This has turned into a nightmare McDonald's. We used to be able to come through drive through at 4 am, 5am, or even 6 am and grab coffee and get on with our day rather quickly. Now when we try to do this in the morning, we get employees telling us that they aren't open (even though they're supposed to be) or that the machine is rebooting, or the worst, all the night shift/early morning shift hide and do not answer their window. It has become so bad that people in line just leave, and people lose business here on a daily basis. Spending an extra 30 minutes just to get a coffee is ridiculous ! Management needs to fix this immediately. read more

Stopped in here for a late night Burger on the way home from the airport. Before coming here we checked the website to make sure they would be open, and they say on the website they are open 24 hours. But when we arrived we were told they did not have any hamburgers! I get there, there are hardly any other cars in line. I order 2 double quarter pounder with cheese and 2 large fries, and I needed them fresh. I know I will have to park, that's no problem. I am parked about 12 minutes. Here comes a crew member with my order. He goes to hand it to me. I almost have to get out of the van to get it. It's like he pulled it away. Here is your order, sir. Well I got it, hurt my side a bit trying to get it. Then I get home and give my dad his. Like where are the stinking fries, about half full on both! Well I said at least they are fresh!?!? Right? Nope cold and not cooked all the way....... I paid over $25 for this???? My dad in his, late 80's says "McDonald's has went down hill." I just wanted a nice visit with my Dad remembering the good ole times. Billions and billions served, who cares when you serve nasty, half-filled, and undercooked food like this. Oh the quarter pounder with cheese were overdone. It really turned what was going to be nice rememerence of days of old. Instead it was an old memory of days of old where McDonald's messed up then. Got to the drive thru and waited 45 minutes before someone took my order. Food was warm and proceeded to open my burger to realize two bites were taken out of my McDouble. They lost multiple customers for being slow and nobody showed the slightest bit of effort to apologize for the inconvenience. read more

A McDonald's engaged in McLying about their hours of operation. Open 24 hours means only the drive thru which on occasion backs up into McIntosh Road. Posted dining room hours are from 4 AM to Midnight, but when I arrived at about 7:30 PM to pick up a mobile order I placed dining room was closed!!! Don't give me short staffing as an excuse to significantly shorten your dining room hours! Besides, if your dining room is open 4 AM to Midnight then be open 4 AM to Midnight, not arbitrarily close your dining room at 7:30 PM or earlier and force customers to waste $3.50/gallon gas by idling in your drive thru and let your drive thru line extend out into McIntosh Road! I would think twice before stopping at this McDonald's on McIntosh Road and Interstate 4 in Dover. Just keep driving on Interstate 4 - apparently this McDonald's does not want your business. Besides, stop operating like Checkers - either open your dining room as an option to using the drive thru or close the restaurant completely! read more

Been here about five times and most of the time the tables are really dirty food left over, cups, straw paper left over from previous customers. Customer service from the employees are a hit and miss some are nice and some could careless about helping the customer with they're food orders. As I have seen this is a younger generation of crowd that comes in from school to eat as of today it was pretty busy when I stopped in for a drink order of sweet tea. They do have free WIFI for the customer to surf the Internet when your there eating your breakfast, lunch or dinner maybe snack? My grandmother and I had a terrible experience today at the drive thru. Customer service was horrible!!! No nice greeting or anything just what can I get for you. And then as we're ordering they kept asking is that all? After each item we ordered, which wasn't much all we ordered was a small fry, apple slices, a vanilla milkshake (I wanted half chocolate half strawberry which I have gotten before but they said they weren't doing it.) and a medium caramel brownie McFlurry. Then as we go to pay I give them my coupon which said buy any shake or McFlurry get another for .50. They then proceed to tell me I have to either buy two shakes or two mcflurrys which is total bullshit because I use this coupon on my app all the time! They rudely handed our food to us and slammed the window in our faces no thank you goodbye or anything. Definitely will be going to Burger King across the street for now on! Have been to this McDonalds many times as it's the most convenient. Customer service is usually good but food quality leaves much to be desired. The fries after 11pm are most always hard as a rock. After about midnight they usually say they can not accept credit cards only cash then refuse to give you a receipt. Don't even think about getting an ice cream product after 12am as they will say the machine is down. If you are going to advertise being open 24 hours then you should be able to provide the same service you do anytime. It's not the employees fault... It's the manager! I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese and it was accidentally given with cheese. I went up to the counter to exchange it, which isn't a big deal, and the (night) manager walked past me not once but twice and completely ignored me. This seems to be a go to spot when we are on our way to Disney from Cape Coral. It's very busy I would suggest parking on the left side. But the best part about this place I once left my phone in the ladies bathroom, and within 10 minutes the manager had called my emergency contact to notify him. I was able to turn around and pick up my phone within 10 minutes. Love the honesty of this place. Five stars! read more

Horrible. Soda machine is down, Ice cream machine is down( it's usually down at night) but this is 1pm on sat. Fries were cold. I really don't know why I even go to this location.
