Been here about five times and most of the time the tables are really dirty food left over, cups, straw paper left over from previous customers. Customer service from the employees are a hit and miss some are nice and some could careless about helping the customer with they're food orders. As I have seen this is a younger generation of crowd that comes in from school to eat as of today it was pretty busy when I stopped in for a drink order of sweet tea. They do have free WIFI for the customer to surf the Internet when your there eating your breakfast, lunch or dinner maybe snack? This place would be nice looking if they would clean up the tables from previous customers I know customers should clean up after themselves but it would be nice to clean. read more

The Manager at the store on 8-1-2026 absolutely needs to be fired. She does not treat customers well. I guess this is the only ones willing to work the weekend night shift. They are hurting themselves and so many bad reviews besides mine. The manager actually told us after we had been waiting for over 10 minutes to get someone to take our order, that if we could not wait a couple more minutes, we could leave. read more

It McDonald you get what you looking for. My granddaughter went with Happy meal chicken nuggets and lemon aid freeze. My wife went with the fish combo. While I went with the double quarter with cheese I took bun off. Sad thing this is not a Military friendly restaurant. read more

Servse customers Cold food if they have something, late at night. That's if they are open when you visit. 24 McDonald's my ass. This store often closes around 2 when Bianca is there... And this review is because i ordered a HOT apple pie tonight, so... She decided to ban me because i like HOT FOOD... this Even though i ordered that HOT apple pie in the app... This store loves to serve cold food to their customers, even if you ask them to cook to order. Food was handed out the window saying it was cold. Happy Holidays lol read more

I would only go here at night if there was no other place in a 1000 mile range absolutely the worst and slowest night crew on the plant. Could have drove to south tampa and back by the drive through line moved one car read more

This has turned into a nightmare McDonald's. We used to be able to come through drive through at 4 am, 5am, or even 6 am and grab coffee and get on with our day rather quickly. Now when we try to do this in the morning, we get employees telling us that they aren't open (even though they're supposed to be) or that the machine is rebooting, or the worst, all the night shift/early morning shift hide and do not answer their window. It has become so bad that people in line just leave, and people lose business here on a daily basis. Spending an extra 30 minutes just to get a coffee is ridiculous ! Management needs to fix this immediately. read more

Stopped in here for a late night Burger on the way home from the airport. Before coming here we checked the website to make sure they would be open, and they say on the website they are open 24 hours. But when we arrived we were told they did not have any hamburgers! Are you kidding me? McDonald's practically invented fast food hamburgers and they have none? This is truly not to be believed. Additionally they only take cash because they said their credit card machine and ability to use cash apps is not working. We were here a month ago, and they said the same thing. How long does it take to get something like this corrected? This is truly one of the worst McDonald's you will ever go to. read more

I get there, there are hardly any other cars in line. I order 2 double quarter pounder with cheese and 2 large fries, and I needed them fresh. I know I will have to park, that's no problem. I am parked about 12 minutes. Here comes a crew member with my order. He goes to hand it to me. I almost have to get out of the van to get it. It's like he pulled it away. Here is your order, sir. Well I got it, hurt my side a bit trying to get it. Then I get home and give my dad his. Like where are the stinking fries, about half full on both! Well I said at least they are fresh!?!? Right? Nope cold and not cooked all the way....... I paid over $25 for this???? My dad in his, late 80's says "McDonald's has went down hill." I just wanted a nice visit with my Dad remembering the good ole times. Billions and billions served, who cares when you serve nasty, half-filled, and undercooked food like this. Oh the quarter pounder with cheese were overdone. It really turned what was going to be nice rememerence of days of old. Instead it was an old memory of days of old where McDonald's messed up then. I don't think I will be going back to McDonald's in the future. There is other restaurants out there that can get the food done right. This is the 5th time they messed up, you ran out of chances. read more

The absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. They forgot my kids nuggets in his happy meal, did not answer the phone and when I called again they forwarded my call. This is an almost every single time occurrence. They are the slowest and have the worst customer service of any I have ever visited. If u could give zero stars I would. read more

Got to the drive thru and waited 45 minutes before someone took my order. Food was warm and proceeded to open my burger to realize two bites were taken out of my McDouble. A McDonald's engaged in McLying about their hours of operation. Open 24 hours means only the drive thru which on occasion backs up into McIntosh Road. Posted dining room hours are from 4 AM to Midnight, but when I arrived at about 7:30 PM to pick up a mobile order I placed dining room was closed!!! Don't give me short staffing as an excuse to significantly shorten your dining room hours! Besides, if your dining room is open 4 AM to Midnight then be open 4 AM to Midnight, not arbitrarily close your dining room at 7:30 PM or earlier and force customers to waste $3.50/gallon gas by idling in your drive thru and let your drive thru line extend out into McIntosh Road! I would think twice before stopping at this McDonald's on McIntosh Road and Interstate 4 in Dover. Just keep driving on Interstate 4 - apparently this McDonald's does not want your business. Besides, stop operating like Checkers - either open your dining room as an option to using the drive thru or close the restaurant completely! read more

In contention for Worst McDonald's Ever. Took 20" to get an Egg McMuffin. Coffee was terrible - weak and cold. Had just mopped everywhere so floors were slippery- walking was like Ice Capades. Mark this one off your list! read more

The service is so bad. Never gets the order right. They don't make the order right or don't give you all of the order. It's terrible.

The service was terrible, Just a Simple big mac meal took 15 Minutes. A big playground for the kids, Wouldn't recommend this McDonalds. Charged 45 Cents for tomatoes, Asked for lettuce Barley gave us any. read more

Great service, food tasted very fresh and new, last but not least, all the workers and the ambiance there made the experience very enjoyable and made sure my order was right, they also made it clear that if I had any problems with my order they would try their best to correct it. 5/5 would recommend this McDonald's over others. read more

So dirty everywhere. It's 10 am how is the floor filthy? The women's bathroom needs attention! They have yellow cones up outside bathrooms stating the area was cleaned but nothing looks clean. Got a bottled water and left. read more

I've been going to this McDonald's for years and it was always the best in town and now it's the most horrible one in town! Nothing but young kids that walk around and do what they want while the manager walks in and out of the restaurant. Line wrapped around the building and food all messed up and cold when you finally get it. I've never been disgusted by a McDonald's in my life. Sad to see the one in my hometown get this bad. Needs to be shut down remodeled and reemployed! read more

The slowest service EVER!! 2 breakfast meals that I ordered myself via the kiosk and waited about 20 minutes!! Seriously?? This is what $15 hourly wage gets us folks.... No personal service and fast food with a smile no longer exists. McDonalds... you should be a shamed of yourself. Reminded me why I don't like to eat there. Unfortunately Chick-Fil-a is closed on Sunday - that is the only fast food place I will continue to go to... McD's, you could learn a thing or two from the Chick. read more

This place is a joke understaffed incompetent people don't know what they're doing what the orders are they give you a table placard and then they call you to tell you to come up and then when you do come up they tell you to get your receipt because they don't know who you are even though they just waited on you 5 minutes ago this is the worst McDonald's in America read more

Was placing simple order that turns into nightmare, have buy 2 for $4 breakfast sandwichs, was getting total of 4. No problem with first set of sandwichs placing 2nd set girl kept getting confused. Used the bathroom first. Absolutely the worst, as in it probably hasn't been cleaned in months. The customer service was not good, no friendly interaction at all, and the wait time was quite a while. Food tasted old and the burger was burnt. Sadly, this was the worst experience at McDonald's I have ever had, and I have been to many, as well as worked at one for over 15 years in another state. read more

The bathrooms were the worst I have seen at any McDonald's I've ever been to. The sinks were covered in dirty water and the bathroom smelt like urine and was garbage everywhere and urine on the floor. The food wasn't fresh. The service was terrible and took FOREVER to get our food. I understand being short staffed, but Atleast have some customer service. read more

My grandmother and I had a terrible experience today at the drive thru. Customer service was horrible!!! No nice greeting or anything just what can I get for you. And then as we're ordering they kept asking is that all? After each item we ordered, which wasn't much all we ordered was a small fry, apple slices, a vanilla milkshake (I wanted half chocolate half strawberry which I have gotten before but they said they weren't doing it.) and a medium caramel brownie McFlurry. Then as we go to pay I give them my coupon which said buy any shake or McFlurry get another for .50. They then proceed to tell me I have to either buy two shakes or two mcflurrys which is total bullshit because I use this coupon on my app all the time! They rudely handed our food to us and slammed the window in our faces no thank you goodbye or anything. Definitely will be going to Burger King across the street for now on! Very disappointed, I have to say this was by far the worse McDonald's I have ever been too. Employees need to learn how to talk to customers. If you don't want to do your job then why are you there? read more

Service is always slow but they do have the playground. Tables are dirty had to get a rag to wipe my own table down. Looks like a large staff just alot of standing around by management. Worst McDonald's experience ever. Had to leave inside and pull through the drive thru just to order for my family. Then pulling away I realized they forgot my kids yogurt had to turn around went inside and 5 people in front of me were waiting for the manager to fix something their staff had forgotten with their order. Once I waited ad returned to the car I took a bite of my burger just find out they left everything off of it! Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! Have been to this McDonalds many times as it's the most convenient. Customer service is usually good but food quality leaves much to be desired. The fries after 11pm are most always hard as a rock. After about midnight they usually say they can not accept credit cards only cash then refuse to give you a receipt. Don't even think about getting an ice cream product after 12am as they will say the machine is down. If you are going to advertise being open 24 hours then you should be able to provide the same service you do anytime. Other 24 hour McDonald's are on top of things and do not have these problems. read more

Slow service here and at a very tough intersection to get into. Went through drive through and slow as ever. And yet. It is busy as ever. read more
