. We really enjoyed eating at this McD! Great with the kids. Although you do have to sit by the entrance to the play place so your kid doesn't escape because there isn't a door. read more

This place really should get it together. The rude and unprofessional staff needs some customer service training for sure. More times than not I have a problem at this McDonald's. Either the orders are mixed up or oops I forgot to tell you I'm out of this how about something different. Today I spent 8 minutes at that 3rd window waiting on a cold coffee drink when finally I was told the machine was down. Then I waited even longer than that after I asked for a refund. I had to back up to the second window because of course they forgot about me. My food was now cold and they acted like me asking where my refund was after all that time was really an inconvenience for them. Overall POOR POOR customer service. read more
