The workers are absolutely rude, and they constantly get our orders wrong. Our burgers and cheeseburgers are served without ketchup or mustard, and the Filet-O-Fish sandwiches are always missing the sauce, even when I specifically request it and pay an extra $0.40 for it! It is frustrating to pay for your food and expect to receive exactly what you ordered, only to keep dealing with the same problems over and over again. On top of that, the customer service is terrible. Management seriously needs to address these ongoing issues, provide better customer service training, and ensure that orders are prepared correctly before being handed to customers.
