The gluten free brownie was really good and big enough to split. It's wonderful and was gooey and tasted great. The ice cream is really good too. poor rude management, unorganized,. the only good managers worth being there was Shane and Damian, too many kids working there smoking dope in the parking lot and coming into work drunk or hungover because they party with the adult manager Riki, worked at the mcdonalds myself for a brief period. the manager Riki said she'd like to cut my head off and spit down my neck because I disagreed that her supplying minors with alcohol was wrong, i would overhear the teenage employees and the manager Riki,( can't remember her last name but she told me she was a ex-crack head that was a born again christian) having conversations about being at her house parties, and another manager was actualy buying marijuana from one of the teen employees, seen it with my own eyes in the breakroom passing money and a bag filled with green leafy substance the kids working there would smoke weed outside in the dumpster area or behind the railroad tracks directly behind the long john silvers. and the managers husband would smoke marijuana in the parking lot with teenage employees, he gave me a ride home one time before i knew how this place was, because i had just moved from tulsa, and he started smoking marijuana in his vehicle while driving with his 4 year old kid in the car....and no i'm not a disgruntled employee, i just have higher standards and morals, and yes i did contact and inform durant drug task force of this activity. these are the kind of people in charge and making your food here, weirdos who like to party with kids and drug addicts, i will never ever set foot in that place as long as Riki and Stacey are managers there, horrible, if people knew what went on behind the scenes and witnessed what i did in this restaurant in Durant, Ok you wouldn't eat or work there either read more

I never leave reviews. I literally opened a yelp account just now to make sure that people see the way I was treated "as a customer" by their manager on site today! I waited 12 mins in the drive through with was absolutely crazy. So I decided to go into the restaurant to order real fast since I running late as this time now. The acting manager walked up with a attitude and said,"is that your truck parked right there?" My reply was,"yes, after waiting 12 minutes in the drive through I'm now late to my appointment. Her demeanor and attitude changed towards me. You can feel her rude actions as she pushed the buttons and her questions. " is that it?" I was so taken off guard by this I think my chin hit the floor. But no, she didn't stop there. She proceeded with her pissy attitude as you grabbed the bag and THREW my meal in it. On the way out the door so said DONT PARK THERE AGAIN AND TOSSED MY BAG AT ME! Come to find out that she was so mad that she didn't hear me say,"no onion, no pickle" that I had to walk back in within minutes and have another tie wearing employee remake my meal. I own 3 companies in the area and I would have instantly fired her if she worked for me! read more

The employees here are unkind and always act like they have better things to do, regardless of how busy they are. They will walk away from you mid-sentence and then get mad and give you attitude when you have to call them back up. Sometimes you will stand at the front for 10 minutes at a time before you even see an employee, and that's when they're NOT busy. The food is almost ALWAYS wrong and when you ask them to fix it, they are hateful about it. It never fails. Every. single. time. Also, be prepared to always only get half the amount of fries you're supposed to and then get treated like garbage for asking for more. read more

If i could give a ZERO i would, we went through the drive threw first after getting our food at least half of the order was wrong on top of taking forever, then my daughter had to use the restroom so we pulled around front so shes could run in and use the restroom, when she came back out she said she hadnt seen a a restaurant as dirty as this place was and she didnt want her food because of it. read more

I eat here often. All I get is a plain cheeseburger meal. I got rotten cheese on my burger tonight. It was absolutely repulsive. McDonalds lately thought selling items with rotten food was okay. I'm very disappointed. Definitely calling them tonight. read more
