After merging onto I-75 north bound I quickly got up to speed, it was a little before 9:00 PM and traffic was moving a little over 80 mph and all three lanes were still congested from rush hour. This highway is a good example of what I dislike about this side of the state, I guess if I was retired and didn't have to venture out during the morning and even rush hours I may consider moving here being I love the gulf waters over the Atlantic side. Just as I settled in for the ride I realized I needed to fuel up before crossing the state so I exited once I saw the sign for this station. The exit is not lit and with pouring rain it can be a little difficult to maneuver when exiting at a high rate of speed. The first curve forced me to scrub most of my speed but I had to immediately get back in it to cross the (3) lanes while merging to get all the way left to turn into the station - note to file this seems to be a popular spot for the "Road Ranger" (sponsored by State Farm) I'm not sure what the attraction is but I did notice (2) during my short visit maybe "donuts"? I don't know how old this Racetrac is but it's very clean and the fuel prices were competitive. Getting in and out is very easy and the parking lot and fuel Islands are well lit. It's doubtful I'll ever become a regular here but I'd stop in if the opportunity presented itself again...

I realized today they are that way because the deli manager is rude. I was standing at the deli counter today, alone, maybe 5 minutes before deli manager Carl decided to acknowledge me. He acted as if he were doing me a favor by taking my order. Publix needs to get better at customer service. They need to staff the deli better , so that the employees are not constantly angry and taking it out on the customers. I come to this location because the one closest to me. On 60 and Valrico Boulevard is a train wreck. However, they need to get rid of the attitude!

I headed off to find it, praying I'd get that far. I did, I had to make a U-turn because it is off 301 and NOT on the corner. If you see Walgreens, make a Left turn! Anyway, they were there, they were bright and when I filled my tank, gas was $1.69 a gallon, which is officially the lowest I've seen it. Pumps were clean and tidy, the windshield stations were stocked and everything was neat. If it weren't that far out of the way, I'd visit more often.

The inside was spotless and the restrooms were immaculate as far as gas stations are concerned. To place an order for food or specialty drinks visitors can use one of the numerous kiosks spread out throughout the business. Do not be deterred if you are not tech savvy, as the kiosks have simplified steps to make ordering as easy as possible. For Wawa newbies, in order to have your order completed, you need to pay at the cash register after placing your order on the kiosk. I elected to order a chicken parm sandwich, black and white milkshake, as well as a small coffee from their easily accessible coffee station. The coffee station had an array on blends to choose from with a mixing station adjacent to it with all the creamers/milk/ sugars you could possibly need. My sandwich was freshly made to order and satisfied my craving. Four stars as it took a long time to receive my milkshake even after reminding the employee that I still had not received it. This Pennsylvania native is happy to see a Wawa in south Florida!

I absolutely love my neighborhood Sprouts! One of my favorite things is that there's almost never a…read morelong line, so I can always get in and out relatively quickly which I really appreciate. I was especially excited today because Lorraine was my cashier! When this Sprouts first opened, Lorraine was my cashier all the time, and I always enjoyed seeing her. I believe she received a promotion, so I don't get to see her on the floor as often anymore, but she still always recognizes me, greets me warmly, asks how I'm doing, and makes sure I don't need anything. It's just such a pleasant experience when you know the people who work there. And honestly, that's true of everyone at this location. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It really makes a difference when you can walk into your neighborhood store and feel like the people there genuinely care. Five stars all around! I'm so glad to have this Sprouts in the neighborhood.

On my most recent visit I saw that they were selling coolers of all types (not sure if this is just a summer thing). Prices here are reasonable and there were sales on some items which we intended on buying (but of course, we left with a few add-ons). This store has nice, helpful, and cheerful employees and managers. Ample parking is available around the perimeter of the store.
